The food is good, but the the manager is extremely rude, and expects you to wear your mask even while sitting down. If you stand in the wrong place while waiting for your food, she’ll yell at you. If you don’t stand EXACTLY on the little sticker while in line, she’ll yell at you. I came in with a sprained ankle the other day, and promptly got yelled at for simply leaving on a table that was marked off for “social distancing.” There were no other tables available, partially because the manager had left her binder on one of them and wasn’t allowing people to use it.Most of the employees are very kind and do their best to help you politely, but the manager is awful and extremely rude.

The food is pretty good but the employees are extremely rude. I have been multiple times and have never experienced good customer service from this restaurant. It would be good to see the management changed.

Was forced to wear a mask even while sitting at a table... there were other people on other tables not wearing masks either so its strange how the lady did not tell the other folks to wear masks. Its probably cause I was sitting by myself--whatever. Customer service can be very much improved on. This is lucky to receive three stars

The food is okay and the customer service is alright. Nothing special but they get the job done. Food is moderately priced.

10 min wait in line, 30 min wait for food

Coffee is super watered down. Its like if La Croix made coffee. Bagels are alright though. But look for coffee somewhere else... nobody needs this much disappointment in their life.

Right above the underground food court is the Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant. The wait time for your food takes a while since it takes time to prepare the food. The food is great and I always weekly return for more.

Its expensive, and the bagels are just okay. However if you want a bagel and are on campus, the only real choices are between Einsteins and Starbucks. Go to Einsteins if you want to avoid the massive Starbucks lines.
