The staff was really friendly and was joking around with my son which made him feel good! He thought it was neat the employee had a conversation with him.

Love the food here however I had a simple request and the girl working this morning starred at me rude for a couple seconds turned away and didn’t even answer me. I’m generally always nice and this threw me off guard and also not a great start to the morning! Please be nicer! 😂

The glazed donuts are the absolute best when theyre fresh. I just say tho, $33.00 for a dozen sausage kolaches is a little high. Not bad tho.

I LOVE Shipleys donuts and have since I was a kid. Went again just this week. I have yet to be satisfied by any other brand of donuts of various kinds. Im not a morning person but the best method of persuasion is to get some warm delicious glazed donuts from Shipleys or chocolate iced 😋😍 see you again soon 😁

What has happened to the quality of your donuts? I have been there twice this week, and the donuts are not the same; they just do not have the same taste & get dry & hard right away. Shipleys used to be the Best out there, not anymore!

Waited in line at drive thru arriving before closing time. Arrived at window at 1 pm and was told we’re closed. Was really looking forward to a donut.

Really love the glaze donuts. Everything else is simply just not good to me. The kolaches are not worth it at all.

I ordered a mixed dozen they got half of the donuts wrong... Im assuming there was someone new working or something as the worker had to keep asking what donuts I wanted.

Great service. The staff at this location are AMAZING. I have been enjoying Shipley Do-nuts for well over 30 years. My beautiful daughter grew up on Shipley Do- nuts and now my three wonderful grandsons are growing up on them. My family doesnt buy donuts anywhere else. Theres nothing better than a warm Shipley glazed donut . Keep up the great work. I guarantee that when I have great grand babies (which will not be for a while) they will be enjoying Shipley Do-nuts too.

They got the drive thru flowing quick now... Raised my rating to 5 stars with that one. It used to take forever which doesnt work in the mornings. Have eaten the sausage kolache here for at least 25 years throughout the chain. Kiddos love the donut holes. Great quick stop for breakfast on the run.

The young man at the window had an amazing attitude. Great warming approach. He also mentioned a new pumpkin doughnut that taste amazing. You can get it with or without icing.

This is not the first time that I have gone to this location and the ladies there in the morning are rude. They need more customer services skills. They dont talk, look away from you on the phone, they arent courteous, and never smiles.I wish this wasnt an issue or I would come here more. Sorry.

My donuts were freezing cold and they some girl hair on them.

We recently moved to this neighborhood, so this was our first time visiting this Shipleys location. I was expecting nothing less than the amazing service that we have received at all of the other locations, but boy oh boy was I wrong.The lady that served us and handled our transaction was less than pleasant. She acted as if it was a total inconvenience to be assisting me and my two children, she threw the donut holes on the counter at us, and was completely bothered that I asked to add a milk to our order. I noticed her attitude, but did not think anything of it because everyone has bad days, but it bothered me more after my 7 year old son (he LOVES Shipleys) turned to me and asked Why the lady was being so rude?.I left less than satisfied with the customer service and will not be returning to this location.

Love these donuts what a variety fast service

The girls that work here are incredibly rude especially the one with the two piercings below her lip. I went in one morning around 11:15 through the drive thru as a woman and her daughter walked into the store the girl taking my order made a rude comment about if people don’t stop coming in I will never get a break. She said all of this while the window was open letting it be known to the other customers that she was disgusted with working there. Every experience so far with the staff has been very unpleasant aside from a couple others that work there. I would say training on customer service is needed or replace these girls with nicer ones.

Came in at 6:00am Tue Oct 2. The girl with the two piercings on her lips was as rude as all the other people have said she legitimately threw my bag of donuts at me and then slammed the drive thru shut. All I do all day every day is deal with people in a customer service way and no matter how aggravated I get Ive never been that rude she can at least fake it or something. Im just going to go to the donut place down the road even though they dont have a drive thru it cant be any worse than this place. Should mention food was good though.

Was in a rush this morning and asked for a Dr Pepper, Kolache, and a single thing of donut holes...they gave me 4 bags of donut holes!

This is the worst donut shop I’ve been too. I’ve had my order wrong multiple times and the Kolaches have too much bread and cheap sausage. I’d rather go to a family owned donut shop than this Shipley donuts.

I love Shipleys, but I might not go back to this location. Ordered Jalapeño kolaches and they werent even slightly spicy - had zero jalapenos! - and the regular kolache was almost entirely bread. Im a big fan of Shipleys, and Ive never been disappointed with their kolaches before, but Id definitely avoid this specific location if youre looking for kolaches.

Best customer service at this location! I had a bad experience at the Shipleys on Briarcrest and because they were not happy with me placing 2 orders at the drive-thru, they ended up giving me such an awful batch. This was for a group of hospital workers to show our appreciation to them and I wasnt going to give them bottom of the barrel stuff. Before making a trip, I called the Greens Prairie location and explained what happened to the manager Bobby. He apologized for the other store and personally delivered a new batch with extras! I didnt expect this gesture. Now, this is customer service!!!

Shipleys always delivers great donuts, though their kolaches are average at best. This location gets busy at peak times, especially on weekends, so definitely plan your trip accordingly.

No one that works there lately seems to want to be there. There is zero customer service. No smiles when dealing with the customers and would rather chit chat and stand around rather than help out.

I pass by here every day to work and its hard not to get a donut every time. I like how they always serve the glaze donuts warm and their donut of the day are also hard to pass up. If you are a Krispy Kreme fan, Shipleys is a great alternative.

Food is great! But is guaranteed the workers are going to be rude, especially if you to in around 11am or noon.

The hot glazed donuts were amazing but overall we were disappointed with the kolaches. They were light on meat and cheese and ate like a big bread roll instead of the kolache we were used to.

My order was mixed up going thru drive thru Mr.Archer was QUICK to fix the error.This location is SO fast its easy to see why its so popular.-Sam
