Bathrooms are very dirty. I wanted to buy some wreath forms and the cashier tried to scan the tags and there was a problem. Long story short, the manager said they were not for sale?? What?? How is an item on the shelf with a price tag not for sale? Lazy management.

I like to wander in Big Lots, sometimes great finds sometimes not. Got a couple bath sets. Towels,face colths and hand towels also table clothes. We stop in when we find one in town we are in.

Everything was over priced.The big lots in Ypsilanti was better.Only one checkout open.

This store used to have bigger better sections. It seems to be kind of bare as you wonder through it.

Too long to check out with just a couple items. Another associate at the register, but didnt open even with a line.

Face coverings required posted clearly on the entry door, yet 4 out of 8 patrons inside the store had no face covering and some were lingering at the entry. In order to leave or enter the store patrons would have to come within 3 ft of them talking loudly with no face coverings. Will not return to this Big Lots.

The employees are nice, friendly and very helpful. Being disabled and having a service dog, they went out of their way to help me.

Extremely rude and aggressive employee, (Amber I think) because they couldnt confirm the advertised price of something after I asked for the manager ( Chad or Chris or something like that) who was also very rude they eventually offered me the advertised price, i told them to keep it. My family will no longer shop here.

Greeted by employee who loves his job and customers. He was greeting every single customer. Place was slow when we arrived. Could not believe nothing in isles very clean, appreciate having a bathroom when needed.

Big Lots may not seem like the place that you would expect 5 STAR customer service...(especially from my 30+ years in Customer Service perspective) But tonight, when I was in desperate need of a storage tote... All I had to do was ask for some help and Tracy and her team absolutely rose to the occasion...I cant thank you enough, Tracy for all of your help... (Ladders, trips to the back room and incoming truck inventory search included) THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! You and your team were excellent!!!

Had THE WORST experience with an associate. Lya was her name. Gave us the wrong prices OVER AND OVER AGAIN. We finally calculated the price on our own in a matter of 2 mins, which took her about a 1/2 hour walking back and fourth. Thank goodness someone else took over.

Customer service was excellent about a furniture return

They had a 6-piece table set marked at about $180 and then took me to the register and told me it was marked wrong. Instead of giving me the table set for the marked price, they told me it would be $300. Would not recommend.
