This has been a very long process since June. Many delays in reading and reporting sleep study. Miscommunication from hospital to doctor. But once Airway Oxygen got involved things moved much faster.

Tina was very patient with my elderly mother explaining how to use her CPAP machine.

Highway robbery, 500% markup on a nebulizer that we HAD to have that night for our daughter. Not willing to work on the price. Couldnt give us a price till a month after, return policy is 5 days so couldnt return a new machine. Dont use them unless you HAVE TO. The prey on those in need. Asked to be sent to collections to fight the charges 4 times now and they keep dragging it out and calling me.

The branch in Coldwater Mi is great at giving excuses. After receiving the prescription from my Doctor 6 days later they claim they need more information from him. Why didnt they contact him 6 days ago. There other choices available; unfortunately I chose the wrong one!
