They race prepped the hair products. Thatβs fine, if thatβs what they feel they need to do itβs there choice, but Iβm not getting pre profiled in my own town. Canβt spend a nickel here.
I seldom shop here, although its close to me because of the poor quality of service . If we, the customers are subjected to neglect and inferior service, we will stop shopping here, knowing that this creates a negative effect on overall services in our area. Yesterday, I purchased a roasted chicken, only to find out that the roasted chicken was half done. Which made is even worse, it was poorly seasoned and appeared completely done on the outside. I also was going to purchase a lottery ticket at the customer service desk. The young lady took about 15 minutes to complete one transaction, then excused herself and left her station was more than 15 minutes (I left after that time) and decided that it really wasn t worth my time to remain in the line. This type of service is unacceptable. Oh, lest I forget, an announcement was made that if you wanted to pay cash, you would need to go over to the ATM machine and withdraw cash for your purchase because their system was somehow not working. All of this during a 30 minute trip to this Kroger. Only bringing this to the managments attention because if we, the consumer, don;t expect, deserve and demand better service, this type of sub-standard treatment is what well continue to get.
There was a very nice lady named beejay we didnβt have the money to get the water we wanted we were only like a dollar short, but she was nice enough to help us out and pay the rest for us she is very nice and Iβm very grateful that thereβs such a nice lady that works at this Kroger.
Definitely not my kind of supermarket. Multiple products were placed at the wrong signage, employees complaining about the job on the sales floor. The store overall was unorganized. I gave two stars to Audrey at the self checkout for being helpful and pleasant. I will not shop at this location again, there are better locations. Also, do not use self checkout, it will constantly prompt for a staff.
I did not know that the seafood department opens at 10 am. I was so grateful that the manager Cherie got two lobster tails for me around 7:30 this morning. Miss Yurika was very happy to serve me these lobster tails. Also cashier with the golden curls was a big happy help as well
The Instacart Shopper seemed like a really nice person, and I have the feeling that she did the best that she could with the obviously very poor store selection. As a result, I have 4 bags of wilted, brown, and watery, inedible lettuce. I have a bag of brown and useless apples that I will have to throw away. Much of the remainder of the delivery is similarly disappointing. This is not the first time I have gotten incredibly rotten food from this Kroger, but this is inexcusably over-the-top, and I am not a happy customer. Being originally from Ohio, I was raised with Kroger, so I know that this College Park store is serving what they think this community will accept, but this offensive and costly decline in quality and service is about to cost you a customer who has faithfully shopped your store for many years.
This location got a full staff of nasty attitude, lazy, old and middle age women. Theyneed to hire staff that actually wants to do their job. The lack of customer service is wild. I asked for help at the self checkout for 15 mins and the lady working the self check out kept dismissing and helping other people and talking to coworkers. Itβs like this every time I go lately. Get rid of them. They donβt want to work.
Normally I have a good shopping experience when I shop at Kroger at any location. But today while in the self check out and letting my daughter scan the items. She scanned some Hershey syrup twice so I had to wait until the lady came back after she was already in the area and walked off to ask another associated who was walking by at the time for him to point at the same lady whose department it was to be outside of the doors at Kroger. She finally came over and after explaining to her what happened multiple times she was still as she said βconfusedβ. After her confusion she cleared up the delay with the machine for me to continuing checking out which was ice cream and the machine requested help again. So I waited for her to come back and now she said did you scan all of the items and I told her yes and she said well maybe not because the machine is not working we went line by line and checked everything was accurate and then I asked for the manager she said no everything was fine and I could finish checking out. I will never ever shop at this location or any other ever again. I am escalating this same report to corporate on Monday when the office is open.
First impression: RUN!!!Parking lot situation is a nuisance and an insurance claim waiting to happen. I was pinned in my car after pulling into a parking spot and someone returned their cart causing a domino effect.Inside the store was a much better experience, but look at what I returned to.I noticed this store does not use a motorized cart mover. The guy that eventually made out was using what appeared to be a bungee cord to physically push carts. Not only is this not safe for him, he can only strap 6-7 carts at a time.Cmon Kroger...I have seen stores much better kept than this.
Please post your actual hours instead of posting that you close at midnight, when you actually close at 11.
Every time I come in this store to get deli meat. There is one person working the deli and sandwiches. I am currently waiting 15 minutes to get one pound of turkey. Store needs to be better staffed.
If you want a sub sandwich from the deli, make sure Noah makes it! He did our subs all the justice they deserved!! Mmmm mmm good π
For some reason the deli closes whenever they get the notion to. I have been to this store unfortunately because itβs the only one close to me and google says that the deli closes at 7pm, I was there at 6:19pm only for them to say that they are closed but yet still are in the back cutting meat. I asked for manager and one never came. And this has happened on multiple occasions....if youβre going to close early at least put a sign up or something to let people know.
I went to purchase a few things early this morning. When I got to the check out; I notice not one single register had plastic bags to pack pack groceries. They had these brown paper bags at every single register. What is going on with this store. I always seem to have issues at this particular location.
Maria provided excellent customer service during my visit. Would definitely visit over and over again. Thanks Maria!
Came out here cause Google map says they open till midnight but these folks closed & its 11:15pm
This place is messy, unorganized, and k swear they hired the slowest staff they could possibly find. The lady at the deli took over 25 minutes making a single sandwich. The cashiers took way too long as well. Spent over an hour in this store waiting in line with o my one person in front of us. Absolutely makes no sense. Avoid this location if you can.
Not following socially distancing. Things are moved around too many times. Also, not many cashiers open nor the self check out you need to use a card. Not everyone has a debit card. Also, customer service is often a very long line to speak to someone to only wait more. It is frustrating.
The place was filled with all sort of fresh foods and l loved the customer service
Iβll sum it up by saying βgood customer service goes a long way.β One associate was walking around eating a plate full of wings. Another almost ran me over with a cart and another associate told me to say excuse me. No, excuse all of you, and your lack of customer service. I never shop @ Kroger but it was closer than Publix + I needed something last minute. And I wonβt be returning
I just received news that my brother passed away. I went to the Kroger in South Fulton Atlanta on Old National Rd. I wanted to quickly pick up some flowers but I was aggressively turned down. I arrived 7 mins before closing and the security guard told me they were closed. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told to get the HELL out. The security guard named F. Smith made threats and said β there was no way in HELL that he was getting a manager and I better get the hell out of the store or else.β I have never received this type of treatment. I donβt not believe that his non existent customer represents the Kroger Brand. Iβve shopped at Kroger for years and Iβm always welcomed with a smile and great customer service. I am appalled at his behavior towards me and that other employees refused to allow a manager to be seen.
The store is suppose to be open at 6 am and they have the security at the door telling folks 7 am. Huge inconvenience!!!
My experience was good, staff were nice and helpful.
Kroger is a great place to shop. First of all, I like it that I can take my prescription to the pharmacy to be filled while I shop. I like the way food items are sit up. I love the fresh meats & cheese from the Deli Department, also meat Department, Veggies and all the other foods items such as the Home made Lemon pound, Chocolate, Vanilla, pound and Cakes, pies, Donuts and all the other nice treats they have there. The employees r like family, if u dont see what u want they will get it for u. U can pay bills, get gift cards. Every one is nice. Mary
I been getting money order from Krogerβs since May, today I walked into this Krogerβs and the customer service Rep ask for my Social Security Card. I asked her when did they start this because I have been to Krogerβs in Riverdale, Atlanta, Jonesboro and Morrow and never been ask for my SSCard. Sound like Kroger is with some scamming stuff I wouldnβt trust going back to this location ever again. And the CSR is rude
The floral department is AMAZING. For Valentines day they had the best bouqets!
Found all items that I was looking for except for the hot Simple Truth Organic Chickens. Since it was a Sunday afternoon, one would think that this item would be available and not have to wait over an hour to get it. Otherwise, shopping experience was very good.
They never have more than one lane open for checkout. The self checkout machines donβt weigh properly so you have to constantly wait for help to continue checking out. The cashier Brendalee was extremely rude and slow. Would not recommend.
Just awful!First and foremost, this is probably thee most ghetto Kroger Ive ever been to.Secondly, there were literally about 80-90 people waiting to check out and there were only 3 lines open (1 for 15 items or less) and 3 self checkout stations (although there were 6 stations in total. Needless to say, checking out took forever. The only highlight is that the cashier was very nice and pleasant.
Our area had a water main problem so water was disconnected at our location today. I was happy the vegetable was covered neatly and we had notes all around explaining exactly what was going on. Ive been in the hospital all day with my family so I did not know what was going on. Thank you Kroger for protecting me, my family and my neighbors for all the notifications around the store.
Krogers have always provided an extremely pleasant environment to shop. It is both a safe and affordable super market for any family. Thank you for placing a certified law enforcement officer on the premise.Sincerely Charles Smith.
This Krogers was closed at 11pm even though the published hours states the store closes at 1am. I wished I had known they close whenever they feel like it so I wouldnt have wasted my gas.
Store is gradually improving. I still see perishables that are marked down merchandised with dry goods from time to time. I have not seen food and raw meat in the bags if ice cooler for awhile, so getting better there. Still the selection is that lower quality value store look. I hope things keep improving.
Ghetto store!I lived on Ga hwy 85 i dont know why i made this stupid decision to come to this Ghetto store when i have one around me,I am here at this sorry store just to buy a money order and i am spending over 30 minutes here on a stand still line, there is only one attendant for guest care and money services the Lady behind me made a phone call to this store to let them know that the line is congested that they should send a helper, whoever picked up the phone told her thats all they have, seriously? I am never stepping my foot inside this particular retarded ghetto store ever again, thats a PROMISE.
Excellent customer service security officials are very helpful
They needs better customer service in the deliπ³
I love shopping at Kroger! Wonderful selections, fresh produce & great meats!Ms Thelma & Ms Diane are theSweetest cashiers! Its a Joy shopping at Kroger! π
The produce department is AWESOME! Produce is usually fresh, area is clean, GREAT sales especially the managers specials..but more important is the fantastic customer service. The staff are always visible, very professional and friendly..the rest of the store is okay..
Second time in a row there have been 25 minute lines. No lanes open except for self checkout and only half of those machines work.Tried to buy a cake from the bakery, but it had an expiration date that didnβt make sense and had a fly in it.
I loved the fact that l was able to get my meds filled in here for cheap.
Kroger on Old National, very nice. Got some chicken from the deli, it was delicious. Fruits looked good and the nectarines was also very tasty. People friendly too
Its always clean and in order. Prices are a little high, but it is worth it. I love Kroger. Thank You Kroger.
I have always been surprisingly impressed with this Kroger. The managers are clearly in sync, the workers are friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about their customers. Especially during crunch times such as holidays and peak times during the day, they open up a surplus of registers to keep lines down and the wait experience as pleasant as possible. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and the workers in the meat and bakery sections are always ready and happy to help. Major Kudos to the leadership and the staff for being a shining star on what is not always a pleasant side of town. I often choose them over Walmart because of their service.
I wouldnt visit this kroger with somebody elses money!!! The worst customer service award goes to the lady working in customer service on feb.5,2020 at 11:35 am. Second award goes to the managers who are only available after 1:30pm w.t.f this store should be restocked with new employees. For the last 5 years Ive lived in this neighborhood this store has served old food, bad customer service and attitude to paying customersK.m.a I shopping at publix from this point on thanks for nothing kroger on Old national hwyπ€¬π¨β
I love people. And love when they know how to serve, firm, but knowable about your need so thanks.
Only one lady making sandwiches an cutting meat waited 30 minutes for a sandwich an the slicers were down soo I never got meat. In return the 1 lady working the deli was very nice
I wish I could give a negative 3. The customer service is lacking in service. Always a long line and only one slow attendant. Manager is very nonchalant about service. I once brought to her attention a canned food product over a year expired on the shelf.. she wasnt surprised at all.. worst krogers ever!
Reasonable prices. Great produce department. Customer service line was lengthy, needed help. Very polite and clean.
This is my neighborhood Kroger so I have been using this Kroger for like 20 years and I love it. The selection is amazing and the veggies are fresh. Even though Walmart is cheaper I would rather spend my money with quality not quantity.
Great choice of products, ready-to eat specialties and other fresh products like butchery, bakery
The staff (cashiers) in the morning are a little more friendly than the evening. All though the deli department could use a entire new staff. The sandwich bar is never up and ready... They put it together while youre waiting and dont say a word to you.The worse attitude and customer service ever. I hate going to the store and have to ask for something and they point and say its on aisle 3/4
The pharmacy personnel are the best. I use them because they are always helpful and kind. Will drive 20 miles just to visit.
This place is just about always crowded. But the cashiers are usually fast. The parking lot is always full and it needs to be re-paved. You have to be careful because people will walk out in front of your car.
Inside the store everything looks clean and well stocked, however, I noticed numerous shopping carts in the parking lot.
KROGER HAVE ALL THE GOOD DEALS AND ALWAYS THE BEST PRODUCE. ALWAYS CLEAN, AND FRIENDLY STORES AND STAFF
1 of the worst Kroger stores to go to as far as waiting in line. They will have 2 cash out lines open with the lines going down the aisle. Employees are pretty cool. Ive waited in a line there for about 15 minutes once.
I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE IN THIS STORE LAST NIGHT BETWEEN 7-8pm. Why oh WHY, did I see an employee rush out of the store AFTER a customer, to declare that she was gonna beat her UPβοΈβοΈβοΈ Where were the managers? The worker looked like a teen. HOW COULD A THING LIKE THIS HAPPENβοΈ
Clean grocery store with old-fashioned service! Just for clarity, that is a good thing. I love this grocery store!
In and out, early in the morning is the best time to shop here.Short lines and good customer service.
The service here isnt the worst, if you have been in a Turkish prison. If you can get past the four people in the parking lot that are across town and just need two dollars to get home. Or maybe if you could find a shopping cart, like one of the hundreds left all over the parking lot and surrounding neighborhoods. My favorite part of shopping here are the unarmed security guards at the door and the Fulton county police asleep in his/her car in the parking lot! That is obviously a deterrent for crime as my car has been broken into only one time less than at the Walmart across the street. Making it five times in two years. If you dont have an EBT card, I recommend that you shop somewhere else as the very sight of cash will confuse and befuddle any cashier there. Possibly even starting a riot and being accused of being racist. I go to this store because I grew up in the neighborhood, its close and I would enjoy getting robbed at gunpoint. Unfortunately, only the elderly get victimized there. Look up the stats. Good job Fulton county!!! And a big super smiley face for you too Kroger!!
I dont understand how a cashier can forget to give someone all of their bags not once but twice. After walking to my car and realizing I didnt have all of my bags I go back in and she doesnt even hand me my bags she just points to a pile of groceries which werent even all of the groceries I brought. Now I have to go all the way back just to get a refund. Will never go back here againsmh.
Great place for a single man to shop . The savings are great too .And for the people who say that this is the most ghetto Kroger, you obviously have not been to the one in Union City!!!
This place has prejudice acting towards White people. In the time that i lived there, I can say i was not disrespected near as much as walking in this store. From Management down to low/ no class workers. To the cop by the corner. One would expect More from a Kroger store. On the other hand- maybe the people who work there need better screening for the job. Or just new management. With corporate personal- conducting the interview.
Management could be BETTER. Disappointed on this visit. And Security should be replaced for not being observant or even taking their jobs seriously.
Why is it that every time i come to your advertised western union location....i have a 30 min wait with a line to the entrance and only one attendant. This is always three longest line in your location. With the least attention. I shouldnt be able to go anywhere North of this location and get processed in a swift manner. The associates are great under the circumstances but the management is terrible...awful.. Leaving much to be desired....taking my business elsewhere. If you cant do it correctly...please stop offering the service.
There is a sign that says mask required but half the customers are coming in without one.
Management is lax and unprofessional. The store is always flirthy, no carts and long lines...
I am new to the area and am very excited to be close to a Kroger that offers so many of the services that Im used to. I definitely like that this store is open very late in a daily basis.
Kroger is way better then any grocery store out here . i love everything about my Kroger on old national highway in college park ga
Poor service no manager to be found everyone in the store need to enter a customer service class they need help bad
Always able to get great deals, fuel points, Friday freebies, and Manager Specials/Mark downs are abonus!
Ive been shopping here at this kroger for over 13 years, i know everyone on a personal level now in every department. I once thought i lost my car keys in the store but days later found them in the trunk of my car lol. I asked the store manager not to have my car towed and he said not to worry about that, my car would be okay he would look out for me and he did just that. I love those people to death and would do anything for them
Good Secure parking lot and the store has everything you want.
Love this Kroger.. The friendliest people ever. I love shopping with wroking class people
Cashier assisted in helping find items I couldnt locate in store. Denise was her name. Thumbs up to her.
Customer service & wait time is deplorable. The light skin lady leaves from servicing me to talk & laugh with anothwr customer at another window. So rude & disrespectful of course coming from own people too.
I am thankful for the opportunity to shop next to my job.
Not bad tonight (12:15 am)11/20/17 Heath and Beauty needs stocking but overall not a bad experience
A wonderful Staff at the OLD NATIONAL HWY STORE. I would like to see the ONHWY STORE LIKE THE ONE IN FAYETTE COUNTY SOUTH HWY 85. But the economy on ONHWY DO NOT WARRANT THAT TYPE OF STORE!!! Wow
Attitudes!!! Always a long line and the nastiest rudest ladies always in customer service department. Yall work at Kroger not the white house!! I drive all of the way to Union City or Fayetteville for better produce and customer service.
Visit was convient and acceptable. Im also wondering if ur going to replace Best Bank with another more reputable Bank?
If you use wic, everything wic approved and everything they have wic approved on the price tag you always have problems at register they will say its not approved. Also cashiers are unfriendly except one older lady that cashiers there. Even the manager in the evening is rude and very unhelpful.
Krogers of place that you can go to for a low prices. And some of the items are store-brand. Also what I mostly go there for now is to exchange coins $4. My mom sometimes a little Kroger even though she likes Walmart. Although I like Walmart better I still love Kroger because my favorite Chinese restaurant is over there well my second-favorite. Also is good customer service but the lines are long. Additionally you can come there at night for stuff that you need and they have this 15 items or less line that I dont go to the time because most people just go there to buy little things and the lines are closed most times and theres barely even most people go to hell so I was just going there to work. Finally they are hiring so if youre looking for a job that is suitable for you I think that going to Krogers the best choice.
Too much solicitation goes on in the front and parking lot of this location. They have security, however, it was better when the local police was there, unfortunately.
Even though this store is right down the street, Id rather drive the extra few miles to get what I want... its like the prices change when you get to different areas, smh.... they never have what Im looking for... its sad
Very busy location, but nice and friendly employees.
Great service once you get someone to assist you.
Decent krogers, always clean. Beware of expired food, this particular krogers must be a dumping ground for old packaged food, and Im not talking clearance food. Lines are a bit long, dont come here thinking its an in/out.
Prices were reasonable and the environment was clean. Agent in customer service (Nettie) was ah helpful as a bear looking for its cub.
They have Boars Head sliced meat best friend chicken and very clean and organized a lil slow with service but good things come to those who wait
This Kroger is by far the worst Kroger I have ever been too. Nasty bathrooms, cashiers with consistant attitudes, and non-existent security is only the beginning of what to expect when you come to this location. I literally had someone try to hustle me while attempting to checkout infront of the manager, who was running the cash register, and the manager did NOTHING!Additionally, they seem to have nothing but sketchy people walking all over the parking lot all night. I have had people come up to me trying to sell all sorts of things and make unwanted advances on my significant other while just trying to return a shopping cart...
Long time due to being new to the area, yet a pleasant experience. Customer service made my first visit easy & enjoyable.
I found this store to have Better fruit than Union City, plus its cleaner and the employees are friendly.
I just love the sales here. Theres always sales! Oh but the bathrooms are so filthy they should be condemned. But the sales!
I enjoy shopping at Kroger I have never had any problems there.
