Stopping into Wakefield real quick pick up some items that I need it. Its really nice to see the way it looks and smell. And the fact that customer service was ready and willing to take any customer to get them out the store that is what I call Service. I want to thank them for that great job they did and I will be back there.

Visited 3 years ago. Still clean, well stocked, and good prices. Good Staff, Too. Have cane was in handicart. Cashier put groceries in cart and cart guy offered to help put bags in car. No asking from me. Now Thats Service!

Ive been in Wayfield store two weeks in a row trying to find wafer thin pork chops. They didnt have any and didnt have pork to cut any. One of my favorites in meat. Will be back soon!!!!

Ran over a shopping cart stall that was completely dilapidated and lying on the ground since at least this morning. It punctured my gas tank and I had to report the accident to my insurance company and call a tow truck. So I was at Wayfield for at least 3 hours and not having such a good time...stay tuned

I like this store and visit often. Love the selection of Badia products. I am noticing beef pricing doubling and meat variety is smaller. Very unfortunate.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE: THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE STORE AT: 5432 River Station Blvd, College Park, GA 30349**. My elderly mom shops there every other day...if not everyday and today she left her wallet. She called, called, called - no answer. So while she drove back to the store, I resumed calling for her. Calls #1 - 4 rang until voicemail picked up, call #5 someone picked up said hello and immediately hung up. Call #6, it rang until voice-mail again. Call #7 someone picked up with the most nonchalant tone...hello. I was like is this Wayfield, she said yeah. I was so stumped by her tone that I couldnt get the words may I speak to a manger out. I explained the main reason for the call, how I felt about having to call so many times, then how the staff answered the phone. I got the oh we are short staffed blurb then he was like the phone dont work. I explained how I understand staff issues as I work in the BUSIEST consumer driven business there is, work in the customer service industry for 20+ years and how this was so unacceptable. SEVEN CALLS!!! The phone rang more than 10 times before voice-mail kicks in...so yes, unacceptable. My mom said that she experience constant attitude from staff, but she still give them business - no, no and just no. You dont treat consumers who visit your store as often as she does like this. COME ON WAYFIELD!!!Otherwise, the stores is always clean and prices are decent.

Today was my 1st time in Wayfield. They had a huge display of Crystal bottled water because Crystal 24pk water was on sale for 2.99 so we got one off isle #7 and They had watermelons for 5.99 so my husband got one and we went to self checkout. Water rings up 3.99.Told the cashier and she said I think you have to get it off the display.I cant change the price😳THEN the watermelon rings up 6.99..by this time.my husband and I were done!! We cancelled the entire transaction.Terrible first (and last) time in this establishment.

Went in and ask a young man to help me to put my cases of water in my cart and he said no Im not on the clock. Maybe its the new generation. Im use to gentleman. I didnt know he worked there. When I found out I was appalled. And he didnt move. Before that I never had a problem there. I stop by this store Everytime Im over that way. I will not be back. I will buy from my respectful young me on the east side.

Always neat and clean and never overcrowded. The best place to get your meats from.

Nice neat older grocery store. If you ever been up north Wayfield is similar to Tops Supermarkets. Nothing fancy, prices are reasonable and the food look very fresh.

It was ok Kaila the cashier at the front was really nice and her customer service was amazing she smiled and greeted me and held a light conversation. Will be back. I live in Marietta and was visiting a friend near by.

I don’t really see that many good deals here. Cashier lady was nice. It was good to go to because it was close. But prices are kinda higher than Walmart. But I try to support local businesses when I can.

Good deals on a number of products but I am a frugal shopper so I know where to buy items that are cheaper at another store. The ladies restroom was clean which is absolutely a must. My cashier was extremely pleasant and congenial. There was a security guard that was impressive because so many people are stealing right in broad daylight, which is alarming and dangerous.

The staff is professional and store is clean but I love Meat and seafood dept.

They have rotten fruits and vegetables with flies flying around in the produce department. Plus the prices are too high. Also the manager Elrod he needs a few classes on how to manage teams.

I generally do not shop here unless theres something exceptional on sale as there are multiple grocery stores closer to me than this one. But when its something I like, Im more than willing to go out of the way.On this particular occasion, a family member of mine called and spoke with a Customer Service Representative in regards to a particular fish filet we enjoyed and had recently purchased from there.The representative (who I then later found out was a manager) quoted $6.99 a pound which was an even better deal to us as we recently paid a sale price $7.99 a pound for it the week before. Upon arriving to the store, it came to our attention that the filets were $10.99 a pound which I assume is regular price (the non-filets were the ones $6.99 a pound). Because we enjoyed it so much, I still bought some fish but at a lower quantity than I had originally hoped.At checkout, I actually spoke to the manager who answered that call. While the manager was nice, the conversation seemed to lack some sympathy regarding the situation. I am not one of those types of people who demands or complains for compensation. I would even accepted an apology for the misinformation but it seemed like nothing was said or done to redeem this experience.While the fish may be good, customer service matters more to me and the overall experience from my recent trip left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wayfield food is a great store to find many wonderful foods to feed your family but some of there items are over priced but the meet is fabulous to buy and very fresh and the butchers will recut the meat the way you want for yourself, and you cant find that in many other supermarket.

I always find what I need here. My only thing to improve on is maybe having a bigger selection of cut up fresh fruit.

Wayfield Foods is the place to shop when you want to buy fresh meats and produce at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and greet you as you enter the store.

My favorite grocery store! The pick 5 is bomb and they have so many different selections every month. Store is always clean and in order. The cashiers are nice as well.

Wayfield inside aisles are pricey but I like Wayfield for meats I know other stores may not have. I have a husband, kids and take care and grocery shop for us and her. Mom is 80 and very specific and picky. Wayfield is always clean, stocked, and makes my life much easier!

My go to store. I like going there for my grocery shopping but yall I gotta say watch out for the prices. Im wondering if their prices are changed in the system. Cause I know sometimes the sales price says one thing and @ the register the item be ringing up something different. I think its a problem in the system.. I think the sales associate needs to check throughly or Ill just go for special items and thats it.

Drove from Ringgold,GA to Atlanta to get my niece and went to Wayfield and bought some souse meat its the best ever.

I found everything I needed from the advertised sales prices on a holiday. I have experienced pleasant customer service at this location each time I visit the seafood and meat departments. The cashiers and customer service are pleasant.

Store is directly behind my house. Due to the pandemic, cannot find any essentials here at all. When I was able to get a ride to food depot and Walmart, I found that they had everything I needed. Hopefully a better market will eventually open in my neighborhood. Its clean, however, and the produce and meat depts are fine. Thats why I gave them 2 stars instead of the 1.
