I’ve been coming here forever because they have good prices, but I came recently and they made me purchase a face mask. The mandate is over in Texas and if a store requires masks they should be required to provide them without making the customer pay. Seems ridiculous. Also have never seen some of their things restocked in the past 3 years, so I’m running out of reasons to go in there anyway. Disappointed in my experience this last time around. Not sure I’ll be back & if you don’t have a mask, prepare to pay for one.

The store is very well organized the staff takes time to assist you with finding what ever you need or want. There is a huge selection of products tortoise from. Totally excellent store.

Customer service is excellent there and they have a vast variety of products. If you cant find something someone will help you and if they dont have it theyll suggest you similar products. Ill give this place 5 stars.

Overwhelmingly stocked beauty store to the point where you should check product freshness, but prices are good, with lots of variety. Theres a lot to look at, so plan to spend time there. The nail department could use restocking and more selection, a lot of people now a days do acrylics at home.

This is my to go shop for everything hair and beauty related. They have excellent quality products and great customer service.

NEVER BUY WEAVE FROM THERE, DEVELOPED A RASH ON MY NECK AFTER SPENDING 300 DOLLARS ON BUNDLES FROM THERE STORE. TRASHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Very unorganized theres a lot of stuff but you got to sift through everything like its a yard sale. And the wings are overpriced

They do not let customers know that their whole store is final sale. I tried to return an item one business day later and they would not take it back. They also do not do exchanges. I would take your business somewhere else.

This place is packed so full of stuff that its overwhelming. Unfortunately, if youre not in the market for extensions or wigs, theres not much else for you except for lots of old dusty products, some of which you can get at the dollar store cheaper and same quality. Hardly any makeup and nail polish selection is so minimal that I had to ask for help to find it... out of only two aisles. Its clear that theft is a huge problem there. Employees are very friendly and are easy to find if you want help.

Check the prices before you buy. I have left the store several times and found products at Walmart much cheaper. For example I made the mistake of buying Nioxin shampoo here at 30 dollars a bottle. I got shampoo and conditioner, that was 60 total. Product was old and 15 dollars overpriced per bottle. Two bottles, same size, newer product, were 30 dollars at Walmart. Other products like gel and dye also overpriced by at least 4 dollars.

Ordered july 10th and still havent gotten. Nobody can tell me anything. They cant even look in the computer. Doesnt know when manager will be there.
