I had an amazing experience here at Legacy. From start to finish. I wasnt initially planning on scheduling anything I was just shopping around at the time. After speaking with a few people there at the shop I decided this was the place to be. Everyone there was friendly, multiple people asked if I was being helped, which I really appreciated. I got my work done by Chris, 10/10 imo. Dude was awesome. He listened to my ideas incorporated some of his and was up-front about what he was comfortable doing and not so comfortable which was something I was worried about, someone just going for it even if they didnt feel comfortable about it. He answered all of my questions even if I asked them multiple times.I tend to fill dead air with random conversation (its just something I do) which he didnt seem to mind during the tattoo session. Good conversation and great guy all around. Highly highly recommend. I cant wait for my next one.

I would have given five stars but when we came in we needed help with my daughters tattoo because something had changed. They made me feel like I was judging them and came off abrasive and condescending. She did not get the tattoo there but instead of listening to the customer a couple of the artist kept talking over me. Finally I just shut my mouth and let them talk. After that she got her nose pierced and I had a new one placed. The lady that did the piercing was very sweet and professional. We never received her business card to call if there were any problems. My daughters piercing has done great but mine appeared to be infected slightly I had no way of calling and asking for the lady the did the piercing because I did not know who she was. I could have described her but it would have been better to have had her card my piercing worked itself out so in the end I didnt need to call but I would have liked to have given her a good review personally.

Essie is the BEST! She makes me feel so comfortable and I have never had any complications with piercings she has done. She did my belly button and my daith. Absolutely a 10/10, wont go to anyone else!

The shop is clean, staffs are nice and friendly, and most importantly, you can find Petey who has top tier talent and is very experienced in b&g tattoo. Got my half sleeve from him and couldnt be more happy with the result. Will definitely recommend!

Chris Martakis absolutely crushed my Hebrew text & semi-colon tattoo. Since its such a simple piece, the linework was crucial and I couldnt be more pleased with the final results. Its crisp, clean, solid, and exactly what I envisioned. This was my first tattoo and Chris did a great job of making me feel welcomed and I never felt out of place. He was patient when I asked to put on a second stencil, and was well balanced in the amount of professional advice he gave while still meeting my vision at the end of the day.Will definitely be returning and couldnt recommend Legacy or Chris enough.

Update: As you can read by the owners response, the customer is always wrong. I didnt get art a couple days beforehand, I got it one day before at 1am after cancelling my appointment earlier due lack of professionalism. Mind you this was a full backpiece. Use this business at your own risk, because the owners ego will not allow any courtesy towards a disappointed customer. All you had to do was apologize, but that was too much.to I don’t see this as consistent issue with the business, but regardless my experience wasn’t good. My first suggestion is don’t tell a client that is about to spend thousands of dollars on something permanent that it’s “difficult in my job keeping everyone happy”. Long story short, during my consultation I was told that it would take some time to get to my artwork, but it would come in time for revisions if needed. Well I waited patiently for 1 1/2 months for anything, so I called the week prior to my appointment to get an update and was told that he would get to it Wed/Thurs of next week. By Friday, which was 2 days before my first 10 hr session I had to contact him again because I had received nothing. After the comment about keeping everyone happy, I basically lost trust in the artist and cancelled my appointment. I finally received the artwork at 1am today, which would have been one day before the appointment. Not sure why it couldn’t have been sent during the first email of the day. I was told it was at his home, I had to assume it wasn’t done yet, which factored in to my cancellation. It wasn’t bad, but it needed significant revisions to get in line with my vision. Anyway, I am out the $300 I paid for deposit for something that was not delivered on time and will never be done. The money isn’t that important, but the principle is...

I went in on a Saturday night without an appointment, was able to have my small and significant tattoo done. The artist was very patient with me, as I could not decide on the alignment of the tattoo. It came out just the way I wanted.

First off this shop is super clean. Good music and entertainment for those long stays. We were a walk in client with my 6 year old to get her ears pierced. Nate did the piercing and he was awesome!!! I was looking to get a Halo tattoo as my very first tattoo, and decided to contact David Hershman to see if he could do that for me. He replied fairly quickly and was down for the idea. We met up and discussed the tattoo composition and location and really I just gave him creative freedom with it. When I arrived to begin the first day of tattooing and he showed me what he had worked on for me, I was AMAZED!! It completely exceeded my expectations and he really went above and beyond. He was truly an awesome guy and very easy to talk to. I meant to write this a few months ago, but Legacy is a great place to go for any piercings! Essie is awesome and is always willing to help or answer any questions (even with tattoos!) I’ve had ear piercings, a septum, and had my nose piercing changed here multiple times and it has always been a great experience!

I LOVE this business. My girlfriend went in and was filling out information to get her little sister’s ears pierced when she asked if she should even do that so soon before going to the beach. Most places I know would say it’s fine just to take your money but INSTEAD she told them to come back after the trip. We will all be back from here on out for our piercings!

I come to Legacy for all my piercings! I’ve had great experiences from both Vick & Essie - they know what they are doing & are very helpful/patient when picking the placement of your piercing. Every piercing i’ve gotten from here has healed great with absolutely no problems. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here especially if you’re nervous because they are super cool & make you feel welcome, thank you guys!

My sister had gotten her gorgeous tattoo done here a year or so ago and raved about how wonderful they were! Naturally, when my daughter (6yrs old) started begging me to get her ears pierced this was the first place I thought of. We came in and saw Vick and she was amazing! My daughter was extremely nervous going into the appointment and Vick gave her time to get comfortable. She chatted with my daughter and showed her all the instruments and explained the process to her so she would know exactly what to expect. When it came time to do the piercing Vick walked me daughter the the whole process. Her patience and understanding through the entire thing was amazing and I will forever be grateful to her! We will definitely be coming back to Vick for any piercings in the future and I cant speak more highly of her!

I went in to get a quote for a tattoo that was literally 6 characters, 1x3 inches in size. I was quoted $100. I kindly left and went across town to Liberty Tattoo and got the same thing for $60. What a joke.

Essie was my piercer and I got my nose piercing last week. When I got it she was so encouraging and happy to help me that day. I came back today because my nose ring slipped out and she helped me instantly and tried her best to make sure it didn’t hurt! Overall really great place

I go to Legacy pretty regularly to get pierced and soon Ill hopefully be going to get tattooed there regularly too once I rise above my student induced poverty. The shop and the people are awesome. I first went in for my septum in July of 2020 and since then I think Ive gotten something like 15 piercings since. I mostly go to Essie because of when I can get to the shop, but I have piercings from Vick and Nate too! They all do a great job and Ive never had any healing issues. Ive also gotten tattooed by Kara and Jennifer and havent had a bad experience yet (they did a great job of explaining specific area aftercare for my tatts). They have this magical power of making me feel better and more like me every time I go in for some work. I would definitely recommend this shop for fast, quality and professional work!

Vick and Essie are both amazing. Essie has done all of my piercings and she executes them flawlessly every time! 10/10 Vick helped me changed my jewelry and make it look perfect. The piercer was amazing! She always told me what she was gonna do before she actually did it. She warned me about the pain whenever she was gonna do something. But with my high pain tolerance, it was no big deal. She was very engaging.

Went here to get a tattoo and they were able to fit my friend and I in even though they were busy. Randal tattooed us and he was great he even gave my friend a great experience for her first tattoo and he did clean line work! Also saw the piercer there and she was quick and accurate when piercing all my friends. Definitely recommend coming here everybody is great.

I had been wanting a tattoo for awhile, but travel a lot for work. When I got out here I quickly looked up shops to go to and legacy was right by my hotel, so I walked over and the shop was awesome the whole vibe was welcoming and chill. I was great quickly and told them what I was wanting to get done, Jennifer was the one who I very happily got to do my tat. Shes really talented and accommodating, because I wanted to do it all in one sitting and have a tight window to do it. We talked about what I wanted and scheduled our appointment for the following night while she put the piece together. Her line work and layout of it came out awesome! Hope to get some more pieces done by her.

Legacy is clean with an exceptional staff. Everyone is professional and willing to work around what you want, as well as bring their knowledge to the art work for the best piece you can get.

This is my go-to place for tattoos! They have a solid crew who can offer a wide range of art styles. They also allow walk-ins and usually have an artist available. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to get some ink or piercings done!

I wish I could leave a 5 star review. I have loved all of my experiences getting piercings from Essie, I think Ive gotten 5 from her now, and if I decide I want more I will be returning to her. The reason for my 3 star review is from trying to schedule an appointment for a tattoo. I didnt even get one, just trying to schedule one was enough of an unprofessional experience to make me decide to go elsewhere. The artist I was messaging did not draw what I wanted to begin with even though I had sent a picture specifically of what I wanted and a text about the picture to go along with it. The artist then scheduled my appointment for a day that I told them I was going to be unavailable. I woke up to an angry text message on that day because I had no-showed and when I tried to apologise for the misunderstanding I was told about how I messed up their day. I understand it is frustrating to have someone no show and I am sorry for the misunderstanding, but the manner this was handled was so unprofessional I wont be getting my tattoo from Legacy.

The customer service was terrible. I came in around 10:45pm. He even knows he was being rude he said “sorry it’s just the last hour of my shift on a Friday night” as if that’s excuse to be rude. I came in for a small minimalist tattoo about 2 inches big and wide. This tattoo is very meaningful to me and he ruined my experience. I didn’t get his name but he had a hood on, colored eyes, with a long beard and mustache and wasn’t wearing a mask. I will be taking my business elsewhere and with someone who want to make money.

I was very nervous about getting my Daith’s pierced for medical reasons. I had been having really bad headaches. Vick is a piercer at legacy tattoo. She was really knowledgeable and shared with me that this has really helped others. Let me tell you, she has saved my life!! Not only do my ears look so cool now but the headaches are manageable now. She was fast, and professional! I’m usually a big baby, and I handled it pretty well. I went back to Vick for my jewelry change and again, she did such a good job. If your in College Station/Bryan or the surrounding area, it’s more than worth it to go see Vick! She’ll do you right!!

Now has nothing to do with the quality of work. The quality is definitely amazing and the ink I did get from them was great and I love it. My big problem was when I went to go back and messaged to see about openings, my tattoo, and price. And never heard back. Messaged a couple times after and still nothing. It would get read and then makes as unread and re-read. Just didn’t sit well with me.

Got a tattoo here a few weeks ago and felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. Unfortunately though, they had a picture of what I exactly wanted on my tattoo and they did not add everything onto it. I get anxiety about things like this and did not notice until I left the shop and wasn’t sure what to do at that point. Now i can’t stop thinking about it and it bothers me that it isn’t exactly what I wanted because it meant so much to me. Other than that the tattoo quality was amazing and they did a good job.

Came with a special lady friend and got her a small tattoo, for her birthday. I was worried that the artists might think that something that small was not worth their time, but that was definitely not the case! Everyone there was very respectful and we both felt right at home. Well definitely be bringing out bigger jobs here. Yeah you can find cheaper tattoos, but its your skin and your problem if it sucks. Just go here, you wont regret it at all!

The tattoo artist rushed both of mine and my fiancé’s tattoo. This is two weeks into healing Abd there are spots. You can see the line work, And he was heavy handed at times then not. This was also a cover up and he didn’t even cover it up when I asked him to make the size bigger . I will not be going here again.
