Once again they were out of black licorice. This is common with them. Always plenty of red but no black. You would think the person doing ordering would realize this. But I guess not.

Over the last two years FF&H has taken a turn. I love their products, everything is good sturdy quality. BUT, the employees are **TERRIBLE** One in particular, a shift manager named AL. If you file a complaint with corporate, the email goes directly to the store. Expect to not get a response. Expect to be treated poorly if you shop here. Most, not all, employees here have this Id rather be anywhere else attitude. Ive tried to ask for help many times. Ive stood at the customer service desk for 15mins plus and been completely ignored. I know I was seen because they told me they would be right back as they left with a customer that asked for assistance AFTER I did. I simply stopped going here. I give all my money to Tractor Supply.

Long wait probably 10 people 3 employees at counter only 1 open not usually in a hurry tractor supply just down the road

This place is great, they have alot of different items for the farm or home.

Love this place, perfect place to get animal feed and farm equipment like lawn mowers and such. They also sell ducklings and chicks.

They put out the baby chickens and didnt put up signs saying dont touch then yell at people for picking them up. Seems like it would be clear signage and friendlier people.

Maybe a great farm store but the gun counter is a joke as far as helping you decide on a purchase. Went in today to look at 3 different handguns, when asked if they had what I wanted to look at the guy pointed at the case and said yup second self down second one in. No -can I show one- nothing like that in any way.

Place had what we needed

They price matched a lawn roller. No questions asked we showed add and they matched. That easy! Their neighbor wouldnt!

They have great sale prices on items weekly. Since they are a smaller store they dont always have a large selection to choose from. I recently wanted to buy some paint in the same color as I purchased at another store and they did not carry it. The salesman insisted they had every color available in stock, however it was not the truth. I had to go back to the other store to purchase it. I understand the salesman was trying to make a sale but I would have been very upset if I purchased it believing him only to come home to find out I was correct. I told him I already started painting my project. Luckily I had a photo on my phone of the correct color I needed to save me a headache and a trip. It would have been better received as a customer if he didnt argue with me.

They could be more helpful and they seem to be inexperience a lot of them. They are very nice though.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Customer service was phenomenal employees went the extra mile to get the information I was requesting. The entire experience was nothing short of Wonderful. The employees took their time to talk to me about the questions I had even called after I put a product on hold to make sure I was still interested in it. I purchased a 5. 5 by 10 foot aluminum trailer on sale. I would say the only negative is that the store is not closer to my home of Mishawaka.
