I am very upset and disappointed in the college station location, my daughter and I went in to shop and the lady was extremely rude and was following us around the entire store. I asked another young lady what her name was and they said it was Chelsea . Chelsea accused us of stealing and literally chased us out of the store! Never will I shop here again, and I shopped there regiously. what a shame that an employee can make ruin your entire experience. I truly feel sorry for the employees who have to work with such a awful rude employee like herself.

Got some great incense here. If you like upscale and trendy things, youll probably like it. They seem a little on the expensive side also. If youre Wiccan, youll love this place.

If i could give zero stars i would,, i love this store but when me and my girlfriend went in we were followed by a lady around the entire store, she was no more than 5 feet away from us the entire time; we walked back in with some friends later that day the same lady did the exact same, unfortunately i don’t think i’ll be shopping in this location again, being followed around with no person space like i’m a small child is not how i want to shop. earthbound is definitely my favorite store but the lady who follows everyone around like a creep makes going in that store unbearable.

I went there with my friends and they had some good things, and some items I was interested in BUT the staff completely put me off from buying anything. They were literally 3(or less) feet away from our little group the whole time and one of them yelled at us twice and she was very creepy and it made me feel unsafe there. If I could give them no stars I would.

Spent 50 dollars on crystals. 10/10 would do again

I was with a group of friends and the instant we stepped in a young blonde lady in behind the cashier stopped what she was doing and followed us. Everytime she would stay near us checking anything and everything we touched. We got so uncomfortable we left the instant a kind lady from the dressing room asked for help. As we walked out the lady said Have a nice day, little kids! (We are teenagers and the lady was around her 20s). We went to a completely different store in the mall and had to pass Earthbound again. As we passed it the same cashier CAME OUT OF THE STORE to yell Ill catch you guys next time in an angry accusatory tone as if she wanted to catch us stealing things. I was going to buy a few crystals there because I love crystals, but I realized that if I had tried to buy them she would only vaguely threaten me about stealing them. I am afraid to go back because of her. She was focused on only us which meant no one was at the cashier to let customers pay. This could leave the store unattended, and vulnerable to petty theft/stealing because she was judging a group of kids who had just walked in and simply looked around.

The staff is very knowledgeable, nice. They have so many cool, unique items, very clean store. I would give it 5 stars but its a little pricey.

Went there a few weeks ago, lady followed my group and I around, accused us of stealing a 2$ ring, kicked us out after we all emptied our pockets and showed nobody had it, someone should fire her I literally just wanted to buy incense btw if anyone wants to go for incense or anything just go to spencers, they have less options but its better then dealing w terrible staff

The items at the store are great, but my time there is always ruined by an employee stalking me when I am trying to shop. She acts as if she is rearranging items on shelves but when I moves shelves, she moves with me, as if she thinks I am up to something. This kind of service makes me not want to go there anymore.

They have great stuff there but the staff is terrible, me and some of my friends will go in and the lady will be within a foot radius at all time, she pretends to be fixing stuff, when she is not. And this is t the first time it has happened to me. And then we walked by and the lady yelled at us for no reason, I just think they need to teach their staff how to act better.

Found the stones I was looking for! Priced well.

Always very unique items in stock around your typical Buddah Statues, other divine beings, etc. I love their back packs and the natural feel inside from not only the lighting and set up but the merchandise plays in aS well and makes it jusy fantastic.

Quality of products is no where near worth the price... especially the jewelry and clothing.
