Disappointed in their stock. A lot of empty shelves n brands they used to carry are almost gone. Dont know if stock is short due to covid or if their goin out of business.

I came here to exchange some shoes because the ones that I originally bought they didnt fit so I got the same ones but one size bigger so they would fit better but the lady with glasses gave me the shoes I returned and not the ones I exchange 🤦‍♂

I only gave 2 stars because I went there a couple months ago and the employee was very helpful but she accidentally put a third shoe in my bag and realized it after I walked out the store instead of double checking things before processing my purchase. Good thing I didnt leave the parking lot before double checking my bag and noticed that she put a shoe that didnt fit in the bag. I went back into the store only to hear her mgr on the phone with a corporate mgr telling them I left the store with a third shoe, and I immediately corrected that mgr while she was on the phone. They were putting the blame on me for their error and trust me, theres nothing at that store that Id ever want to walk out with! So after a few days, I returned both pair of tennis shoes I bought and got my money back and havent returned since. Im an older lady and was just trying to buy a comfortable pair of shoes for my aching feet... THATS ALL! I felt they were trying to wrongfully accuse me of shoplifting. I could hardly walk to get in the store and the employee spent over 30 minutes trying to help me find a good shoe, so why should I be blamed for her error?!?! The mgr was wrong and should have APOLOGIZED and THANKED ME for being HONEST enough to bring THEIR MISTAKE to their attention, and bringing the extra pair of shoes back. I guess they needed COMMISSION for what they THOUGHT was shoplifting. I went to a different shoe store, told them of my horrible experience and they apologized for their ignorance and gave me over $35 off two pair of memory foam insole tennis shoes and offered me another discount for the inconvenience from Shoe Carnival!

Shoe Carnival in College Station was and excellent experience. The elderly gentleman behind the counter made us feel like it used to feel when you went to buy shoes. The young lady was also very personable and professional. Excellent employees and service.

I purchased slip resistant shoes. The next day I slipped several times. On time I slipped and fell hitting my hand and cutting it on a table. The $69 shoes dont work and are unsafe. When I tried to return the shoes the manager told me they could not refund my money because I used the shoes. The shoes are defective and they should have refunded my money.

Clean store, everything was neat and in place. I was looking for something specific. No one asked if they could help me. Didnt find what I was looking for. No big deal. Found what I needed at Target.

Prices arent very good. And the clearance shoes arent very inexpensive. And then you cant take advantage of the special deals like buy one get one half off. If the shoes were already significantly marked down, I would understand. But they arent. There are better deals elsewhere in town.

Love this place I get my whole family shoes from here for most occasions or just when we want to get new ones and the employees are nice helpful and down to earth

I was able to find what suited my taste. After visiting several stores whoms inventory was largely trendy Shoe Carnival had a wide variety of shoe fashions

Been here twice, prices are always reasonable as is selection. Staff experience was very different for each visit. First was extremely friendly and helpful, second was the complete opposite (end of the day they were busy, employees just wanted to leave helping anyone was the furthest thing from their minds).

I bought a $50 pair of boots here and the rubber of the sole on the heel completely split and broke off just from normal use (walking around). I wanted to return them for another set of boots since I figured it was just some issue with the particular pair I got. It broke right after 30 days from the date of buying it, and they have no policy to help replace abnormally defective products after the 30-day return period. If youre going to buy from here, youre going to have to make sure your shoes wont break after 30 days, even if its the manufacturers fault.

I visited this location for my first visit I did an exchange for a bigger size. I asked did I receive my coupon off my total both people said yes but through the transaction they focused​ more on personal conversation with each other. I ended up going to the other male next to them because it didnt show on the receipt this guy had common sense to see it wasnt done correctly. Wont be coming back again Im better off going to the mall where they care for customers purchases.

The girls in the front never offered assistance. Instead they were talking about boyfriends and whether you should spend money on them. Seriously so unprofessional! Whats worse is that the manager was there but even she seemed not to care. Hopefully someone in corporate sees this and contacts me back!

Terrible service, it took me 15 min to check out, keep in mind there was only about 3 customers in the whole store, only one person was working the rest of the employees were to busy talking.

Fiance called and was placed on hold but we could hear the entire conversation with their coworker. So I called from my phone too and said I wouldnt hold, given that I was just listening to banter (and not serving customers). I was placed on hold anyway to serve a customer and my fiance was hung up on.
