Im a female rider new to bikes and I LOVE this shop! All of the guys are so friendly, helpful, and patient with my questions since Im just getting started. They went out of their way to get me connected with the bike community. I am here quite often, and I have never had a bad experience. All of the service is don on my bike here. When I bought it, it was in pretty rough shape, but they brought it back to life and its better than ever! The techs strive to do their best on all of the orders brought in. This shop is awesome, and I would definitely recommend them for any of your bike needs.

The people at this store don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve bought several bikes from different locations and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered and FMF exhaust system from them, 2 months later I had to find one myself and have them purchase it. They called and had me come in for a refund because I over paid. I notice later they took money out instead of refunding it. When I go back (Terri) who sold me the bike doesn’t have any idea how to explain the ignorant price breakdown she wrote on my receipt. Mind you I wanted this bike and know I overplayed willingly for the bike itself. What a desperate cash grab over $120. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB. Go to any other shop for your purchases.

From a motorcycle riding perspective this shop is awesome; always has plenty of bikes to gawk about and the employees are both knowledgeable and passionate about riding. If they dont have what you need theyve always been willing to order it and have it in their store in a very timely matter. Ive had quite a few tires replaced here as well and Ive never had any issue with my bike after getting it back.

Well the first time I came here all was good. New back tire a little less than a year ago. Had a flat last week, called them from the side of the road. Nice on the phone and ordered a tire to be here Tuesday. Brought my bike in on Tuesday. After several guesses on when they could get to it I had to go back the next day after being told they could do it Tuesday on the phone. Ok really not happy to do another 80 mile round trip but it is what it is. Got there today to pick it up and they charged me $100 more for the same tire. The kid checking me out thought it was funny. I checked when I got home and same tire is still around $200 depending on where you get it. But $300 from these folks. There are other shops and I will move my business for sure. Taking advantage of me is not something I will allow more than once!

Terrie and everybody here is amazing to work with. They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with everything. I definitely recommend this place over any other dealer I have every been to.

Im not very happy with Action Sports. I picked a Can Am defender in April during the covid-19 shelter in place. Can Am was running a great special in financing. I ordered the utv and a roof. Roof was not in stock and wouldnt be there for a few days. No big deal. Covid-19 right. I call in and get all the paperwork done. Action Sports even delivered the can am. Was very pleased at this point. This is wear things started to turn. A week later I get a call from Terri saying to please come by and sign new paperwork. She put the wrong VIN number on the financing. Still not a huge deal. Just put me out because their hours are all over the place. Asked about the roof...no word yet. 2 months go by and I decided to call up and ask about the roof. They had come in but had forget to notify me. This frustrated me. So I load up the can am the next morning. I have to show up to work late because they dont open until 9. Still not a huge deal. I show up at 9 drop off the can am and while they have it to go ahead and install a gun rack. Young man at the service desks goes and grabs it and says everything will be good to go at the end of the day. Come by at 5 to pick up. Roof is installed but no gun rack. Its just in the bed of the can am. When I asked the service department rep why it wasnt installed he gives me a long line about how the hardware isnt there. How do you have the part but not the hardware? He suggests to leave the can am but doesnt know when the hardware will be in. I actually use my can am daily so that wasnt an option.I know just wrote a mouthful, but this business is unorganized and has terrible communication. I will likely use them for only the warranty but I was extremely disappointed in my experience so far.

Robert is super helpful and knowledgeable. I’m a new rider and he helped pick out some entry level gear for me. He also helped me get some valentines gifts (gloves and boots) for my girlfriend. She loved them. I highly recommend Action Sports

Chose to take my motorcycle here after I was involved in a wreck. Parts were ordered without my discretion and when I went to pick up my bike I was told that I owed 20% of the value of the parts because they needed to return them and it had been over two months since I had “ordered” them. 5 weeks of this time was the time it took for them to “send” a supplemental request to my insurance after which I decided to do it myself as something seemed off. I received a supplement in two days.The employee at the front desk is professional and courteous, very helpful. As for the manager and technician, I’m not sure I can say I had the same experience.Would not do business with them again. Almost went to the police to get my bike back.

Friendly and helpful, but sometimes lacking technical expertise. Definitely always my first stop... Occasionally, though, I get a second opinion.

These guys cant get their act together. Very little merchandise like mirrors or spool arms. Service says one thing on the phone different story once in, aka no consistancy. Have the same stock outside constantly, like a motorcycle with a blown engines that, was replaced with an engine off Ebay with 4k miles. Cruisers with rusted frames.Do not want.

Ive had one experience with them. My cousin and I were on the first leg of a cross country motorcycle trip and stopped in College Station for gas. His bike would no re-start; and some trouble shooting suggested the battery failed. We found Action Sports on Google Map and gave them a call. They had the battery in stock, accepted payment on the phone, put it on a charger, and had it ready when I arrived 30 minutes later to pick it up. Fast checkout and friendly staff.

I called for an svu winch part. The counter person went and verified the part was available, told me he would help me with it when I came in. When I came in, he was very helpful making certain my winch fit the plate and that I had all I needed to get it attached. He was also helpful with service costs and how to best service my svu. I will definitely return.

Not happy with these people. Ordered parts paid extra to have delivered to our house. Still have NOT received parts. No one knows anything or where the parts are. I will never do business there again. I have reported them to BBB.If my parts are not her by February 1st i will file theft on this place. Not a good business at All.

I did not purchase a motorcycle from Action Sports but I did spend an hour there chatting with a salesman. Everyone was very nice and happy to answer questions. Their prices are in line with the market.

Brought my ski in to get fixed. Not once did they call to tell me the status of parts coming in or status of ski. When I did call they said as they were fixing it they dropped a rod in the engine. And th easiest thing to do is get insurance on it and say I sank it. I refused to commit insurance fraud and am still waiting to hear back from them

Listen up !! If u need ur motorcycle needs met then this is the place. The guys and one awesome girl absolutely rocks. I’ve bought motorcycles from here and I’ve taken my bikes for aftermarket addon’s and they have never disappointed. The financing is easy and the after the sales attitude is above reproach. The parts and service department has not only taken care of my Japanese bikes but has also taken care of my Italian sports bike. If they can’t do something they will let u know. If u want honesty and forthrightness this is the place u need to go. There is no arrogance and stuck up people here. They r down to earth and they r genuinely happy that ur riding on two wheels instead of 4. Great place of business with the right attitude. I’d give ten stars if I could.

If there was a no star I would have done that been here multiple times to have motorcycle and atv work done have never had one issue fixed correctly motorcycle front tire was on in wrong rotation, atv had multiple diagnosis fees on multiple atvs and never once have any of them been fixed after parts replacement and still not working they wanted more diag will never go back to this place would rather drive to houston.

I once left a poor review, but have since felt compelled to change it. I was unable to have my jet ski fixed. Action Sports was kind enough to let me store my jet ski until I could sell it. Kind people, good business.

Took less than 6 month old Yamaha Waverunner to then for first service. Tech didnt properly test the battery. Got stranded overnight at the lake. Very dangerous!

Terrible service. Was charged a diagnostic fee of $110 for a broken A-arm that I went in to have fixed. Never ever go here.
