Natalie, the pharmacist in charge hung up on me after being very combative and rude. She accused my healthcare provider and FedEx of dropping the ball on my orders two times in a row. I dont do business with people who blame others for their mistakes and dont care about customers. As another reviewer said, I am done.

Well I am done. A decades long Colleyville resident, I want to do business in my city, even after I moving out of the area several months ago. It has always been a problem getting my scripts filled before I ran out. I wasThe one who had to call to see if The Apotocary was going to refillOn time or call Doctor for refill. Today I called to find out The ApotocaryIs no longer refilling my type medication...no call, no follow up.Never have I written a negative review. Usually mark it up toMiscommunication etc....this outfit deserve each and every word.

What an amazing pharmacy! If youre tired of the CVS/Walgreens/etc impersonal experience and truly want personal service where they know you by your name, then you need to go to Village Lane. In addition, my dr. office said they had called around and found that VL had the lowest price on my prescription. Village Lane is everything you could want!!
