My girlfriend got me a surprise arrangement for our anniversary, which turned out really good and looked great. But the one bad thing is unfortunately the person who came to deliver the arrangement knocked on the door (rang doorbell) twice while I was in shower…couldn’t hear…well anyways they set down the arrangement right on top of bird droppings…our welcome mat has some droppings from the recent baby birds that hatched above our door. But I don’t understand why put it on the part of the mat that’s covered with it when there is space that is clear of any debris…

The Strawberry and grape arrangements were real good. Loved the presentation and the chocolate strawberries are top notch!! I recommend this location and not the one on University Drive.

Ordered a box of dipped fruit for my wife’s first day back to school as a teacher. It was supposed to be a surprise but I had not heard anything from her saying she received the item. I called her an hour before school was going to be over and asked if she received the item which she had not. I had to call the store and come to find out they had my order but forgot about it. Now the surprise has turned into a rush job that will likely be wrong and at this point will not use this store again.

My sister ordered me an arrangement but I never received it. The store notified her it had been delivered and my address was correct but I received nothing. We contacted the store repeatedly but no one will answer. Looking through the reviews it seems common practice not to answer the phone. It has been impossible to get a refund.

Great Service and an awesome Gift!

We wanted to do something extraordinary to convey our sincere appreciation to my son’s teachers during Bryan ISD Teacher Appreciation week. Haley and her team went above and beyond in making that happen. Not only did they feel special, but one of the teachers loved it so much, she said she was “spoiled”. It was absolutely perfect. I can’t thank you enough for helping make today amazing for them. 😊

Had a great experience with ordering and picking up! I ordered cheesecakes with chocolate covered strawberries on top, that morning, went to grab them about an hour later and was surprised they were ready that quickly! They tasted DELICIOUS!! Ive also had just the chocolate covered strawberries snack pack and they were good as well! Now Im really wanting more chocolate covered strawberries!!

If I could give this edible arrangements higher than a 5 star I would. The customer service I received was absolutely superb, Haley went above and beyond. She was amazing and extremely helpful. This was my first time ordering from them, and I will definitely be back. A++++++

I couldnt tell if the store was open or closed had to wait for a free item which the cashier had no idea about. Had to wait an extra hour for something that would have taken 15 to 20 minutes. All because it was slow and she had everything turned off and was ready to close up shop. I do believe that it would be best to act as if a customer will be coming in even if its a slow day. Very frustrating.

I tried to go pick up my friends birthday gift of chocolate covered strawberries today. The stores Sunday hours say 8 am - 1 pm. However when I showed up at 11 there was no one to be found. I’m very upset because now I can’t give my friend her gift for her birthday. If they’re not gonna be open they need to change their hours!!!

Went in the buy a fruit cup and the strawberries were all bruised not a single one was great. Cantaloupe looked old. Don’t think if someone is paying $5 for fruit cup that fruit should look old.

I spoke with Holly DSM, I ordered an arrangement for my mother on her Birthday, by the time it got there it was melted and the melon was sour,... not only that but they did not even put the correct name on the card! Spend a lot for some fruit and they didn’t even apologize when I called and told them. All they said was nobody has ever had a compliant. Ever! Very disappointed. Ordered from this store several times before and for some reason this time was a disaster! Never ever again!!!!!

I placed an order for my brothers 30th birthday. I made a huge mistake and put in the wrong delivery address. I called frantic the day of delivery and the woman that helped me immediately called the driver to stop him. He got the correct address and made it to my brother. Thank you SO much for going out of your way to fix my blunder!! You guys saved the day!
