Had to talk to manager about rude, abrasive employees with serious unprovoked attitude. Its hard to get help here. Unfortunately i have to frequent the place to get my diamonds checked. God forbid you ask a question about how they handle your rings when they send them off. They will take it personal like you accused them of stealing or something. Rude. The manager however is nice and says she wont tolerate rudeness from her employees.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Their customer service is horrible, they are extremely rude, and would prefer you go somewhere else than try to help you. There were 3 people working and we had to get their attention when we were the only people there. They had issues with our order and we had to call customer service in the store because they refused. This is our first and last experience with Zales.
Came at 10:28 am on friday and nobody is here. Open times m-sat 10am. No notes on door about any closings. Now Im faced with driving across Memphis or waiting an undefined amount of time for someone to open shop.Talked to security for complex and they said someone had a family issue and would be here by 11. I ran an errand and came back around 12.The shop is nice and clean, the shops employees were nice and greeted me. They cleaned and checked my rings and the whole process took just a few minutes.I understand family issues. I will update next time I go in shop.

Do not come to this location. Just tried to come in to pick up a necklace that I ordered within regular business hours and I was literally screamed at that they were closed at 3pm. Staff is rude and very unprofessional.
The representative lied to me about my stones. She told me every stone in my ring was a white sapphire come to find out months later that they are all diamonds!!! They resized my ring and now stones are falling out, charged me $200 dollars for bad work. Won’t be returning to a Zales, ever.
