I have been supporting Silk 2 since before I came a stylist over 18 years ago. My stylist used the products and when I became a stylist I opted to as well. I have often spoken highly of Mr. Searles and his lovely wife. I can say after my experience dealing with Deloris today I cannot support the brand any longer. I will not be privy to rudeness or unprofessionalism. I spoke with her around 12:15 today. She told me the office closes at 6:00 & they are closed on Friday. I told her I leave my office at 4.30 & I should be there by 5:30. I got there at 5:30 & I called the number to make sure I was in the right place. She told me that she has a rehearsal at 5:00 & she could be there by 6:00 or 6:15, if I could wait. I drove all the way from Smyrna to College Park, after work. I wasted time, gas and now she wants me to wait on her to spend my money. She proceeds to say she should be back over there by six & she can ship it to me. I asked if she was going to ship it for free, since I drove all the way down there? She basically hurried me off the phone, telling me the office closes at 5:00, but the website and her mouth said something different earlier. I can not be an advocate for anything that possesses this level of unprofessionalism without care, concern or regard for someone’s time, money or effort! No product manufactured is that good!
