I forgot the name of the lady. She helped me to find some games and actually presented to me the used version of the games for less cost I had a great time.

I can honestly say that Jonathan is a real pro at his job and thats why he is the senior guest manager. He knows where everything is and wont hesitate to look something up for you either. I like to do business with a friend and so I recommend Jonathon for sure. He works every other day from open to close so if you have a bad experience then try the next day.HOT TIP: everyone knows call of duty is the number one shooter game but if you have that already check out rainbow six its modeled off the book by the famous author Tom Clancy and a good deal at the price.They sell it both new and previously owned but when you buy used you can return it if you dont like it, however the new version is on sale for $39.99 right now. Hurry up and get it while you can and be sure to tell Jonathan who sent you:)

Friendly staff, well stocked store

GameStop is not my first choice when it comes to game stores. Most of them are fine, Ive never had a bad experience but Ive also never had a good experience.

Store employee 173975 chose to not wear mask unless customers were inside. Putting your mask on when I come in doesnt vacuum your biohazard expulsion out of the air. I did not come in as I just witnessed the employee violate the law

My kids love this store. The stuff are nice and knw their games pretty well.

This place will sneakily try to add some sort of protection plan on to your order for any pre-owned game. Question it or give them a hard time over it and they edit your customer info to denote that you wont fall for it. What this tells me is that this place systematically screws over people that dont pay attention to their receipt.

Dont give u much for trade ins and charge 3xs for the same item preowned. Use to love them years ago. The one in cs off of Tx Ave is the worst. Had to return 3 different controllers because each one was flawed. Went to trade the last broken one in for cash and the store mgr took $7 bucks off saying it had to be refurbished even though I had gotten it from him in that condition. Hope they change management or just close that store. Rather go to the 1 in Bryan than this one. If I could Id give it 0 stars.

Every item new or used is grossly overpriced when compared to other local shops not to mention buying online. Their trade in value is close to 1/10 of an items original price, in my experience this also includes items that are barely used and still retail at the same price they purchased for. Trade locally, its better for everyone and (one can only hope) could influence GameStop to better price their inventory.On a positive note, the employees were great.

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. The staff was very patient when my indecisive 11 year old could not choose which game he wanted. We are regular customers.

So I went to this location to buy a wii and Mario kart. I bought the Mario Kart used but was told it will work as well as any other new game. I payed $39.99 for a used game which I thought was a little high but my friend and I were so excited. We brought the game home and our wii says the game disc could not be read. Refer to the Wii manual for details. I got curious and looked online for the same game. It is no more than $40 BRAND NEW! Google is selling one for $35. Dont come here! You will pay way more than it was worth. So disappointed that this happened.

This place is wonderful, everyone is friendly, always helpful, and so clean! To top it off the store manager is very caring. He takes care of everything he possibly can for his customers. Love this place.

Went for the 2k20 pre-order release. Nice family environment they had free pizza and coupons for free pizza at hungry howies and everyone one there was really friendly.

This is a good Game Stop. I rate locations on a couple of things, chief of all, sexism. Generally Im pretty forgiving but at another location a worker scoffed and demeaned me when I was telling him about some game lore. When I proved to him I was right he just laughed at me again. But this place is great!

Very average GameStop. Usually I have great service, however once I had very poor service from two young ladies who though it was appropriate to run around yelling and knocking over things in the store. I assume they were under the influence or simply children in adult bodies. Docking 1 star for my one bad experience.

Very friendly employees who always go the extra mile in making video game enthusiasts (gamers) welcome. They even have a cool little marker board where they draw and label major games that release later on in the year or so.

Incredible service as always

Worst Gamestop Ive ever been to. Same downfalls as all the other Gamestops, but this one has the added bonus of condescending employees. Go to FX or Game Exchange. They dont rip you off as badly for trade ins and they dont try to push sales on you like a used car salesman.

Wow, rude and not competent on a new game release the day before it comes out. Called to ask about the game and got hung up on when he didnt know what to say. Called again and when I mentioned the same game, hung up again. Never getting my business again.
