Just came in for a tire change, left with oil seemingly smeared all over the inside of my car. Now my arm rest is sticky and seeped in with oil, my seat belt has oil coating the buckle and strap in layers somehow, my hand sanitizer seemed to have been used to try and “clean it” - the bottle having oil on it too, and the stick/steering wheel seems to be the main problem area sticky as can be. This is going to take a lot to get out…Come on guys… wear gloves and be more careful when working between cars.

I had an oil change and not even an hour later my car started rattling afterwards. Ill change my rating if tgey fix their problems

Went in today for a routine oil change. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Great price too!

Went in on 04/21/2021 for am oil change. My vehicle ran like normal the first day. Noticed my motor started making a knocking noise 04/23/2021 and had a mechanic look at it and realized not only did they not change the oil, they did not change the filter and they lost the pin that goes in the oil pan and charged me $40 for the oil change and for a new filter. If I had not been paying attention, I would have blew my motor out. DO NOT GO TO WALMART FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!!

I love going to this Walmart Auto Care Center. The people are always friendly and take excellent care of their customers. If hes working, ask for Pete!

They are very professional and providing very good services. Especially ask for Ivan or Pete to do work at your car, they are the most experienced staff in this center and I believe they are working for more than 15 years now in the same facility. Pete looks like Vin Diesel :d, you will notice when you visit this place, easy to recognize. The only bad this about overall Walmart is they take longer time to service you car, if you are going for any work, keep in mind to spend at least 2 to 4 hours there, better to leave the car and pick later, best part is, they are cheap in town, one of the reason we service our cars from there. We recommend this specific store in College Station.

Cheapest oil change in town, but it takes a while when they’re busy. It’s best to set an appointment, then have something to do or an errand to run to pass the time. If you’re looking for a 20 minute lube job, you’ll have to pay a premium for that expedience elsewhere. For what it is -a budget oil/tire shop- I’ve never had a problem with them.

Brought my car for a quick change. I just loved how the tech listens, when you state you want particular of oil you want that oil. At least they put full synthetic, just not the one requested.

Worst service in America

Dead battery when hubby taking me to hospital. Pete got everyone on its replacement and insured it was the very best one in power. We love their long lasting MAXX brand. Was it only 10 minutes???? 🙌. WOW So impressive!Many thanks Pete and all!

I had a great experience at this Walmart auto care location. I went for tire installation and oil change. Manager on duty, Christ, was professional and informative. The mechanic (with shaved head) I interacted with was helpful and did not push for extra services I did not want. He only asked if I wanted road hazard service, which I declined. He quoted me 1.5 hours for the service, but it was done in an hour, which was nice. I was there at 4:30pm on Monday, and left at 5:30pm. There were 2 to 3 cars being worked on when I arrived. There were alot of customers when I picked up my car at 5:30pm, guessing because many customers came after work. I will go there again when I need auto service.

Normally have great service. However I didnt receive that polite professional service. I was greeted with an attitude. If you dont want to work go home. I dont go pay for service and Im greeted rudely. Leave your personal life out of the work place. Have a better day.

Walmart auto care center is a very very very terrible place. I came for exchange my car tire and oil. But they broke my brake and tire sensor. I need to pay extra money to fix them in other places because they have no ability to fix them. I dont know what they can do. They can do nothing!!! I took the whole day to deal with these things. They waste my time! They are not professional and so stupid!!! I highly suggest not come this terrible place if you want to save your money and time.

Horrible customer service. I am traveling from California and caught a flat. Found out my spare rim didnt fit but the tire was same size as original rim. Went to them to pay for tire replacement service and was denied for having an out of market rim! Never coming back here again they will leave you stranded in 40 degree weather in a bind. Karma is something else.

Evil staff: they charge more $$ than advertised. Then they hang up after you ask why the price difference. Then they do not answer when you call back. This is some kind of criminal operation taking place and this store does not care. Watch your pocket in this place!

In and out in less than 30 minutes for a oil change

I came in right as they were just opening up, with absolutely no line and for a simple oil change the job took 2 hours. Not only that but they failed to fully tighten the bolt that holds the oil in place so my oil was gradually leaking. This is extremely dangerous for those who dont notice things about their own cars and can ruin engines. If a simple job is going to take that long they should at least do it right. I am never coming back again. This place does not deserve loyal customers.

I showed up 6:45 am before they opened. By 7:30 am I had 2 tires mounted and balanced. Great service.

This place is absolutely horrible. The honest analyses of the staff is that they are lazy! I got frustrated. Its a 3 hour wait to get an oil change. Another frustration thing is they dont seem to have a dedicated cashier. They bring a cashier from somewhere else and they are not fluent in the services, has to disturb the technicians to ask questions that should be common knowledge to those that work there. I recommend you go somewhere else.

The Car center @ the Walmart location in Bryan, was AWFUL.1.NEVER RECEIVED A CALL WHEN VEHICLE WAS READY.2.DEPT.,closed without Notifying me..I waited over an hour and Auto center was closed...Finally got my car,, Very Poor customer service DEFINITELY THAT EVENING... Still due an apology and overcharged which had to be fixed. Maybe they had a Bad Night..It was terrible!

Went in at 5pm and was told three hours for an oil change. Said fine and waited, im sure that late they were just busy. 3 hours later they have done 2 cars, one car is sitting with no tires, they went on lunch break, the car on the ramp now was not here when I got here and my car still isnt even next. Maybe it was just a bad day, but this was kind of ridiculous.

I have called 4 times (and it is 10am on a Saturday) so they are not closed or out on lunch. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing. No one will answer. What terrible customer service. Who ever is at the front desk deserves to get fired

I went there for a routine car maintenance. However, to my opinion they are not the best, cannot perform the basic staff. They did not reset the reminder so now everytime I start my car i have an alert for maintenance overdue. Also they placed the wrong sticker in my windshield with the wrong year and wrong mileage, next maintenance suppose to be 2019 however they wrote it 2018. I absolutely would not recommend them, there some dealer that can provide profesionnal service for the same price as walmart.

Went there for an oil change pin it took an hour and 45 minutes. I think they can do better.

Worse place ever service manager was rude I was told only one vehicle ahead of me and magically two cars got ahead of me even tho I was told only one car. Manager sign me up wrong refused to fix it. Ask for a manager waited 5 minutes no one showed up I had to find one myself. The manager I got look confused and dont know how to get me sign up properly now waiting for them to put on a tire on. If I didnt need this tire badly I would go somewhere else do not go here unless your really really desperate.

Went there for a warranty issue with a tire. Alex had terrible customer service skills. He told me they may or may not warranty the tire, but it would have to be replaced. He told me 2 hours, I came back 2.5 hours later to find that it had not been completed yet. Thats when they got it done for me. It took about 20 more minutes to do. It was a $70 tire that I got replaced for $35. Not bad, but the place is dirty and customer service all around was bad... just bad.

It was a very horrible experience. Three years ago (?), I went there to change engine oil. After they worked, I came to my home and realized that windshield liquid was leaking..Before changed engine oil, windshield liquid container is not cracked but after they touched my car, that became cracked. They must touch wires or pipes connected to bottom of the container while theyre changing engine oil, and that caused the crack....I explained this thing and met a manger. but they answered they were not at fault for this thing. Eventually, I spent more than $100 for replacing the cracked container of windshield liquid in another repair shop...Dont go there to change engine oil or tires again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst custumer service ever. If they break something on your car do not expect them to tell you about it. I looked under the hood for a routine check just outside where they parked my car after an oil change and discovered my truck was short of oil and half of my oil cap was gone. Went inside and asked they about it. They admit to doing it but when I asked them why no one informed me about it they sat there like a dear in the head lights. I asked if they could provide me with a new oil cap and they said there was nothing they could do there. I had to talk to the supervisor after the technician who broke it could not help me with a refund. The Supervisor was slamming things around the desk as he refunded my money. Never once an apology from anyone.

Great place for auto service. Heck Vin Diesel is changing my oil, guess times are tough in Hollywood. Look at the photos.

Quick and reliable

I was getting my tire that was a blow out changes and i told them like 3 or 4 times that the rim was in the trunk. They ended up changing the back passenger tire that was on the car. They did clean the rim but i still had to get another tire on it and it was just ridiculous. I was 7 months pregnant and had to wait for 5+ hours for them to do an oil change and fix their mistake. Its ridiculous.

I usually go here for small jobs like light change, etc. They do a good job.

The car service in this center is not good. They are super slow and the staff in Auto center are not responsive. You will stay there and they pretend that they had not see you or you ask a question and they just ignore you. And if you ask them to do multiple things on your car they will just do part of it and forget about the other part.

I give one star because is the only way to write a review. This place is the worst place ever to go, the workers are untrustworthy, without respect, are not interested to work. I lost two evenings without success to installing new tires on my car. You should never never go here make service for your car. Their customers service is the worst in the world.
