Took the car in for spongy brakes. Meineke inspected it thoroughly and I received the detailed (including photos) inspection report, back promptly. The mechanic went over the most crucial repairs needed and saved us money since the brakes were in good condition, just needing a cleaning and adjustment. I definitely recommend them.

VERY thankful for this place! My car was idling at random and having trouble starting afterwards. Called so many places that were wanting me to wait 2 weeks or longer. This place fit me into their schedule the same day and the wait time was not long before having a diagnostic. Price isn’t too bad either. Hands down, one of the best shops in the area. I couldn’t open my trunk for over a month. I tried everything and almost resorted going to a body shop to have the seats removed; the release to fold down the seats was on the inside of the trunk. Lance and Darrell were able to diagnose the problem and replace the part in no time. They also knocked out the oil change while the repair was being done. Great job!!

I went here to get my car inspected and they were super fast and helpful. I had a messed up windshield wiper they fixed for me and had us out of there very fast. Went in for oil change and R&B. I have old wheel locks on my car and I asked them to just remove them and replace with standard lug nuts.The price was right and the speed was very good. I made an appointment and didnt wait long at all, especially considering the a la carte service. The manager was personable and accommodating.The 3 stars is from one of the wheels after the service. Whoever did the replacement cross threaded the lug and didnt finish repairing it. I only found it because I checked the lugs before I drove off. The lug was still projecting about a quarter from the wheel. Whoever did it wouldve caught it with a cursory check of their work. Somehow, they damaged it and either didnt notice or forgot that it happened. Either is unacceptable. I dont THINK they expected me to not notice, it was just too obvious.Its a HUGE rookie mistake and threw into question all the other work, which is really too bad because everything else was great. They repaired the stud, which they had in stock, and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes (no charge). Manager got started on correcting it right away and was very apologetic.Something like that is day one tire tech stuff and they couldve even done the repair and not told me (and I wouldnt have cared) if someone had just checked/remembered. Removing wheel locks is tricky, at best. Ill probably go back but Ill be checking everything before I drive off.

Howdy! Meineke really took care of me and my car. I had some issues with my a/c blower and headlight and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. They worked with me by first quoting me on the job price then allowing me to bring my own parts in! They were really fair with the prices on labor and transparent on the whole process by calling me throughout the work and ensuring that I was in the loop with the whole process. I really appreciated their hard work and their transparency. I have been coming for 3 years for my oil change and after this experience, I will be coming back for the rest of my time living in college station. I felt like I was in good hands and that they treated me like family. Great company!

Oil change here is like $30 and change plus they’ll rotate your tires and text you a link with a detailed inspection report with photos and suggestions on how to address the issues. Just call ahead and check their schedule. I’ll be going here from now on.

I used to go to ford because that’s where my car is from. But they constantly over charged and made up problems and because I don’t know much about cars myself I was sort of unable to argue. But Meineke has always been very honest with me, very helpful, and always friendly. They explain what they’re doing/did so that I’m not in the dark about what’s going on with my car. I’ve learned from them! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else :)

I needed a last day of the month inspection. Started using Meineke for basic services in College Station just since we moved here earlier. Their ‘off the main road’ location led me to believe they might be reduced waiting times for service. Yesterday proved me right, in and out in 5 minutes. My trucks getting older so I was expecting an air filter or light bulb replacement, but since I’ve stopped by their shop at least three or four times this year, that maintenance has been taken care of. I’m the kind of user that will keep me coming back for years. The manager and techs really reinforced that yesterday. They are quick to look at your care and the service is as good as you need. I was extremely pleased with the overall service for my car inspection. I was greeted quickly after walking in, treated kindly, and taken care of immediately. I called ahead to ask for a good time to bring my car in and showed up and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Good guys that aren’t out to scam college students, especially girls. Funny enough, the manager knew I was calling my father to verify costs for repairs and just asked to speak with him directly so my father knew I wasn’t getting scammed. I graduated less than a week ago and am moving out of state, forcing me to find a new Meineke shop. I’ll miss these guys. Every single employee has been nothing but kind. I’m a customer for life!

Totally disappointed will never give them our business of our entire family as we used to go there for regular oil change. First of all, their coupons are not valid and when they are, for full synthetic oil which coupons says they dont accept. They also charged an extra $15 for tire rotation which are normally included with oil change. Total rip-off charged me $83 for oil changeGot oil change on December 2nd and a month later oil change sign comes seriously wet disappointed what did I pay for

This place has done work for me on two cars the work has been excellent. They will go well above and beyond to help you with your car troubles. Even as far as to show you what is wrong and how its a problem and how they plan to fix that problem. They provide outstanding service my only issue is that they need a bigger shop to handle more cars and a bigger bathroom.

It was a very poor experience. Starting out well, we were able to have our car towed to the local shop without being there. We had to call multiple times and even come by to get a clear answer...and even then it seem to take 4 days to diagnose and fix. The work does not seem to be good quality. He have had nothing but stress with the new part the last 12 hours.On top of this, my car was messy from papers from the glove box out, dirty shop rags and extra tools were left in the car. A few other minor annoyances occurred but, mentioned above was major for us.We most likely won’t go back to this shop.

I went this morning just after they opened to get my car inspected for state inspection. Its a 15-minute wait and costs only $7. I went to Firestone first and they told me I had to wait for more than 2 hours, Ive been told that the Firestone doesnt want to do state inspection because it spends more time and they get only $7, it seems thats true but for Meineke, theyre definitely nice people whos willing to trade their time for better customer experience. Compared with all my terrible experience with Firestone, I will definitely think about Meineke first if my car needs any maintenance or repair, strong recommendation.

I went in for a State Inspection, which was my first time there. The “Gentleman“ at the counter was very kind and courteous. As I entered, he was dealing with a lady that would have made me pull my hair out, as well as, several other customers, but he remained very calm and polite. After just a very brief time, he told me I was ready to go.

Very professional and they were able to get my car in just short notice! They fixed a radiator leak I had and were able to pinpoint the source. They gave a good recommendation on how to remedy the problem and were able to get the parts the same day. If you have an issue with your car I would recommend coming here first.

This place is so amazing. For starters when I called in for an oil change appointment the woman on the phone was very friendly. As soon as I arrived for my appointment they came out to my car, even though I was an hour early they got me in. My brake lights had been faulty lately, so they checked those out for me. With in no time Michael found the problem and fixed it in the same time as my oil change. Amazing customer service!! They answered every single question I had, gave me average rates for other work, they are even helping find a new spare tire. The best experience Ive had, while getting my car worked on. My car started handling funny and I couldnt figure out the cause. Took it to the Meineke to get it checked out and they were so helpful. We ended up getting new tires and an alignment (both were badly needed). I didnt once feel like I was getting sold up (which is so refreshing for a car shop) and I feel confident in the quality of service. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. It was an overall great experience and I would highly recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I plan on returning for any future service needs.
