I went with the axle-back exhaust with resonators as I love the way it looks and since I have the abarth model I didnt feel I needed to go straight pipes. The whole setup looks amazing and took very little time to install. The sound is amazing and makes this spider feel more complete. Thank you for fast shipping and so far an amazing product.

Overpriced shipping, and poorer customer service.My item had a quite hefty shipping charge to it, and in addition to it a customs fee for crossing the border. I understand the border fee is out of the companys hand, but when I asked if they could offset this cost given the shipping cost was already quite inflated they said no and it states this in the terms and conditions. There are more affordable shipping options, there is more than can be done to educate costumers and be upfront about additional costs in fine print and there is more than can be offered from your customer service team then statements that it is impossible and more or less telling me to deal with it.You win customers with compassionate service, not with excuses and referrals to legal fine print.
My experience with Auto Ricambi has always been positive. I recently purchased a trunk rack from them. I feel I received it in a timely manner even though they were experiencing a horrible storm in Texas, the product appears to be well made and it was priced at a fair price.
Its a love/hate thing with them. Theyve had everything Ive been looking for. And whats worse is the parts are totally reasonable in cost. So, I find myself buying more parts and spending more money. Its a bad that puts a smile on my face.

Summer in Montreal is very short, my 79 spider was out of commission on Friday afternoon, placed the order Sunday night, and parts delivered on Wednesday (To Canada) Quality parts installed on Thursday night, back on the road for a beautiful Montreal weekend. I have been dealing with the team from Auto Ricambi for over 6 years; I even visited the shop once.Great service, great advice and technical support (Csaba is always quick with some good advice when needed).Thank you for keeping my baby on the road where it belongs.
Had an issue with an order, they came back and fixed the order quickly with excellent communications. They went above and beyond.
Parts arrived quickly and the prices are comparable to other vendors. However, the Front Wheel Bearing kit for Fiat Spiders was supplied with Chinese bearings and not what I had expected from AR. Never assume the important parts you want are always made in the USA or imported from Italy as the quality you have come to expect may not be there. My mistake to not ask first!
Finally found time to replace the timing belt on the old spider and in the process I realized that the rad hoses had seen better days (a very long time ago).Heres the great part: I talked to Ramzi to place my order on Monday afternoon and I had the parts at my door at noon on Wednesday!Maybe not a big surprise for the 49 States but it is pretty impressive for a delivery that went from Texas to Toronto, Canada!! Let me start by saying I’m an older guy (67) who is not into computers. I’ve tuned cars before but it was always via heads, cams, carbs and headers. The whole “ECU” tune thing is a new experience for me.I bought an AR Tork tune for my 6 speed manual 2017 Fiat 124 Spider. The tuning box was shipped promptly, and I was able to get my information downloaded from the car very easily. My only issue was in trying to download the setup for the tuning box, and that was my problem as a program on my computer was preventing it from loading. Brett was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I worked this out. Once I got my computer glitch fixed the download was a snap. I sent my stock tune info to Brett and a few days later got my tune back. I had ordered the Stage 1 tune, however when I got the note from Brett he advised that he was sending me the all new Stage 1+ tune. He assured me it would work fine on my stock Spider. The entire download process (computer to tuning box, tuning box to car) took about 30 minutes and was incredibly simple to do. I am NOT a computer guy and Brett was great at answering my questions and walking me through the entire process.The difference in my car absolutely shocked me. The car has really came to life. Much stronger performance across the board. Car spins up much faster and is a real beast in the midrange and pulls smoothly all the way to redline. Today the pavement was damp from a misty rain and taking off normally just as I would have before the tune I found myself spinning the tires in 2nd and 3rd gear as I shifted, and I was by NO means “pushing it”. The extra torque across the board has to be felt to be appreciated. It truly transforms a “fun” car to a real runner! Great people, great product. Highly recommend both AR, Brett, and the Tork Tune (thanks John). This is without doubt the best money I’ve ever spent on a car and I am really enjoying it, and if I can install it anybody can! I will be back soon to get the AR axleback exhaust so the sound will match the performance👍

Great service from knowledgeable peeps. I called about an exhaust for my Fiat 124 Spider. I called AR last week to inquire about their resonated exhaust but after a discussion realized it would be louder then I wanted so I order a Magnaflow system for my Lusso from the nice folks at AR.It was installed today and I thrilled, couldnt be happier!!! Its not boy racer loud, has a smooth mellow baritone voice, no harshness, no droning, no snap crackle or pop either. Its a gentlemen exhaust that has a sound of an expensive lux machine, maybe like a Porsche. And oh my, that large exhaust opening looks soooooo nice. I cant get the smile off of my face!

Changed my air intake (Thanks EC for V2 - I love it)Changed my Exhaust (Thanks 500 Madness for Lusso - I love the carbon Tips and the sound is Awesome - exactly what I wanted - no droning, nice after fire pops once in a while - PERFECT !)Last mod was the Autoricambi/Tork EC flash tune. I have been e-mailing Brett for a while and decided to go with them. I am happy I did. Brett was top notch accommodating my requests. John from Tork did an amazing job in tuning my car. I have Phase 0 as default and phase 1 on toggle sport option. This was a great request because I could have missed how good the phase 0 is, seriously! The car has so much more torque, I can also go to red line without problem or loss of power as before. No more hesitation from Turbo when I start driving the car (e.g. cold). Phase 1 is fun but I should not use this on NJ roads or I will end up with driving ticket....I will keep this when I do track day with Bob ZeccaAnyway - I want to thanks Brett for being so responsive and eager to make sure I was satisfied. I love the toggle option and I think I might have been the first one to request it.I thank John for doing such a great tune on my car.Looking FWD to Phase 1+
Three years ago I purchased a 1981 Fiat Spider. I had no idea what I was getting into and Auto Ricambi was the first resource that I came across for parts after a quick Google search. The website is simple, well laid out, informative and straight to the point. It just makes sense. Both Ramzi and Csaba have been a pleasure to deal with along the way. Despite the distance (Im in Canada) Ive always felt like Im dealing with a local business in the sense that they are friendly, supportive and communicative.
