Most of the staff is lovely and thoughtfulThe main woman who runs the show is absolutely focused on profit and being rude. This particular store has been sold out of coffee mate coffee creamer for nearly 2 weeks.and I was publicly harassed by the management because I filled a cup with creamer even though I offered more. She talked over her cashier to shame me for offering money for an available product. She told me it very expensive to refill that but refused to offer a reasonable solution and instead chose to attempt to make me feel guilty for trying to buy a product the store openly offers. I left a tip to compensate for the extra product but the morning shift manager was set on making me feel guilty and being sure I knew how expensive it was not to do it again. It was a 32 ounce cup filled up to 16 oz. And I wouldve gladly paid more and I was very open and honest about the fact that I had not purchased Coffee but simply filled a cup with creamer. Ive been shopping at this store since 2007.. so the harassment was unnecessary and rude. As I said I was willing to pay more but the manager was so focused on making it clear that the product costs us so much money even though that wasnt the point. Power hungry and pointless. Shame on you. Im a daily customer and you just lost me. Good day.

Staff is always friendly. Never a long line or wait to pay. Have a great variety of drinks and snacks.

This is the worst location for a gas station in this town. The tried to enhance the crowded environment by putting in a parking lot. I only go here later in the evening when all the traffic in this area dies down. The staff are friendly.

Favorite gas station in Coldwater MI. Staff is great and if you put your money on a citgo gift card ($10 min) then pay at pump you get .05 off a gallon. Its clean and organized and the bathroom is never gross.
