Shaid was a great employee, he fixed devices fast, quick in a hurry. He was always on top of things & never doubted. I got a few of my devices fixed by him and was very satisfied. He’s always respectful and always polite. Never causes an issue with customers and also carry an great positive attitude. Now that he is gone I will be going to another location because it is now so unorganized that they are closing the store early and takes forever to fix devices.

My brand new s21+ had a black screen, not even 90 days old. They honored my manufacture warranty. Morgan was very professional and nice. It took four hours which I didnt mind. Overall a great experience.

I went in with a broken phone and many problems occurred that were not the stores fault and things that were out of their hands. Chris went above and beyond to get all of the issues situated and even let me use a loner phone so I could proceed with my work day. My screen went black on my cellphone and even though my phone was still functioning I couldnt see anything. The Samsung employee at Best Buy couldnt fix it, neither could the employees at Verizon. Verizon wanted to just send me a new phone but without the screen working I wouldnt be able to transfer all of my stuff to the new phone. I told them I didnt want a new phone I NEEDED my phone fixed. Verizon made an appointment for me to go to uBreakIFixand the guy the assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me that this was a common issue and that he was certain that he could fix it. I left my phone there for 4 hours and when I returned he gave me my phone back working PERFECTLY. Tried using them as a drop off for Amazon trade in but was told that their systems are down and they were unable to assist me. Wish that was posted on their site before I drove there.

They didn’t fix my screen they keep giving me the run around, they’re the worst. Plus when I brought out the fact that my screen wasn’t fixed right the first time they started laughing at me, like I didn’t know what I was talking about. It’s been day 3 when they told me to come back tomorrow for the 4th time

I dropped off my laptop that needed a battery replacement on March 11, 2021, and was told that it would take no more than two weeks because battery needed to be ordered. One month later, the laptop is not fixed. Nobody from the store bothered to call and notify me of delay in the battery ordered. I had to call them myself!!

They answered all my questions quickly. Very straightforward.

Customer service is good but the wait time is awfull I was promised turn around time in 4 hours, no one called me within that time (witch I was suppose to get). I called in and was told that it would be done in 30 min, I came to the store and had to wait an additional 1 hour. So that being said they are friendly but service for turn around time is very very slow!!!

I was in the store the 11th of Jan. 21 with my iPad, they looked at it and asked if I had 5 minutes? I told him I’ve got 15 and in less than 10 minutes my iPad was ready to go. Very friendly and Excellent costumer service. Thank you!

Somehow cracked the screen on my Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra (while it was in my pocket)and lost all functionality except make and accept calls. Called in (on a Sunday) dropped my phone off and had it repaired same day. Looks like it never happened. They are an official Samsung repair facility so be assured it will look like and operate as it did when u purchased the phone. Waited til now to rate to see if any glitches or issues with phone or touchscreen. None so far. Just be patient..Took 4 hrs as they are required by Samsung to do a full diagnostic. They also honor Asurion. If youre like me and didnt opt in...it cost 314 out the door. Well worth it to me!

My name is Trinh I had a iPad charging problem I went to Apple to get help they said I had to pay to replace the whole device which is very expensive I ended up going to Best Buy who then recommended me to u break I fix Alex helped me he talked to Apple support and after many tries they finally agreed to replace the device for only a battery fee I’m am so happy I love this business and will come here for all my tech needs !!

Very polite and professional staff. They were extremely patient and gave me a discount. BUT.....I had my entire front glass frame battery and camera replaced on my Samsung Galaxy 9S+ fixed by them their first day opened. First day and every day since I’ve gotten my phone it’s overheats and can’t use it. I’ve been burned by my phone from it overheating. I’m extremely disappointed in the fact I got basically an entire new phone except the mother board yet my phone is literally burning up and smelling like burning metal. I called them back and because of the 90 day warranty it can be locked at and they see what’s wrong.... But the point is spending hundreds of dollars to have it fixed only to still not be able to use it And it have to be fixed now a second time is really disappointing.I will update with a second review once my phone is fixed again by them.
