Sent my mother to this store to buy a iphone a case and 2 chargers, before going we had called the Verizon company on the phone and they had stated that they would annotate her file to waive the $35 activation fee, upon arriving at the store the sales person looked it up was able to see the annotation on the file yet refused to waive the fee, stating it would hurt the stores sales statistics. I wonder how not getting any sale and a bad review affected this locations sales statistics. We will be getting all our accessories and equipment from other locations from now on. Your customers and actually making a sale should come before getting maximum statistics. I was once a retail manger for 15 years, I would never have allowed this practice.

Came on Sunday but the wait was long so we “scheduled an appointment” to come back today, Tuesday at 6pm. We arrived today at 6pm only to see the store had been closed down an hour early with no explanation. One of the staff came out and said they had someone call in sick so they closed an hour early due to the “45 min wait”. I asked why that affected our “appointment” to which I got a shrug. Don’t waste your time here.

The employees are actually evil. I knew the verizon employee wasnt telling the truth and what do you know I go to best buy and the best buy worker laughs as he fixed my problem for free in the time it took him to laugh. I was so grateful I gave the best buy guy $20. The verizon employee told me the cheapest phone they had was $200. The whole country is in a crisis and I need money to buy food and the verizon employee tries to swindle me to make a commission. Evil employees representative of an evil company. Make this store your absolute last resort to step into.

The actual Verizon phone service is ok, but the customer service at all Verizon in-store locations is absolutely horrible. It’s darn near impossible to get a service rep to answer any meaningful questions about your account and it’s even harder to get answers through Verizon customer support over the phone. After being with Verizon wireless for several years, I switched to a different provider. Verizon is my least favorite of all service providers due to a lack of customer service and support.

Combined level of education for everyone in the store might total a GED. They are mentally unable to serve any need. They however do have a lot of attitude which is probably why they never amounted to much more than a verizon store floor salesman. Like a group of hyenas they were had a stronger attitude together as they rally against the customer

I would recommend the Bryan Texas Verizon store. Every time I go there with a problem, I am met with friendly people. They always smile and make you feel welcome. Went in trying to decide between 2 phones and my associate was very helpful and knowledgeable - Id done enough research to know if he was winging it - and got me in my new phone at a really good price; better than I could have done from multiple online sources. Honest, friendly, respectful, and a good sense of humor. Everyone seemed to be like that. There was a grown woman having a literal crying meltdown over something, and the associate was doing everything in his power to help the issue. Good store.

I dont know why people are upset with this location. Ive been buying all my phones and tablets from them (personal and business) for 4 years. They treat me good. Always friendly. Always helpful.PS - I rarely give out 5 stars, so 4 stars means I love them. If I give a fifth, it is because a company blew my mind. I think people toss out 5 stars too loosely, like they are candy. So dont let the 4 star only imply I am unhappy in any way. I just feel a business must really hustle and impress for a 5th star.

I cannot say enough about this place. I came in looking to price plans and maybe get a new phone, even though I owned mine, I was interested in the S8, I currently had the S7. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and got to work with Irving on some details about plans, even though I told him I was interested in a certain plan that they had, he still used questions to narrow down the plan that worked best for me, and saved me $10 on a plan better suited for me and even priced both so I could see the benefits of each even with the new phone price included. Then told me that there was a deal coming up if I wanted to trade in my phone for $300 off towards my new S9, or if I wanted to do it today it would still be $280!! I was shocked!! So I decided to go ahead with it and he even set up the data transfer for me and told us we could look around while we waited. I found a case I liked and he brought the new phone to me and let me see if everything was to my satisfaction. It was fantastic, the team here went above and beyond for me and I couldnt be happier, but it didnt stop there, I got home and realized that my emails wouldnt work because I had gotten a new phone and my terrible decisions caused me to set the back up email as another account that had the same features, meaning that I needed either access to my phone number or get my old phone back... Enter Mitchell. This man not only went in the back and found my phone in the back and even got me a charger to get it charged to use it and set up. These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure I had everything and stopped at nothing. Kudos to the team and thanks again for everything!!!

I recently moved to the BCS area, only to find that my Sprint service works neither where I live nor where I work, so I decided to start looking into a new provider. Both times I came in, I worked with Marcus, and he was very helpful on both occasions. The first time, I wanted to see if Verizon would pay off what left I owed Sprint (or at least a portion of it to cushion the blow) in order to make a smooth transition, but Marcus informed me that that particular promotion was no longer available. I told him I would be back as soon as I had the money to pay off the rest of what I owed Sprint. Lo and behold, I went in today to pick up my phone after I paid Sprint, and Marcus went above and beyond to port my number over, despite the fact that I could (in theory) have done it myself. Thank you, Verizon, for a great customer experience!

If I could give this store zero stars I WOULD!!!!I have been in multiple times and NEVER been helped. They just tell me to go online and file a claim or use the online service. What is the point of a store with workers, (of whom just sit in the back office becuse there is only ever one employee standing at the counter at a time) if they arent going to assist you.HORRIBLE customer service. Im not sure what happened to customer service at Verizon but holy s$&+. My wife and I went in to possibly switch our carriers. Not only was our experience terrible, servicemember never really looked at us, talked cheerfully to us, etc, but 4 separate team members were overtly rude towards other customers.A little old lady who had probably been with Verizon for years went in to ask about her bill. She was told gruffly that she needed her password and that no, I cant do that or maam, Im trying but if you dont know your password etc.I was appalled and my wife and I left shortly after.If thats how Verizon now treats their customers, they wont get my buisness.

This location was easy to find. There was plenty of parking for my big work truck. The store was nicely decorated with plenty of phones on display.

My wife was very pleased with the customer service she received from Adam in this store. She said she only had to wait a couple of minutes to be helped. She came home with an estimate to switch from AT&T to Verizon. After discussing our options we came up with more questions & Adam was able to answer them quickly over the phone.

Only rating two stars because I chose a decent phone. Bear with me this is literally my first review. Sales team is virtually useless. Customer service is extremely poor. I probably would of bought the watch that matches my phone if the guy wasnt a space cadet.(literally knew nothing about what he was selling nor was he interested in helping me learn the new phone even though I asked twice and had to continue to search for him in a 50 square foot building) luckily posting reviews is easy with galaxy s8+ I have been a store director for 4 years and was ultimately appalled by the service. By the way Im the white guy your team was poking fun at when I came in after my 12 hour shift. And would of gladly bought anything extra if he wasnt a useless rep. Example. I drive dodge, always hated Fords. Dodge customer service become very rude and lazy. Ford picked up the ball and taught what they sold. And sold me my brand new $50k 2017 F-150. Customer service goes a long way. If i was the manager there i would get rid of everyone including the guys in the back making fun of the older couple that was next to me. The service is amazing. Unfortunately the employees are poorly trained and need to have more training before getting on the floor alone with customers. I would expect this at other 3rd party locations but not a corporate store. Also to fully understand what they can do in store. The employee I was unfortunate to have help me was hesitant to help at first and was rude and disrespectful. Having told we needed to speak to a manager after he refused to help our situation. Not did show concern with our problem as customer service requires, his mannerisms was childish as he walked off as we were speaking to him. The manager came out and told him basically being a Verizon Corporate store that is something they are capable of doing. Cannot recommend but being the only corporate store in the area I live in I will call customer care when needing any other assistance.

STAY AWAY!! Horrible establishment! I was told that my data speeds wouldnt be slowed since I live in a rural area. The first 3 months went off without a hitch. This last week on the other hand has been unacceptable. My speeds have been slowed down to 0.3 to 0.01 mbps. Might as well have a dial up connection. I spent around a hour on the phone with customers service and they told me that I need to call the store to resolve this issue. When I called the person that answered kept turning my words around on me and kept talking over me. I had to scream into the phone in order to get a word in then he hung up. I called back and talked with a manager and explained the issue I was having he told me to call tech support and that he couldnt do anything on his end. AT&T IS BETTER THAN THIS STUPID COMPANY!!!!!! Wish I have never switch to this garbage....but now Im stuck or I lose the money I put into my phone all because I was lied to by these people. Wish I could give them less than a 1 star......if you have ANY other phone company stay with them.

One can easily discern whether or not Verizon can meet their needs as a cell provider with a quick Google search. This review is 100% regarding my experience at this store and not what I think of the company as a whole.My wife and I have been running a pair of outdated and cosmetically obliterated Galaxy S8s for nearly 2 years. We also have been on a family plan with my mother for far too long. Today was the day we signed our own contract and upgraded phones.We walked in and started looking at phones. Within 2 minutes, we were approached by sales staff. I normally immediately shut down any attempt at making a sale, but Adam was approachable enough for me to lower my guard. The fact that there is very limited product info and zero pricing info available on the display makes me think that its designed to encourage interaction with a salesperson, but thats just speculation.After explaining that we were looking to separate from our family plan and migrate to a new account, Adam asked some basic qualifying questions, like what we use our phones for, what phones we were considering, etc. He got me set up with account services, where I actually took ownership of our two lines. Once I got that out of the way, I paid up the debt I inherited from my aunts account, picked out 2 new Samsung Galaxy S10s, picked a plan, and paid the man.All in all, it was super smooth. Adam was incredibly easy to deal with. Im super happy with our new phones, our new plans, our new monthly payment, and the service that Adam provided while we got all those things set up.After we got home and finished transferring all of the content from the old phones to the new ones, I took the two old broken phones, and I cant stress broken enough, back to Verizon to see what I could get as far as trade-in credit. I ended up getting just over $100 for them and surprised my wife with a new Galaxy watch. Adam helped me with this purchase as well.I think the gist of my review is that even if you hate sales situations and are maybe on the fence about Verizon as a company, you can at least go in here and see Adam about it and whether or not you buy, youll have an alright time.

The store used to be great, but now they cant do anything for you unless youre just buying a phone. They are basically just a checkout counter. I wanted to buy an apple watch and also cancel two iPads on my account that we no longer use. They told me Id have to call customer service to cancel. Its like they are trying to make it difficult or dont want to help. (I had already attempted to cancel online, but no such option).The person helping me didnt know much about the new apple watch, or how it works with the iPhone, or much else. I would have been more than willing to buy a brand new iPhone (and adding another line to my account) to work with the watch if thats what it took, but they didnt seem interested in helping me, or maybe they didnt have the knowledge to do so. I hate to leave a bad review, but maybe it will bring some improvement. I miss the old Verizon stores that actually helped you when you came in.

I had a lot of trouble with my phone after purchasing it. I was told I could activate my phone at home, which is fine and all, but Lauren didn’t tell us all the extra hoops we’d have to go through to do so. It really just felt like she got her points out of us and wanted to get the next quickly. This was only further proven when I had SIM card issues. When I took the SIM card out it had the BIGGEST fingerprints and smudges. A friend who works with phones was shocked. It took a lot of trial and error to get it working. Lauren was nice, but I really wish we were more informed and they were more careful.

I have been a Verizon customer since I was 13 years old, and am now 25. Since then I have had some form of this companys product in my front left pocket. Today I walked in the store, still on the old unlimited data plan. I visited today for the current offer of 50% off with trade in on the new Note 8. I have the Note 5, which is supposed to have a trade in value of $480. I was promptly told after 10 minutes of waiting that they could only give me $128 for my Note 5 due to the fact Im on an old plan. I guess I can say that Verizon customers can expect NO VALUE FOR YEARS OF LOYALTY from their service provider. Apparently, loyalty is not valued in the cell phone industry.

Keven went above and beyond to help us with our office cell phone and my boyfriends new phone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful-if we asked him a question that he didnt know the answer to, he was willing to look and figure it out. We really tested his knowledge of camera capabilities on each of the newest phones- LG G6, Samsung S8, iPhone 7/7 Plus, and Google Pixel- and he went above and beyond to find answers and give us options. I will be back to get my upgrade from him soon!

Bought a new phone; followed the suggestion to pick it up in the store; we live about 25 minutes away. There is a lot of construction on Texas Ave in front of the store. I called from a few blocks away to let them know that I was almost there and that the construction was keeping me from the door, but I was almost there. They locked the door as I was walking up, before 8:01, apparently using my call to speed up closing instead of pulling the phone out to make the transaction quick for everyones sake. (Most if us can put in a SIM card, right?)There was no line of people, no reason to spend more time mouthing Thats the policy with a blank stare than it would have taken to hand me the phone. Incredibly immature, abysmal attitudes and judgement. If Verizon doesnt hire and motivate better representatives, there will be one less reason to have a retail store at all. There are, of course, better deals online as it is.

I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus back on the 3rd of October. When we placed the order we were told that the phone would be in the following week... it wasnt. We were then told that they were sorry but it would be the next week and so we went back the next week... nothing, we were then told the phones were never ordered but they would order it then. We waited for two weeks and we received a text and a call from the store saying the phones were in. We went to the store today and were told that the phones never came in and it they arent sure where they are at. The tracking number that I received was the correct one from the one the store had but they said the phones were gone. I have given up. I will NEVER be a customer of the Verizon store in the Post Oak Mall EVER AGAIN!

We went in to this location to upgrade my daughters iPhone. She purchased the phone and accessories and we were told to go sit on the couch to activate. I asked them about assistance to activate and the only thing they did to help was to deactivate her original device and NOT activate the new one. She told us to take it home and connect to WiFi to continue setting it up....it isnt set up and now she has 2 phones without service! Thanks for that! Now we have to attempt to set it up off my HotSpot because there is no home Wifi and service at this location was awful!!

Worst service ever. Daughter ordered an S6 thinking she was ordering an Edge, went to exchange it but found it would be $300 more. Decided to keep the S6, but since an idiot employee started pushing keys too quickly before telling the customer what to expect she ended up having to pay $160 she didnt have to spare just to get her S6 handed back to her. Doug the mgr was nice enough to finally give store credit but claimed he couldnt put the money back on her card. Its 2015, and every other store in America can push a few keys and put money back on a card. Everyone BUT the clowns at this Verizon store.

Went in to have my phone fixed. Couldnt link up to anything using mobile data after the last update. I was there for an hour and a half. They said they couldnt fix it that I need to do one of 3 things. 1 look into Samsung warrantee, 2 take it to a repair shop because its most likely an antenna problem, or 3 upgrade to a post paid account and get a new phone. Well Im just fine with my Galaxy s6 phone and the prepaid plans thank you very much. Oh and I fixed my phone myself 10min after leaving the store. I had sent all of my pictures to my email before I went to the store. But the one thing I did that the tech didnt think of is factory defaults . Thats right I went and reset my phone to factory defaults and its fixed! Verizon techs are money hungry and dont want to fix your phone they want you to spend more money!

After 4 hours of being on the phone with Verizon and Asurion, I was advised by Verizon to come to this location. I was met with a lack of empathy and escorted into routine service by Kevin. He then interrupted me and did not take the time to hear my story or hear what I had to say to fully understand the problem. If he had listened to what I had to say and asked routine questions, I would have been out of there in a matter of 5 minutes. Rather, he and another associate engaged me in a back-and-forth, embarrassingly so, that lasted beyond the time that anyone would want to spend at a cell phone shop.

I received little help from the manager. After being passed off to a sales associate named Jentry, I finally received some good and honest support. I had Verizon for 9 years. The first 8 years were fantastic, but the last year I had them, I got charged a ridiculous amount of money for government fees and surcharges so I switched to Sprint. They didnt have the national coverage I was hoping for, so I went back to Verizon, but this time I went with Verizon Wireless Prepaid. I have loved it, I pay a flat amount every month, get all the coverage and data I need and didnt have a problem, until the last few months. Being a procrastinator, I wait until the last minute for everything, including paying my phone bill. I recieved a text message this morning saying I had until midnight before my service was disconnected. I imagine they work on a different time zone than the one I am in, because my service was cut off unbeknownst to me at 11pm. At 11:30, I realized what time it was and went to go pay my bill over the phone. The automated message I got said that they were unable to complete my call because there were restrictions on this account. I tried to get on myverizon and pay my bill online, as I am connected to wifi. Myverizon told me it was unable to process my request and asked that I try again later. I then got a notification on my phone that said my activation was incomplete, and to call customer service. I tried from my phone first, because in my past experiences it reroutes me to the payment center, where I can pay my bill quickly with no problems. Nope, same automated message telling me there are restrictions on my account. I grabbed a friends phone to call customer service, and got an automated message that said I had reached them outside of their normal business hours, and please call them between 8am and 11pm.I have done my time at the DMV. I have driven from Texas to the DMV in Alabama on the second to last day in February to register my car while in the process of moving only to be told to come back in my renewal month, which was March. I drove back in March, only to be told I needed paperwork from the DMV in Texas. I drove back to Texas, got the paperwork, drove back to Alabama and went to the DMV on THREE separate occasions for 2 plus hours each time before I was finally able to register my car. The lady was incredibly unpleasant, and I had to speak with her each and every time.In my personal experience, THE FREAKING DMV HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN VERIZON. ILL SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK. THE. DMV. HAS. BETTER. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. THAN. VERIZON.If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. 0/10 would recommend.
