This is actually the very first Google review Ive ever submitted, but due to the stellar service experienced I felt it was necessary. It is rare to find the genuine customer service they provided. The GM, Fozzy and his staff are absolutely wonderful. If there are promotions in line, please consider these team members!

My sister & I only had less then three hours to move beds to storage. Got to this location and didnt know if the representative was going to be Slow or Quick. Turns out; We were gone with a U-Haul Van in minutes. Very polite, Swift and get you going for anything you need to do! Thank you for the fast customer service.

No Worker on site. No notifications that No workers will be on Site. Waited a little over one hour before realizing the office looked vacated. Upon calling I was told to visit the Hwy 85 site for service. Thats why the 2 stars

This is the worst location to rent at. I have a storage that I am unable to access because my code is in active. Bill is paid and there is never a clerk at this location. They want you to drive to different locations for service. I would not recommend this location for anyone.

Due to the previous managers not keeping up with maintenance my items were water damaged. So have not been satisfied with this location. Im still in the midst of dealing with the insurance company. However the new managers have been great with helping me deal with the situation. They inherited a mess and I feel bad for them. I hope theyre able to fix the problems they are dealing with and give us customers better experience dealing with this UHaul location.

I called this place and asked the guy on in the phone if they do car inspection for hitch installation. He said yes. I drove here only for someone in the office to tell I must go to Hwy 85 or College Park. How ridiculous is that when I called ahead? So unprofessional
