My daughter’s car battery died because she left the lights on and didn’t use the car for a week. She got it jump started and took the car to This store to get new battery. The associate(sorry don’t know her name), did few rounds of testing to make sure the car really needs a new battery. She didn’t give up when the equipment didn’t work but she tried again and also ran a full test and told my daughter that everything was good. Advance auto parts is where I usually shop but it’s good to know that every store functions with same principles.

Very polite staff and they will either have what youre looking for or be able to order what youre looking for, sometimes the staff will reccomend the wrong part because of the system they use but I blame corporate for that one, still a major inconvenience

Went in there with my dad to buy a lawnmower battery and windshield wipers and there was a young woman helping us who seemed very stressed out and when we asked what we needed she looked to who I am assuming is the manager(old lady) to ask a question and the old lady snapped and answered her with pure annoyance. When we got to the counter and the young woman was talking to us and the old lady comes around the corner getting involved and was being very disrespectful and unprofessional in front of us and the young lady kept her cool. That old lady made everything so uncomfortable and she should not be in customer service.

Within walking distance so if I need to grab a part this is where I go. Always friendly helpful staff.

I can’t recommend them enough. After being ping-ponged from Walmart to Autozone I was told that by both sets of employees they wouldn’t help me. I wasn’t given any tips just sent to the next person. ( I got a new car battery but the old battery was corroded so I was having difficulties changing it)I walked into this store and was immediately greeted. I asked for a battery cleaner brush and the gentleman knew exactly where it was and when I couldn’t find it kindly pointed it out to me. He then gave me some tips of other cleaner-ring thing to clean the battery as well.What I really appreciated was he was very knowledgeable but was able to explain everything in a way I easily understood. Even better, he did it in a way that was not condescending.I biked in the rain so that I could get this part. Thank you so much for the help! I’m terrible with names but whoever worked 11/07/19 pm shift y’all deserve a raise!

I like this store. I wish I had one closer to where I live. We stopped off and picked up brake pads. Upon taking the wheels off my wifes car I noticed the pads they gave me were way to tiny. So I headed to my local parts house and paid the higher price. Next day I drove up there and the clerk looked up the part number only to find out the ones they pulled went to a Kia.... But they returned them with no problem.

Very helpful place that took care of a bad battery with lots of care and attention! Ray helped out by first testing the battery and handing us the printout from his tester that explained the status of the battery. When we decided to go ahead and change it, Ray again helped by installing it and explaining everything he was doing as he was going along. Nancy at the register was also very helpful. I highly recommend this place for the care the staff showed and for getting us back on the road in very short order. Thanks and Gig em!!

I love this auto parts store. They price match but usually dont have to. They have always had the cheapest prices on the parts I need and the people are always ready to take care of you and they are very friendly.

I was helped by Steven today for a simple battery replacement. He was friendly, professional, and had a good attitude to his work. He even gave another customer an advice while helping me out, and helped me get back on the road very quickly. Will definitely be coming back.

The workers there are always very friendly and theyre extremely knowledgeable.My issue is with the management there being unprofessional.I was being helped by one of the gentlemen at the counter there and the manager, I think her name is Elva, came by out of the blue and just stood behind him staring at the computer.Then she started pointing out a bunch of things that he was doing wrong and she started yelling at him in front of me.I thought that was extremely unprofessional and degrading to the guy. As a consumer it made me feel very uncomfortable.pros: prices, friendly counter staffcons: management, seems like a hostile environment created by that Elva lady

Stop by today to get diagnostics and some coil packs for my wifes Lexus SUV. Cody went above and beyond. He found out it was the coil pack in sixth cylinder. He googled the firing pattern right there and also help me install it right there in the parking lot with his own tools. That did the trick. Fixed it in the dark at 6:30 at night. Solid solid help from Cody and the knowledge to make a great customer experience. Not many go above and beyond anymore, Cody did and we greatly appreciate it.

They are usually fantastic. Unfortunately, the kid that helped me had no idea what he was doing and didnt give me the actual codes for my check engine light.

Staff and Management were very nice and professional. Products were well stocked, place was very clean, waiting time was good, prices are reasonable.

My favorite auto parts store they always have what I need or they can order it in a few days time. Very knowledgeable staff too.
