Not happy with the services provided by two different clerk’s. I came in the store expecting service for my upgrade. I was given a standard response on how much my upgrade should be opposed to checking my account to confirm my eligibility that was quoted via the phone with a rep I spoke with before heading in the store. I left, called customer service and they reassured what I was eligible for based on my account. When I called the store prior to driving all the way back, the young lady gave me a standard reply instead of checking my account. Her solution was to call back customer service and to just receive my new phone.

This location is awesome! I came in the day after Christmas to upgrade and get switched over from a Droid to an IPhone. Mikey was the sales associate that helped me and he was SO patient, kind, friendly, professional and informative. He made sure I understood everything and had the most pleasant disposition. Customer service at its finest! I highly recommend coming to this location for your cellphone needs. If I could give more stars I would!!!

I went into this location today and was very upset with the customer service level. I was so embarrassed to even be in the store. It was the worst t mobile experience I ever had. I will never ever go back into this location store number 170. I was dealing with mike who was ok for a moment, he went left field with personal conversations that where unlike. His level of training to the young lady that was assistances of me was horrible. She knew nothing about her job and had to ask questions the whole time of my visit. Also a employee by the name of Jalia was very nasty and rude. She was more worried about taking a lunch break then helping the untrained employee with a customer. Someone should definitely send higher management up to this store and retrain or rehire new staff. ASAP! “Not Good For Business”

Amazing experience at this location! Come to this location for 5 star level service. The manager and staff were very knowledgeable about Sprints products and services. The manager Quarteria took the time to explain all the details of my account and creative ways for me to save on my billing. My expectations were exceeded and I will definitely refer family and friends to this location.

Employee got here late. They’re still not “open” and it’s 30 minutes past time to open. Seriously. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Normally theyre pretty good but on more than one occasion I got turned away 20 minutes before they close not being able to pay my phone bill like I will lock the door 20 minutes early and I dont think that the store should be closed 20 minutes before the supposed to I could understand maybe certain services not being available after a certain hour but closing the store nearly a half hour before its supposed to be closed is poor customer service

If you like customer service, DO NOT come here! I showed up 5 minutes after they opened & they just ignored me standing outside for 3 minutes. The phone I wanted wasnt in the store, they said they could go get it real quick. After 2 hours I asked what they were willing to do for my lost time & the girl helping me just looked @ me like I was crazy. The girl that was supposed to get it was back for some time in the parking lot. The girl helping me went out to the car several times. Even though I was waiting to hear what the hold up was. The girl helping me saw me & left to go get in her car. 3 hours of my life! Id give a negative star rating if I could

Just wanted to let you know that Dejon our car was totally awesome. He was super patient answering our millions of questions with ease! He was very informative of Everything and made our process easy as 123!! He was very specific in the times and dates we would receive our phones and as accurate as they come.
