Tremendous service nice people definitely the All-Star is the manager she was unbelievable continuously multitasking I’ll try to satisfy each customer and keeping her team on task well making jokes. I am extremely proud of the quality of services rendered at this Jiffy Lube. I arrived early Friday morning and although they were beginning to get busy at the time of my arrival, without appointment I was in and out with my oil change and other minor services in 30 minutes or less . The interior of the shop was set up to honor social distancing standards. The sister managing, was knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and on point. The guys working on my car and others were pleasant, focused, and insured that I knew the details of my service and brought to my attention other concerns that may need to be resolved. Thank you, this energy was a great start to my day! Keep up the great work! I highly recommend!
Just left this location. I presented a Groupon which I have previously before and for some odd reason, the employee said he couldnt honor it because he didnt have a scanner to scan it. Last time I came, they typed my code in. Employee went from being professional to very rude after i presented the Groupon to him. Funny thing is, when I go up to the counter to pay $100 for my oil change, i see a scanner on the counter. If you didnt wanna honor my Groupon, just say that next time and dont be rude to customers! Also, from the looks of my receipt, they left out my tire rotation!

I got here before they opened at 8 o’clock first one in for a tune up still here waiting at 10:30 watching over 10 cars that came after me come and go! I am not understanding why these people did not make sure they had everything they needed to complete a tune up for my suv! It is irritating for you to assume that I have all day to wait on a part that you should’ve made sure you had b4 u started or made sure I had the time to stay for it to be delivered! I think that’s very unprofessional for me to have to ask what is going on for you to tell me I am waiting on a freaking part! I have things to do and you all have inconvenienced me and your apology will not make up for the money that I have lost, do better!
I went to get an oil change on a 2002 Chevrolet cavalier and was told they couldnt reach the oil pan!.(IT WAS BECAUSE I HAD A 50% OFF COUPON) Imagine that! A reputable oil changing company couldnt reach the oil pan on the 02 Chevrolet cavalier.(BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO HINOR THE COUPON, THEY TRIED TO SEND ME SOMEWHERE ELSE)..BEWARE! THEY SEEM SHADY!....The 2 stars is because the process started out good until THE COUPON CAME INTO THE PLAY..BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!
Its is 11 o’clock and they just finished a tuneup Shane jumped in my car peels off in the driveway like he bought my car, parked, and walked back in the store without even acknowledging me sitting out there waiting for him to tell me that he’s done with my car! Now initially I was told my tuneup was going to be $300 I get ready to pay and leave and there’s an extra $500 added on to my total! if my price is going to dramatically change from the price that I was quoted or not somebody should’ve had enough respect to let me know if you’re going to get this done this is what it’s gonna cost I will not be back! I left my receipt to keep me from stepping out of my character on your wannabe manager I can’t take nobody seriously that works on cars with long damn nails calling themselves a store manager, I just can’t!
It’s 5:15 I pulled up for an oil change and they wouldn’t take me. They close at 6pm. And whoever the young lady was that came and spoke was extremely rude about it. Customer service was horrible!
I went in to get a signature oil change (paid $89) after getting my oil changed, I noticed that my car was leaking oil on my garage floor. I took my car back and they said that they didn’t see any leak. When I explained that it was an issue and I just needed them to double check everything the female manager seemed annoyed and asked to see my invoice. I knew that something was wrong. I took it to a mechanic and he noticed that they forgot to put the washer back on with the oil drain plug screw. I purchased another one and had him change it. I won’t use this location again.
I dont know if I picked the wrong day to come or what. Service was fast when it came to my oil change I was out in under 10 minutes but everyone seemed to have an attitude working
I took my car in for a tune up, coil change, and oil change, no appointment. I was quickly greeted by smiling Andy who took my check engine light codes to the manager on duty named Tarrence. They looked quite busy but they sure know how to get cars in and out on a timely manner and didnt sacrifice the level of service. Within minutes of being there, Shane came out front with an extreme level of patience while I gathered my belongings so he could pull my car into the garage. He was very nice and just asking how is your day going goes a long way. Tarrence was very informative and helpful as I am not that knowledgeable of cars. His level of professionalism gave me a level of trust that everyone should demonstrate. He gave me an estimate of my repairs on site without looking them up and he was on the money. No surprise costs and the time estimate he quoted me on was completely accurate as well. Upon leaving, Brian and Xavier waved me off and I felt the level of service at this shop is unheard of. Went to get oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. Ive had all these services performed at the same time before and have a good idea how long they should take. Staff was nice but neglected to tell me the machinery for balancing tires was down and that they would have to do it manually until we had been waiting over 2 hours. We left and the first time I got on the highway and over 40 miles an hour, the car started shaking! Went back after that and the manager did agree to have them fixed. I did have to have a bit of a conversation with her before we got to that, but she made it right. That means a lot. Mistakes happen. Its all about how they are resolved.
I went in to get a oil change and noticed that the employees were working on their own personal car. They were so preoccupied that they forgot to top off my fluids and set my tire pressure to the correct number. However on the receipt that was given to me they stated that they did which was a complete lie.
I was in and out in under a hour and the service was great! Ill be returning whenever I need my car serviced

My mom suggested on the 22nd of Feb to get my oil changed at the jiffy lube on Camp creek upon doing so she returned with my and once I started driving and noticed it wasn’t driving the same so I parked it the same day on the 23rd I had it towed to my personal mechanic for further observation and he came to see that the oil ring was placed on wrong and they got piece of metal in the oil pan he tried to restore it by then it was to late once I went to get my car on the 25th I drove off to only get halfway to my destination before my engine completely locked up I had to pay to get it towed when I spoke with one of the employees and explained the problem he gave no rebuttal then he directed me to the manager and when I tried to explain the same to her she wanted to get a lip battle over there mistake verses hearing me out so I went in to fill out the complaint form and was told I get a email or phone call from corporate it’s been weeks and still no call or email I don’t know if y’all just don’t care for the customer or what but I’m very displeased at this point
They didnt have the parts to rotate my tires even though I paid for it truly unprofessional and Im highly disappointed

Literally called and asked if they can do a oil change and they said yes when I got there they told me they didn’t have the oil filter for my car. Just a waste of time!
They couldnt do tire rotation. Something about the rubber on my car would get damaged. Weird also not enough room for social distancing in that location.
First the mileage on my receipt didnt match the mileage of the vehicle. Had to return to Jiffy Lube a couple of days later because I had oil spots on the ground under my vehicle in my driveway. It was explained that some oil had spilled during my oil change and wasnt cleaned up. They also re-tightened everything and said that I was okay.

When try to get my oil changed at jibb lube off Camp Creek parkway in Atlanta Ga. I was told I could not stay in my truck. I left called corporate with no help called the manger. Im 72 years old with health issue. Ask what precaution they take inside my truck was told they wear mask and gloves, I asked of they spray afterwards and was told no. I left and want go back during the virus.

On 8/28/19 I went to Jiffy Lube located at 3428 Camp Creek Pkwy to get my oil change on my BMW E92. This was a disaster and almost turned into a financial nightmare. To be succinct, the person who changed my oil threw out the oil housing filter cap STEM (The stem is very important for the proper flow of oil through the oil filter). Consequently, my engine light came on during my drive home. Upon troubleshooting the problem based on the diagnostic code, I returned to Jiffy Lube to simply ask the person who changed the oil whether or not he inadvertently threw out the oil filter STEM. At this point, I encountered a nightmare (the manager) that I was not anticipating. The manager had a major issue checking her ego about her extensive knowledge as a mechanic. She proceeded to tell me about her experience as a mechanic and denied that my car problem had anything to do with what happened during my oil change. I told her I wanted to see if my oil filter stem was in place and she continued to insist that “as a mechanic”, this was not the problem. Then when she finally opened the filter cap, the stem was missing. She then said this piece was not necessary and would not cause the problem. Before taking my car into the BMW repair shop for an expensive repair, I bought the oil filter stem (alone with tools to open the oil filter cap) from Amazon and installed it. Now my car is running just as good as it was before I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. If you own a BMW, be aware, the manager and her employees DO NOT KNOW anything about BMW motor vehicles. It cost me $129 for my oil change plus $60 for their ineptitude.
I dropped off my car because I needed a new tire. I had a blow out and it needed replacing. I called ahead to make sure they could take care of my tire, and figured while I was there I would get an oil change. Three hours later they called about the oil change. I asked about the tire and the guy sounded confused and said hed call me back. When 6pm rolled around and I still hadnt heard anything I called and discovered they were closed for the day. I drove by anyway and luckily someone was still there joking he thought Id forgotten about my car. To my shock, my temporary spare was still on my car. I asked about that and he gleefully said Oh, we cant change tires, our machine is broken. But we got your oil change! Needless to say Ill be avoiding this and any other Jiffy Lube in the future.

I recently moved to Georgia from New Jersey. I drove my car from NJ to GA. Before I left NJ I had my oil changed as well as an overall safety check on my car. This week I was looking for somewhere to get emission testing so that I could register my car and get Georgia tags. In addition to that my regular scheduled oil change was due based on my cars mileage. I read the reviews for this Jiffy Lube Center. The reviews were very favorable and the center was convenient to where I live. When I arrived they told me their emission machine was out of order. However, since I was there I told them the car was due for an oil change. Much to my surprise, upon checking the oil color on the dip stick, the technician told me even though the car was due for an oil change based on the mileage, my oil was still very clean and I could probably go another 1,000 miles before it needed to be changed again. However, they still vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the windows. I want to commend this Jiffy Lube Center for their honesty about my oil. They were polite and courteous. I will be sure to go back there again and recommend them for anyone else who is looking for honesty and excellent customer service for their car.
Friendly woman on staff...Ashley? Man I spoke with on site was not friendly, looked tired of everything and didnt try to tell me the value of the expensive oil change. Only argued that it was my only choice. Didnt care at all when I left. I was going to have emissions and oil change done. NOPE.

Greg took the time to explain things that I didnt understand, and Frank had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went on 3/16 for an oil change using a Groupon. I was thrilled that I appeared to be the only one there and there was no waiting. After 5-10min, I was approached by a woman who told me theyd be unable to provide service due to evidence of a major oil leak, that there was no oil on the dipstick, and she recommended I take my car to the nearest shop immediately. I was confused and concerned, as my vehicle gave no indication of such problems and I went straight to a shop near me. He took one look and said theres plenty of oil!. Long story short, I know how to change my oil and filter, so I did. I saw one of what I was told and had a full pan of oil after pulling the plug. Im unsure why I was told what I was, other than I mayve been disrespected because of my Groupon. Fortunately I was refunded.UPDATE: Turns out, my vehicle was leaking coolant. Still not my oil, but at least I understand there concern. I will say that the employees were cordial and there facility was clean and well kept.

This Jiffy Lube is by far the fastest, cleanest car care service I have ever been to.Great customer service/car service they really take the time out to do the job right.Everyone has great spirits felt very welcomed. In and out less than 45min.Most definitely the place to go if you want the best service.
I have never received stellar service from any Jiffy Lubes in the past; however, I was pleasantly surprised with this location. I apparently went when during an off time as I was the only customer in the bay. The service technicians were very friendly and didnt try to push and unnecessary services off on me. The main technician (I forget his name--also processed my credit card transaction) was very personable and seemed genuine when asking for repeat business. I would definitely recommend this location to those in the area or other folks that leave their car in the long term airport parking lots.

Before departing on my travels this morning off 75 south, I stopped at the nearest Jiffy Lube on camp creek for an oil change. I was told that my vehicle could Not be serviced due to an oil leak.The front desk clerk further informed me she along with other employees (All) witnessed the leak and continued with many recommendations on what I should do to have it fixed. Or try a larger auto care facility that would have the parts and supply’s to repair my issue.At that time I traveled further south to a privately owned auto care service and was advised that the leak was only antifreeze, Not oil.The antifreeze leak was soon repair and I was serviced with a proper oil change.If Jiffy Lube employee are not certified mechanics, may be best to stick with just providing the oil change and not providing full diagnoses and recommendations. A highly inconvenient morning.
Curly hair Lady that works there was rude. I needed and oil change and she refused because she said my car sounds funny but in actuality I believe she refused because she couldnt upsale me a service that I did not want to receive At The time.
Ashley is rude. I was asked by one of the men to move my car into the center slot. When doing it she had an attitude instead of guiding me into the slot if necessary. I purchased a Groupon for full synthetic. Ashley informs me that there is a $12 out of pocket charge. Jiffy lube should state that explicitly on the Groupon deal. I explained to her that it doesnt state that anywhere... She responded rudely. The other two employees were a lot nicer. Ashley should not be management at all. Also, whats with the dog? That was an awful surprise.

I had forgotten about jiffy lube and was taking my car to a place which I won’t mention. But, you can grocery shop there while getting your car worked on. And 60% of the time there’s always a problem where the mechanics can’t do the work for some reason or another. Someone mentioned jiffy lube and I was so pleased. The staff at this location made me feel like a valued customer. And I didn’t have to wait 2 or 3 hours just to be told we can’t get the bolts off !☹️🥴. I actually saved more time going here because I didn’t have to come back to see if they could do the job! Thank you so much jiffy lube
I didnt even need real service. It was pouring rain and my car was driving like the tires were low. I asked if they could help me. They were more than happy to inflate my tires, no charge, and didnt even look at me like I was crazy when I turned out to be overreacting 😂 They only needed like, 2 psi added to each tire.They were very professional and polite. Definitely recommend.
I came in today hoping to get a oil change and the guys were extremely helpful but the lady by the name of Cierra the assistant manager was over the top disrespectful . She called me out of my name several times and had a forceful response to all the information she needed to complete the service. She needs to be fired immendiately for her disregard to friendly customer service. Another guy heard her call me out of my name and insisted I go outside but her attitude and the way she carried herself was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE. Went there for an oil change and was happy about how fast they got it done. Surprised at the $80+ price tag for an oil change but still satisfied about the overall service. Second time I went there to get an oil change, they looked at the car and then they said that they can’t do the oil change because the oil plug is stripped and that I would have to come back the next day because they had to order the plug first. I told them that they obviously stripped it because I didn’t go anywhere else to get an oil change. Topped off the car with some oil and sent me on my way. My car drove really sluggish after that. Needless to say that I won’t be returning to that location. Went to the dealership with my car and paid less compared to Jiffy Lube... save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
These people tried me smh, ok i went to get an oil change and they told me $85 for synthetic oil. I needed it bad and i know nothing about cars so Im like whatever ok. But then they said they couldnt do it because i had next to no oil in my vehicle at all and it may cause problems with my engine if they did it. I took off with a huge smile and said thank u because that was nothing BUT GOD, so i went to firestone over by greenbriar and without hesitation they took good care of me with excellent customer service. And i only paid half of that $85 lol shame on them people for trying a child of GOD. Covered i am!!

This Jiffy Lube location is always willing to go the extra mile for their services. The employees are very kind. Most recently one employee went out the way to make sure my mother was able to get back on the road after a severe flat tire.
The technician Greg greeted us and let us know someone called out and he would be working to change our oil soon. I was impressed on how seamless Greg and Kee Kee were able to get the job done in a timely fashion. I will be getting my oil change here moving forward.
Wish I had the option of giving them no stars. Its so much to type so I will give the short version:1) If you absolutely have to come here, try to get a Groupon for it. They charge $48 just for a basic oil change.2) I had to enter all of my vehicles information on the computer myself as if I worked there.3) They didnt fill my windshield wiper fluid reservoir, and didnt balance my back tires.When I called back to ask the employee why, (who already had an attitude at 8:30 in the morning,) he simply stated that, it must me my sensors. No, it wasnt. Because I sat there, and watched him. He didnt even bother to do the work that I paid for. Once again, if you can avoid it DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Quick oil change and inspection. They spent over an hour trying to get my rotor off. They said it was too rusted. My mechanic replaced the rotor in 15 mins.

Firstly, the employees here are rude, condescending and ghetto! Terrible, terrible, terrible. I called earlier in the morning to confirm the shops opening time and set an apt...the woman that answered sounded annoyed at the fact that I was calling to make an appointment to start with and that I didn’t need one... to just bring it in...I said ok... I came in later on that same Sunday around 4:30pm, was met in the garage by a male employee who asked what service I needed. I proceeded to tell him, he then goes back to tell his colleagues who then begin yelling with in earshot, that they were not going to do an oil change for my vehicle, because I wanted a cheaper package than they were trying to sell me...according to her she was just not going to do it...that I needed to select the more expensive package...I didn’t argue, I asked them to proceed, only for them to come back and tell me that they didn’t have any of the oil for the package they suggested/were forcing me to accept?!? Even suggested that I go pick up the oil and bring it back! Really! And still pay $120+?!?? Yea I do not think so!

This is a automotive service center that you would hope all service centers would be. On the way home from the airport to Marietta after dropping off my daughter and grandson, I hit a pothole on camp creek pkwy. It blew all the air out of my tire. I stopped at BP to put air in and it wouldnt hold air. Another customer at the BP told me about Jiffy Lube behind the BP. The manager, Greg, and all the employees couldnt have been more helpful or professional. They not only checked my tire, they put on the spare. My husband showed up and offered to pay, or tip, and they would not take anything. Good people and excellent service. My only wish would be that they were near my home!
