HORRIBLE experience. After driving recklessly in the parking lot and nearly causing numerous accidents, Tyler was not only verbally abusive to me, but got in my face as could likely be seen on any video cameras of the parking lot the morning of 6.30.2021. I will not be returning to this store ever again and will inform anyone that he is the worst customer service rep I have ever met.

It took a hour and 23 minutes just to get a new phone The Spanish girl clearly didnt know what she was doing I was told one price a minute later the price changed again the only reason that I end up purchasing the phone was because she already had exchange my number to boost Mobile other than that I would have never got their service they lie I was told it was unlimited data it was a lie I was told that my service came with free Amazon they lied . I regret getting boost Mobile dont go to the store they are horrible not recommended

The employees there do not care about the customer, got maskless associates inside, they upcharge you to the most expensive plan without asking what your data needs are, all while being on the phone with their friends instead of servicing the customer. 2 hours to switch from verizon to boost. They were GREAT with customer service negotiated a good deal and the manager was patient with my attitude!

Dont do it... I purchased a cheap smart watch. When I got home and checked the watch out, it was used and didnt have a battery cover. The manager gave me a hard time, and my issue was never resolved. Back to Sprint I guess.

Horrible customer service. Last time I was in the store there were two employees with both of their young children in there screaming. N the phone service was bad too. I am so glad I have since switched to another company. Would not recommend to anyone.

They have great service, customer came in for an inquiry, walked out with 12 phones all switched from another carrier, i was just there to pay a bill but it was a WOW!!! Situation, i would definitely recommend
