Justin was absolutely AMAZING for my bridal makeup consultation. He did a fabulous job and I dont think I have ever looked so beautiful. He was sweet and understanding. He took the little inspiration I had and created my dream look for my wedding day. He also helped me set up my order so I could recreate the look.Highly, highly recommend him and the products here!(I rarely wear makeup, but after meeting him I am inspired to try it an have fun learning.)
Ive only been here twice, but both experiences were excellent. The first time I had a couple of things I wanted to swatch. The girl came up to me and individually pulled out all of the dazzle shadows from the display. She didnt have something in stock, so she offered to have it sent to my apartment with no shipping charge. The counters dont accept MAC gift cards like the stores, which I was not aware of going into Macys. She was so nice and helpful that I still got the things I went there to buy so that she could get commission. She apologized multiple times for the inconvenience of not having things in stock and the counter not taking the gift card. She even asked if I still wanted to buy the items. I said yes, and she gave me a bunch of free samples.I just went there again today to get a lipstick through the Back to MAC program. Normally the workers are not very helpful if youre just coming to get a free lipstick with the six empty containers. The man who came up to ask if I needed any help saw the bag of empty items and noticed one of the things was a mini, which dont count normally (again I was not aware of this), but he said I could still get the lipstick. He even offered to sanitize the samples and apply one if I didnt want to just swatch them on my hand. He was courteous and genuinely interested in helping me. Take note Macys: you have some great employees at the MAC counter.
