Was sold flooring that we were told was water resistent. I was told what a good flooring it was. When I went back to buy some more I was told by an employee they dont carry it anymore because it was not a good flooring. It was lot of money wasted. Not happy.

This store has lots of inventory. We searched for tile for a fireplace and Cost Plus Carpets had many choices in a variety of styles and different price ranges that we could take home TODAY. Everywhere else, the delivery for what we wanted was 2 weeks or more. Kirk was knowledgeable, helpful and found us exactly what we needed at a great price.

Its a cool place, I would like to buy carpet from there.

We built our house and did almost all of the finish work ourselves. Previously we have used Home Depot for vinyl plank flooring and we were less then impressed.We hit up cost less carpet and were impressed by the price and the staff knowledge. We ended up buying all of our flooring from cost less carpet and ended up using them for our counter tops as well. We were impressed!

Purchased tile, grout and thinset almost a year ago from them. Was just finally able to start my tiling project and was pleasantly surprised to find that while I was short of what I needed this morning I was able to purchase more of all of it.

We had a great experience at Cost Less Carpet. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped us on several Home Improvement projects. Prices are competitive, and the quality of the products there are excellent. This is our 4th project using materials bought from this store. The installer that put in the carpet was Devin Locati of Locati Flooring. The installer did outstanding work and was quick and clean and thorough. I will use both Cost Less Carpet and Locati Flooring again and would recommend them to anyone that I know.
