Bad business. They ALWAYS close 30min - an hour before the actual closing time and it’s very unprofessional and inconvenient for people that don’t have enough time during the day.

Tefused to help me or answer my questions im handicapped and use bus..i go to riverdale metro because i can walk with walker from busstop i dont know how to get to Old national location.Agent hung up on me 45 secs into call

I walked in to get my phones switched over with the SIM card and the black girl made nothing but excuses to help me. Very Lazy. Customer service like this makes you think twice about Metro PCS

He tried to sell me $850 iphone6 that couldnt connect to the internet. After first selling it to me for $750 then calling me to come back to the store to rush and pay the other $100 before my service was disconnected because HAN didnt look or see that I wasnt eligible for an upgrade after I told him I wasnt eligible 2x before I brought the phone! smh i lost 3 hours of my life on my day off waiting in the store. Now im waiting for my refund after he tried to make me go home with an iphone6 that still after troubleshooting wouldnt connect to the internet! :(
