Even with the Covid-19 virus had amazing service Everyone was wonderful

I am only giving them one star, as we just tried this morning to go in just to see if they have any frames my daughter would like, only to be told that we needed an appointment just to look. No one else is making you have an appointment just to look at their frames. Will not be going back, as I feel this is a foolish way to run a business when other places have no issue with you just looking when you do not have an appointment.

Great experience every time my family and I go. They are open later to accommodate the working family. The doctor is very kind and compassionate. If you do not see what frame you are looking for, just ask they can always order in different frames.

Came out to my car in the middle of the pandemic to collect my dads glasses which they repaired free of charge. Above and beyond and much appreciated. Ill be taking all of my optical business here in the future.

Excellent customer service. My kids were able to find really nice glasses. They each were treated with respect and all questions were answered. Each child also received a bag of cleaning supplies for their glasses.

The doctor detected skin lesion by my eye and told me to check it out with a dermatologist. Turned out to be skin cancer. Thank you for your expertise.

After spending 20 minutes on the computer to confirm the glasses i picked would fit my scrpit i decide to order the pair. 30 minutes later i received a phone call saying they made a mistake and the glasses we confirmed on their computer before purchasing would not work with my script. I was told there would be a full refund waiting for me to stop back by. Now im over an hour wasted already and i have already waited 20 minutes for someone to walk in the back room to grab my money with no end in sight. Sadly after being a happy rx optical customer for 16yrs i can honestly say i will never do business with them again

I came in needing glasses and if you dont have good vision insurance, the price of no line bifocals is astronomical even at 20% off, but the doctor and staff treated me very well i would use their services again (hopefully with better vision insurance)
