Amazing staff!! One of the best retail store staffs I’ve ever come across. Always so helpful and very patient.

Horrible customer service ordered a package on the 15th of April with 2 day shipping still haven’t gotten it on the 7th of may every time i call customer service they have an attitude and don’t fix the problem they put my address in wrong 3 times and when i called to get them to fix it they lie and said they did fix it and never did till i called fed-ex again and finally they did there job after fed ex talked to them if i could give zero i would just based on the fact they lied to me 3 times just to not do there job real score 0/5 stars also they staff in the Phyical store is not better in the slightest they are incompetent at there job and have no manners or respect for customers except one guy I don’t know his name but he’s really good at his job

Staff are kind of rude and seemed.botbefed by customers in general. The switch inventory was pretty bare bones as well.

I like because now they’re making PlayStation 5 games and consoles and Xbox one series and PlayStation 4 games because they are making new games for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 and Xbox one series games are much popular to play them now days

The service is terrible, they will take 20 calls before helping the people standing right there in line. You know what grinds my gears? Letting me pre-order an M rated game with no ID, but not letting me pick up my game without said ID. Not to mention the only reason I was buying from here was because they had the added benefit of picking up the night before a big launch so you could DL at night and then you could play that game on launch day, now with covid scaring your elderly thats gone. There is zero reason to pre-order anything here. But hey if you enjoy being treated like scum with no added benefit of a reach around, buy here. Its your money.

Games are at a decent price and the employees are friendly and they take the time to explain what the game is about which I like and the building is clean all the area outside. The employees are helpful they take the time to answer your questions. The employees are kind and not rude. Plenty of parking outside the building.

Weve not been to GameStop in a couple of years but our experience was as great as they have been in the past. I really appreciate the customer service the most! Always attentive and helpful.

My first visit to GameStop was Christmas eve looking for a last minute gift. The staff was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I know very little about modern video games but an employee named Christopher helped me pick out just the right video game system for my family, and took the time to answer all my questions.

The guy there was cool but the fact that I paid for and ordered a game almost two weeks ago and havent gotten it, makes me want to NEVER return! I actually got a package but it was lacking the main component ... The actual game wasnt in the box, just papers and an empty sleeve! I have contacted them via email twice now and gone in person to the store and we are still waiting for our game! This SUCKS!!!

Was at GS 3 to 4 yrs ago, my friend and me got locked out of car. GS worker I was friends with, was a hero to help us unlock the car. Also, other than some days, they are tired, the workers are Epic with helping us all out. Love chatting with you and smiling alot.

The staff does a great job keeping up to date of the products they sell. Store is enviting and well organized, which means they follow company planograms well.

I went in looking for psp information.Met a clerk there who was not only smoking hot but very in formative and gave me great suggestions to accomplish my goal. She rocked!
