Dollar General always has great prices. This particular store has great helpful employees. I prefer it to the location across the street from my house.

Ups and downs review, store is well lighted but parking was just okay as there parking lot is limited and little on the trashy side. Staff not attentive till your checking out and not well stocked on all goods. Best part of my experience is thank goodness they were convenient to where I was and they happened to have what I needed but I will not go out of my way to shop there.

Walked in the location humbly. Picked up two things and went to the cash register. I assume the cashier thought I didnt have enough money due to the immature dirty little remarks made, but I did. ;) Walking to the cashier, I notice a little boy sitting on the floor attempting to stock things on the shelf. I assume his mom or dad works there. Had to be under the age of 10. I assume around 8 years young. Perhaps, no baby sister? Made me sad.

Friendly staff, helped me find the exact product I needed.

They really need to work on getting this place staffed and retention rates up.

The sections were cornered off by many boxes. Some things were in stock in random places throughout the store so its hard to find what exactly you need.

Unhelpful unfriendly ghetto music playing with full on cussing rap songs the employees all thought was funny and laughed when I asked if they would turn it off around my children 3 and 6! Merchandiser in the isle Sunday afternoon. The manager was not kind at all. Nope. Not 2 times. Tell Perdue... he and this store... like his sorry lived term at DG...OH.. AND his politics are.. UUUUmm... PER-DONE!

Clean store great staff, love the food section lots of variety for a dollar

It is always cluttered and hard to move around in the store. Also you jave to do a lot od rearranging boxes just to get to the merchandise on the shelf.

They have great affordable items in this store.

I always find great stuff at dollar tree! When I first go in, I usually am looking for a quick bite for my sweet tooth, canned goods or something to decorate the house with. Cheap good candy is plentiful. Deals are awesome. The clearance section never disappoints. I love my local Dollar Tree stores.

They have most times everything that Im looking for. Except on huge coupon deal days!

I always frequent the location on Old National Highway. Always well stocked and easy to get in and out of. No loitering going on outside.

This is a nice Dollar General store. The staff is nice which I appreciate. There are someones family members or something that come by frequently that interfere with a personal transaction at the register but overall a nice store to shop!

The Assistant Store Manager is horrible, I think her name is Shamira. She wont open another register if its after 8:30 pm, shes rude, and she locks the door at 8:50 pm, the store closes at 9pm. This store can do a lot better, there are several qualified applicants in the city who can operate the store efficiently.

Service sucks, cashiers dont properly use cash registers accurately

I had just picked up the keys to my new apt on that Friday. I went shopping for some household things. Towels, pots, silverware, glassware, and cleaning supplies. Things that I needed for immediate use. My cart was over flowing. They had everything I needed to start off. One best part was I found a plaque that read, Family is the heart of the home which I hung on the wall as you enter the door. The other best part was a lady/stranger asked me if I had found any penny deals. I told her no I had to pay full cost.I didnt know they had penny deals. Shemade a comment about how much all in my cart would cost. I replied it didnt matter because I had been living with friends for 5 months...I now had my own place. This lady offered to buy my food items up to $30.00. If course I broke into tears right away. What a blessing! Her name was Tiffany. God Bless her. And I will go back to look for those penny deals.💖

And this day in age who dont like a cheap retail bargain price where you can go shopping at and find things that you need for as household cleaning supplies food or little knick-knacks her stuff that you might be around the house they even have bady clothes for some to be mother and father before I found out that I was be coming a 💓 faher this were I came shopping at all the time

Please please please please please please clean up your store, the sections are so full of things its a hazard you shouldnt be too crowded its so overwhelming. The store isnt large as it but it is still crowded with boxes. How about empty them when store is closed or something else. I love DG but this store needs overhauling and its not an old store either...

A moderately sized store with a generous selection. You rarely see Dollar Generals but this one is great. It has several great products for affordable prices.

Great clearance section, the cashier just needs to be versed on whats in that section and price things accordingly.

I came by this location the night of the Super Bowl and this location was closed 15 minutes early. I understand ppl wanting to get out on time but closing so many minutes before the posted time inconveniences ppl expecting to shop at this store. I was very disappointed.

Dollar is not a dollar store, very few things cost a dollar. The prices are not far from Kroger or Walmart. Some of them is very junkie. Merchandise most of the times are in the isles. Mary

I was not in the store I was acrosd the street. However there suspicious activities and a friend of anothers was trying to ascess our devices so I kept my locked. Im glad you asked and would like more notifcations all the time. Especially if financial purchases are involved.

Newsflash to all our wonderful dollar general customers please do not shop at the new dg store located on the corner old national hwy. This store has organized a lift operation by distracting customers to steal their wallets, purses, cell phones anything of substantial value. I was their early this morning to return some merchandize and in the process a (dg cashier) distracted me and picked/lift my wallet stole $150. If in the area please shop w/two or more people who can watch your back as well use safety precautions.

Girl greated us as we entered and we had no problem finding what we needed.

The lady working the register refused to take my money unless I placed it in her hand. I put $20 on the counter along with the items i wished to purchase. After looking up from tying my shoes she continued to tell me the price. I stood up then she says nothing and just stares at the money. I ask what was wrong. She didnt respond. The lady behind me says I think she wants you to put it in her hand. I took my money and left!

I was surprised that they were robbed shortly after opening. However, it is a great convenience if you dont want the hustle and bustle from Walmart or Kroger down the strip.
