My Favorite store I love the manga section so much 💜

Quiet variety - two words any book lover will enjoy seeing together! From self-improvement to engineering, puzzles, references, manga, and everything in between, they seem to have it or be able to get it at a decent price. Know your customer..... Im told their manga selection is very good by the avid reader in our family.

Came to redeem my kids free book for summer reading log. We looked around & enjoyed the chill environment. Even bought some other goodies 👍🏼👍🏼

Barnes & Noble employees are attentive and helpful. I needed to check on the value of some B&N gift cards I had and the checker was very patient when I couldnt find them quickly. She discretely called for another cashier since I was holding up the line. Her pleasant and kind demeanor never changed even though it took a long time to find the cards.

I knew the name and genre of the book I was looking for but not where it would be located. I have not been inside of the store since pre-pandemic so it has changed quite a bit. I was looking for a book that was printed a few years ago so it wasnt on a display. I asked an associate at the information desk where the genre I was looking for was located and she pointed the way and explained how they were arranged. She asked what I was looking for. I told her and she said she knew exactly where it was and took me right too it. Even though it is an older book (5 years) I was impressed she knew of it. She was very kind.

Customer Service was excellent! Greeted as soon as I walked in, which I love. It makes you feel welcome and want to shop there. I am a first time shopper there, and didnt know where anything was, and one of the associates could tell, and she pointed me in the right direction plus she took me to it as well. That was even better! Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Recently brought my daughter here and the female clerk (I think her name was Stephanie) helped her find some age appropriate books. Ive never seen my daughter more excited to start reading. Thank you for helping shape a life long reader.

First time in store and I was pleasently surprised at how spacious the place was (given that most book stores make me feel closed in and claustrophobic) and bright it was. I didnt feel overwhelmed, just happy! The childrens section was amazing!!! And they have so much more than books. Lots of toddler and kid toys that you dont see in many of your major retail chains. Next time, Ill be sure to carve out more time to spend just browsing!

If you think a Barnes and Noble in a college neighborhood has to be a little extra-special for book worms, this is the spot to visit.Shoutout to the amazing cashier lady with gray hair.

Took awhile to check out. A lady was by herself at the register while 3 others were chillin around the Customer Service Kiosk. Could have been better.

Customer service has always been great when I come in to order a book or try to track one down. The coffee shop also has this amazing chocolate kiss drink I haven’t gotten anywhere else (cold brew and raspberry mix).

Great space to read and chill with friends or by yourself! The reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there is a lack of selection for Real Estate books; now dont get me wrong, the DO have some books about Real Estate, but just not enough

The employees seem to always be rude here and never interested to help. I have asked them before where stuff is and one time they pointed in a general direction and said over there somewhere. they seem to be in mad moods most the time.

The best Starbucks in town. I think that this is the only one left Starbucks where walk-in customer dont have to compete against online orders. The personnel is always nice, they seem relaxed, and the waiting time is very short. This is one of my favorite places to have a coffee.

I love visiting ANY Barnes & Noble. Clean bathrooms, clean store, and super nice employees. Coffee was really good too. We were able to sit and visit with college niece. It was convenient and on a 110° day the air conditioning felt really good.

Someone has decided that the centuries-old method of displaying books in rows for someone to peruse is a tired notion, and thought that making the bookcases into a maze would be a better way to keep customers. Wrong. The only thing more annoying than having everything moved (History was back left corner, now is right center) is to have to figure out where the entrance to the little pods are. What 12 year old marketing person, who has obviously never been in a library, much less went to look for a physical book, came up with this idea? Fire them immediately, for they are stupid beyond measure.I wont be shopping in the store again until it is a bookstore, and not an obstacle course.

Large store with good selection, great employees, Spanish and English kids books, and a decent little play area for those who might not be reading yet.

I love this book store! It has sensibly priced books. I although have a few small complaints, hints the 4/5 star review.The books may be of a sensible price but the book lights, bookmarks or any small-ish trinkets are a bit pricey. A small book light a little bit bigger than a grown adults hand cost about $10 (minus taxes).Another small detail is that the vinyl records are all over the place. Yes they are alphabetized, but very poorly.The last thing I have to say is it may or may not be just me, but trying to find a specific book is almost impossible. Even though they are organized as fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, ect. they are just sprawled on the shelf. They arent organized by the author or whatever.Thats all I have to say, but overall its really a great book store!

The store was clean and well kept/organized. It was a little difficult to find the book that I was looking for but there is a pleasant enough environment that staying longer than I anticipated was nice. Their sales are awesome! I always check their clearance section first.

I love this place! The only thing I would change, as with many other Barnes & Nobles, is the cafe featuring Starbucks coffee. I would rather have a real Starbucks in the store so I could use my gift card. Otherwise the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm. Great selection too.

Such a friendly staff! I grabbed a drink in the cafe (ahem- Starbucks by another name) and they were absolutely lovely! I was looking for a book that was recommended to me that was out of stock and since I was from out of town, they not only check my home B&N, they looked for similar titles I might enjoy. 👍

It always smells good there! And They have a good selection of all sorts of books that youd need. I like the ambiance if I need to study. Its lacking in many electrical outlets however.

I had been in there last week and the book I asked for had come in. The cashier was kind and helpful. He got my book and let me take it so I could make sure it was what I wanted. I found a seat and took some time to glance thru it. The whole time was relaxing and he greeted me kindly again when I went back to pay for it. No line.

Enjoyed my visit. Only rated four stars because they didnt have what i was looking for, not even a section for it. The store was nice though, and the customer service was excellent! Would definitely like to go back sometime.

The best book store in town. You can spend hours and hours there without realizing. Amazing.

I guess I am impartial because where I live, there arent any Barnes and Noble, but it felt really good to be there. We were looking for a specific book, but it wasnt there. When we checked online, it was sold out everywhere. They also provided promotions for their cafe.

It’s nice to have the store to go Physically look at the books, (I like REAL books, not Digital) but honestly I usually end up ordering them from Online. If I could enter the Promo Codes or get the same offers that the Barnes & Noble website offers in the Store I would go ahead and purchase there, but when I can get Free shipping over $25 and put in a Code at Checkout for discounts on the few books I buy, I like to save.The store does have deals sometimes too, so I go there and again like to see stuff before buying.Oh and this is the ONLY place to buy whatever Magazine you want, then relax with some Starbucks while you read it.Now if you read like 4-5 books a month like my wife then you might join the Book Club, she pays like $25 a year and with that gets some in store savings so SHE buys a lot more stuff THERE when we go while I window shop.

Wonderful bookstore!!! They have books about every topic you can think of and such a wide selection!!! It is a great place to select the perfect gift for a graduate or birthday or Christmas or whatever occasion! They also sell devices that you can download electronic books onto for your convenience. It is truly a great store!

Hard to see how Barnes and Noble will be able to continue to compete with the behemoth Amazon. The store was mostly empty. No one really tried to help as I was looking for a book. They did however try to upsell me to become a Barnes and Noble member more than once. They need to figure out a way to get more people in the store or they might be in serious trouble

Great place for me to look for books for my kids and myself. I ask someone for help, she was a nice person recommend me the book i was looking for. It was nice to know someone else view on a GED prep book. Thank you

Nice store but doesnt have the same the variety as other, similar sized B&N locations. Often gets crowded with students sitting around on the floor in aisles. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful though.

Nice place. Decent selection. Could do better with Refreshing their stock more regularly. B&N top management is not very functional however. Typical corporate leadership looking to maintain status quo while business suffers, a la Sears, JC Penney, etc.

An above average Barnes & Noble. A good selection of books and magazines. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you out when youre looking for a obscure book. Theres also a coffee shop in the store which is a bonus.

Nice place overall but not very good for studying. Theres like 2 places to charge a computer ( with 2 plug ins each for a total of 4 in the store). Id have probably bought a book a month, and coffee every week here if there was some place to charge my laptop for homework.

I had a lot of fine spending my time here. Theres a big variety of board games available.

Love having a bookstore in town. But this is a frustrating place to shop. B&N, Pleas, Please, Please hire literate people and educate them on how to shelve books by First letter of authors LAST name. Im not sure how its possible, but somehow they never seem to have the books were looking for. Im not talking about obscure books by random authors... I mean bestsellers featured on the Barnes and Noble website. Top picks, things like that? Nope.But the staff is friendly and the store is well kept.

I miss going to book fairs,so going to barnes and noble always feels like embracing an old friend.Even the workers always seem like they are passionate doing their job so I think it is great here! Books,clothes,or merchandise is all here to buy so come here I guess
