Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for two days only for me to call a find out, oh by the way we can’t fix it . Not professional and non informing. Also when I went back after the hour they said they needed only to find my car doors open, keys in the car people everywhere and no one working on my vehicle. I’ll never come back.

Awesome prices on good used tires, Alignment and Brakes. The receptionist is welcoming and courteous. The technicians were fast on doing my Alignment and Tires. The used tires I got had good thread and as practical new. My car is riding smoothly no more pulling or shaking. It was a great experience and I will definitely come back.Thanks Again

Went to have a slow leak fix for them to make the leak worse. They wouldn’t refund me or allow the funds I gave to be put towards a new tire. When I was making my payment they were having issues with customers. Wish I had known now before giving them my money and making matters worse.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I’m all for supporting black businesses, but I’ll never go to this place again. They’re rude, super lazy, and sell b.s. tires. I purchased a tire from there, and literally 30 minutes later, I was stuck on the side of the road. Please save your time and money.

Took my car in for alignment and will never do that again. They left my tie rods loose you can feel when I drive . I wouldnt recommend this tire shop to anyone else unless you want to die. They to lazy to even ask for the right calibers to my car then try to tell me cars dont have back wheel alignments 🤦🏽‍♂️

Went there for an alignment..it still shakes and they broke hubcabs..denied breaking and servicing....waste of time and money..save yourself time going somewhere reputable you go here you comeback mad and pay someone else to fix..##BEWARE####check for damages after you leave..beware no warranty...deny damages..more issues to fix later...##headache service

I bought 2 tires from them years ago and they are still amazing, gripping the road and wearing as advertised and promised. The folks there are honest and tranaparent; helpful too. God bless them. Im buying more tires from them soon.

I went at the tire shop to have my 4 wheel alignment done and tires rotate. The experience was amazing they did my alignment on Toyota RAv4 in less than an hour and rotate my tire free of charge. I used to go to the dealer and it took me more than hour for my service. Thank you for your quick and good service. I will come back for my brakes and new tires for sure. thank you guys.

I rather push my car 10 extra miles down the road on all flats. I was in Atlanta on vacation and got a nail in my tire so i needed something to just get me back home. Not only did they put a bad tire on my car, that I was told by another mechanic, they told me i got you and yeah it’s a really good one. The one young guy i talked to was rude acted like he didn’t want to take the time so he handed me off to somebody else. My car rattled and made a noise the entire time i was on the road. Never again, even on a bad day !

Worst experience ........ Poor wheel balance and they refuse to refund me back...My car was shaking so badly and i had to get it done elsewhere perfectly.... this people in express whatever are RIPPERS... i have regret ever taking my car to this place..... NOT RECOMMENDED

I try to support local black businesses in the community and this place reminded me of the reason local businesses are suffering. I asked for the wait time upon arrival and was told ten minutes that turned into 40. There was only one guy changing tires but four walking around. I asked was there anyone else who could get started on my car with the others completely not working and was told he is almost finished. I advised the desk rep that I asked the wait time to avoid this senerio. With so many other tire spots I simply would have chose another with no wait. Go elsewhere, dont waste your time and money here. No one even said anything or acknowledged me, I had to ask them. Thats hustling backwards if you ask me.

Bad attitudes from both the African man with the missing tooth and the big African girl in the office. How do you have an employee two me one price and then when I come back to get the work done its $60 more than before. Then told the customers he was going to call the police on me because I told him Im not paying that I told him how much I was quoted prior to him beginning & Im like what why would he tell you hes calling the police & didnt even tell me? I already discussed the price I was not rude or loud. They were con artists are what they were. The lobby smelled like a urinal the seats looks like youd catch something just sitting on them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This place was terrible. They took over a hour to do a wheel alignment. Werent friendly had an issue with the car and they didnt want to put it back up on the lift to check it. Owner was called. Dont go!!! Smh

Came from Houston needed a tire and he took care of us. Thank you very much Part2 still here an hour later, we purchased 3 tires on the 3rd tire, the gentleman broke the lug and blamed it on my cousin who just so happen to be with us. Then tells us we have to walk across the street to get the part they broke. Customer service went from 10 to 3.
