I had a great coupon for this tune-up so the price was great. Zach was the technician for my car and process. He was attentive and honest. I would return for service there because I feel that I can trust him. The service department sent me a video of the inspection and recommendations while I waited inside in the nice, clean waiting area. It was comfortable with bathrooms and snacks/drinks provided.
My appointment was apparently scheduled at the Hyundai dealership rather than VW. Didn’t matter! They got me in quickly and even got it done so efficiently that I decided to wait rather than shuttle to work. Haven’t had service like this from a dealership in ages. Kudos!!

I went in for an oil change and fully intended to pay for it. My service advisor Jacob, informed me that my first oil change is free and that they also vacuum and wash the car. The service Allen Honda provided today was above and beyond my expectations. I didn’t even buy this car at Allen Honda. They had no inventory due to Covid when I bought the car so I had to go out of town to purchase. My next Honda will absolutely be purchased at Allen Honda and I highly recommend this business. Could not be more pleased with my experience today. Went in for an oil change, walked out knowing they will always get my business going forward. The normal place I use to service my car told me they could no longer rotate my after market tires so I was recommended to Allen Honda by a friend. Tracy was super nice and efficient! I love the video they sent me looking over my car! They looked busy but got me in and out within the quoted time! And they washed my car! Like what!? I was going to the car wash after there but didn’t have to. Will definitely be going back!
Went in. Was welcomed, and attended to right away. Catherine explained everything that would be done. They did a 19 point check which was wonderful. Everything was done quickly and a timely manner. And a plus was my vehicle was washed and vacuumed.I would highly recommend Honda for service.

Today, in the hustle of moving, our toddler played with the passenger door and ended up locking the door latch. Husband called in to service and spoke with Clem. Clem was very professional and helpful exhausting all options to help us out over the phone! Even called on his personal line so he could FaceTime with us to solve the problem. Very professionally run operation! Daylen was my service advisor he handled all my service needs. The video they send you of your car’s inspection as well as all the items they inspect during a basic service is awesome. They pointed out and issues and told me what they recommended as far as additional service. They quoted the cost to do each repair, and there was no pressure to do the repair that day. I did some additional repairs and they were done promptly, and I was back on the road!

I came to the Hyundai Dealership of Livonia because my engine light on my dash was flashing — something it never does. Usually I get my car serviced at the Hyundai Dealership in Ann Arbor, but they didn’t have an available appointment until a much later date. The staff at the Livonia location were kind, professional, and patient as they troubleshooted different causes of what may have caused the hesitation with my car. The cause ended up being frayed wires due to a rodent chewing on it. I truly appreciated the time and effort put into finding the root of my car issue. I brought my car for the regular oil change and tire rotation and I was surprised of the new feature when they provide a report and video report of the inspection. It was nice to see what they do and how. This way I dont need a paper report that usually barely filled out. I liked that. Thank you.

I have been taking my Honda cars to Allen Honda to be serviced for many years. I live in Montgomery, Tx so they are about an hour away but well worth the drive. Cody, the service drive manager has been there many years and is faithful to work me in for service work when I call. They are not the least expensive for a oil change but if you want it done right with Factory parts and Honda Certified techs this is the place. They even send a video of them servicing your car in real time to your cell phone. It’s a Family owned Honda Dealer. I met “Honda Bob” on the show room floor who has been selling Honda’s at Allen Honda for 41 years! That’s amazing with all the Big Corp Groups buying all the Honda dealers right now!

I had been going here for all my maintenance, but went once to San Marcos honda. That is what made me really appreciate Allen Honda. They have a monitor to let u know if your car is in with the mechanic yet, or if it is at the car wash may etc. Waiting room is much nicer. Always have water and snacks and the staff keeps you informed via text of what is going on. And theyd always give my car back looking better with a lil wash and vac, unlike San Marcos. Communication, cleanliness, and timing is all better here. Ive recently moved away so I will miss having my Fit taken care of here.

Andre was very personable and helpful. While the wait was longer than usual, I was told before hand it would be and chose to stay. I used that time to have a complimentary coffee and snacks while using the WiFi to get work done.

I came in for a routine oil and filter change and I was very pleased with the service. They were quick, kept me updated, and very friendly. I like that they show a video of the technician inspecting my vehicle while I was waiting so I knew what suggested service items were going to be discussed with the Advisor. Ill add that I was visiting from the Austin/Round Rock area and was happy to find that prices were more reasonable here at Allen Honda than where Im from.

Customer service was excellent, they couldnt fix my AC because parts were in back order and were going to take almost two weeks to come in. It was going to cost me $1998.87 for an entire AC system took my car home charged it with freon paid $97.00 and it works just fine, my car may have a small leak but NOT 2,000.00 worth.

Called Allen Honda and spoke with Russ about a quote for tires, an alignment and to check the battery. Russ provides three options for tires. They were also able to match the price of a competitor. They made an appointment for the next day then provided a loaner car for the day the work was being performed. The turn around time was great as was the quality of work. I have always been treated fair and they have earned my future business with their quality of service.
Ive never seen a technician having a video recording of what he did on my car before - very impressive. Excellent service, and also theres monitor where you can see your status if your car is working on, paper in progress, car wash ..etc... Very helpful and transparent and very detailed. In 2019 we purchased our pre-owned CRV from Allen Honda. Since that time we’ve relied on their service dept. for routine maintenance. They’re courteous and professional, and we’ve had zero problems with our Honda.

BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!! I went to Allen Honda to look at an SUV with my daughter, who is a senior at Texas A&M, that was advertised on their website for $15,588 with 17,600 miles. Well we arrive at the stealership, test drive the SUV and speak to the salesman Juan about the discrepancy in mileage advertised versus the actual mileage of 42,000 miles (25,000 miles difference) and he says I dont know about that, I dont work in the marketing dept.) . He then gives us the CarFax which shows 2 owners and 2 accidents and informs us that the vehicle comes with the Blue Advantage Certification which includes a 12 month/ 12,000 mile dealer provided warranty, 182 point inspection, list of repaired parts, and 2 sets of keys. Once inside, Juan immediately wants us to fill out the credit application before any talk about final price, fees/ tax, etc... I tell him that I would like to see the numbers first so that we can agree on a price for the vehicle before we go any further. He seems put off by my request, gets up and goes to the back room before going to the sales managers office. Once he returns, he presents us with a sales sheet that has the final price at $20,458 from an advertised price of $15,588!!!!! After closer inspection there was over $4000 in extra aftermarket extra fees, one of them being the included Blue Advantage Certification to the tune of $1899 by itself!!! So much for included in the advertised price... I immediately crossed out the unnecessary and predatory fees and was informed that they cant remove them, if we want to purchase the SUV that is the sales price with the fees included... Talk about RIP OFF, STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY FORM THIS DISHONEST, LYING STEALERSHIP!!! I firmly believe these predatory tactics take advantage of the large student population, who in most cases, are buying their first car on their own and dont have their parents there to protect them from such egregious abuses!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I cant tell you how great Allen Honda is with their service, they are incredibly honest, credible, very friendly, and expedient. Their technicians are knowledgeable and always straightforward with their recommendations, and dont worry about being hassled for more than you need because they send you a video of their inspections of the vehicle to prove what they see and show you the problems firsthand. They also give back to the community by hosting different charity events throughout the year, so if that doesnt tell you about their character, I do not know what will.
