I purchased my hearing aids here about 4 years ago. I do not pay for batteries because they provide them to me free. I was not “highly pressured” to buy because true professionals do not do that. They are well educated on the features and Dr Brown took a lot of his time to help me connect my phone to my new hearing aids. I love my hearing aids and will continue to pick up my free batteries whenever I need them.

It was very good so far. It was ordered and I go back Friday to get them .Computerized evaluation sounds good, setting the hearings aids for me specifically.

Called mr Browns office in cold water and felt like I was being HUSTLED!!! Asked on the phone if they could tweak my phonak aids and they said they could. When I got there was given a hearing test which was standard procedure and then the hustle came on to buy! I said I wasn’t ready but knew soon I would need to replace my hearing aids and would consider? I was then told my hearing aids were obsolete after just 4 years and oticon aid were by far superior! Didn’t notice much of a difference but they may have been better?? Andrew Brown then proceeded to let me know of their 30 day return policy and if I weren’t satisfied I could return but first I needed to pay for them! I’ve worn hearing aids for 10 years and know that you can’t really tell much in that time and then they try to talk you into keeping them a bit longer, next thing you know 30 days has gone by and sorry Charlie but you went over the time limit! They’re your now! Honesty would have been nice but this wasn’t the case! He just wanted to sell his hearing aids to some old guy! Won’t be back and wouldn’t advise him to anyone!

I had my hearing tested in the Sturgis office. She took her time with me and did multiple tests. Her findings with each test were consistent and found that I had enough hearing loss that they could help me. They ordered the hearings aids and sent them to Coldwater office. I took time off work to go to Coldwater to have the final test and fitting for my devices and be rushed through the appointment with about a 10 minute test and then said that my hearing was normal and he couldn’t help me. I cried right in his office because I thought I was finally going to be able to hear what people say and what was going on around me. This guy didn’t care about me and how the lack of hearing affects my life, my work, and my relationships.

They are very nice and explains everything in detail. I will definitely refer this place with friends and family that need help with their hearing.

My mother could hardly hear us as we yelled sitting across from her. Not only did they get her in fast for a free exam they also got her say up with hearing aids threw her insuance. A great big THANK YOU ! FROM US TO YOU
