Easily five stars. I took my broken Beats headphones to the Apple Store for repair and was told it was not possible for them to be fixed. All Apple could do was replace them at full cost. Took an old laptop in to retrieve data..First off, Access One diagnosed that my laptop motherboard was damaged but they were still able to recover the data.I was pleased to be able to restore all my files even though the computer was damaged. Super fast and professional screen replacement on my OnePlus 8 Pro, a phone not all shops are willing to take on especially on such a quick turnaround.Broke phone screen on Monday, called in the late evening and they let me pay for the parts over the phone so it would fit into their Monday night order, this expediting everything, and then I dropped it off Thursday and they had the screen swapped I think in literally two hours or less.Holding it in my hand, youd never know it had been replaced unless you looked very closely at the seams between the frame and screen, and honestly its extremely close to the factory quality - and in a case anyway - so Im quite pleased. Not to mention their price was actually less than the competition by a fair bit, including OnePluss own repair program.

Took my laptop to micro center, apple and about 2 other people but everyone took my diagnostic fee and told me it was uretrievable. Mark at One access solutions took my computer got back to me within 2 days to tell me they could do it and had my files within a week for half the price that most places do data recovery for! 20/10 would reccomend to anyone who wants great work done in a timely matter.
