I reached out to Maggie Louise, desperate to find extra lace for my wedding dress that my bridal shop could not source in time for my March wedding. The owner, Molly reached out to me the next day and was eager to help me out. She reached out to her designer rep and indeed the lace was backordered. She did not stop there though she kept searching for me after she thought she remembered seeing the exact lace used by a different designer. She was able to reach out to their rep and confirm it was the same lace and was able to order it for me and get it in in just 5 weeks and would not even let me pay an up charge for her service!!! I was BLOWN away by the lengths Molly went to to help me just out of kindness or her heart and free of charge. I do not live in Tennessee but I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a wedding dress to check out this shop. The generosity from a complete stranger still to this day has me wondering how I got so lucky. Thank you Molly for helping me complete my dream wedding dress!!!

I can not express how please I was with the service that I received at Maggie Louise! This was the fourth store that I visited and based off of past experiences with bridal stores I wasn’t expecting to find “the dress”. As a plus sized bride, I wasn’t expecting them to have a wide selection of dresses for me to sample. My experience with other salons made me feel like I was just going to have to settle for an ok dress and not an amazing one. During my virtual appointment the week prior to my visit, we discussed a little about myself, my wedding vision, concerns and I sent them pics of sample dresses that I liked and didn’t like. Carolyn listened intently to what we discussed and she found my perfect dress, which was the 1st dress I tried on and in my budget!! I loved being the only bride there, so I didn’t have to compete for attention or compare myself to others. Although I didn’t have my family with me, they took video and pictures of me in the dresses so they could relive the experience with me. This experience made me so excited for my special day! I can’t thank you enough!

The most wonderful dress shopping/buying experience! Prior to my visit at Maggie Louise I had visited over 5 dress shops in NYC and 3 more in Nashville. I had an idea of what I wanted but nothing had wowed me. Everything about my experience with Maggie Louise, starting with my initial phone conversation with Carolyn, right down to my actual appointment was like a dream! They go above and beyond to ensure that you find the right dress for YOU, and that you feel comfortable while doing so. My appointment was intimate, just me and my people, and Carolyn and Molly were incredibly prepared, ensuring that I didn’t leave without the very most perfect dress. They had pre-pulled dresses that were similar to what I had envisioned, while also pulling a few wild cards that I would have never tried on, taking all of the work out of having to sort through racks and racks of white, tulle, satin, and lace. Toward the end, when I was torn between two dresses, Carolyn told me that she still thought about her second place dress, because it was a 9.9, but the one she picked was a 10, and with that, I immediately knew which one was mine! Molly and Carolyn radiate such positive energy, full of genuine excitement and gratitude that you chose to come there to find the most important item of clothing that you’ll ever wear. I couldn’t have asked for a more fun-filled experience, and I left there with not only the gown of my dreams, but with two new friends that I feel like I’ve known forever!

You get the entire store to yourself + your crew during your appointment, which is so amazing. You don’t have any random people/kids wandering around, watching you try on dresses in some rinky-dink dressing room. No mam. The store itself is gorgeous and it’s full of even prettier gowns. The ML staff’s attention to detail and eye for style is impeccable. I found THE dress in under 45 minutes, and it’s all because of the ML approach and their amazing staff. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about ML. If you’re thinking about shopping somewhere else for a wedding dress... just don’t. Been there, done that, and all the others pale in comparison.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about the ML team! First, before my appointment they called me to find out my style and what I’m looking for to be prepared for my appointment and they also take the time to get to know you! I’ve been to 4 bridal shops and none were nearly as caring as ML. The second I got there I felt like they were my best friends. They are the sweetest ladies! I traveled 4 hours to find my perfect dress and it was worth every mile.The ML team really knows what they’re doing. They pulled all the dresses that I had described to them and then pulled 1 dress for me that I wouldn’t have picked out and that one ended up being my perfect dress!I got a little stressed at the other 4 places I went but ML makes dress shopping so fun! I wish I could do it again! They really make you a priority there.
