I bought my GMC from Midway a few months ago from Ty. They even brought my SUV to me before I bought it from Laurel just so I could look at it. I was super happy with Tys professionalism and over exceeding my expectations.I felt my power steering going out and as soon as I got back to town I called Midway about my power steering. Sam got me in the very next day. Although it took another day to get my part for my SUV it was fixed in a timely manner.Thank you guys for making it such a great experience!❤️❤️

Alright place but Whitlock Motors is the best. Well, you guys tried to charge me $12,000 over on a vehicle that was not even worth that at all. I didnt even find out until I went to Hertz and they showed me on the computer. Just saying, the Midway in Laurel tried to sell me an extremely over priced vehicle. And I know someone who bought a Denali from you and it has had to be brought in from issues since she bought it almost every month. Just mine and someone I know who have had bad experience with yall. Sorry!!!

We had been looking for some time to find the right camper to fit our 5 teenage kids and us when we stumbled on this one. Doug was my contact and he was very quick and professional about how he handled the whole deal. We bought our fifth wheel unsight, unseen, they shipped it to us, and we couldnt be happier with it. Doug is a very honest person and owns his word. I will be back if we ever sale ours.

I called this place 6+ times. Went in there numerous times asking about specific vehicles and when the damage to them would be fixed. They told me they werent sure, but theyd call me when it was all fixed. Never heard from anyone at Midway in regards to said vehicles.

Have bought several vehicles from midway! Specifically Thomas Croft. He goes above and beyond every single time to make sure I am happy with my new vehicle. Keith and Joey are awsome to deal with as well! Fun, friendly and welcoming environment. Definitely don’t feel like you’re stepping into a shark tank like most car lots. These guys are not “car salesman” - they’re down to earth and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

I had warranty work that needed to be done on my camper. It took months to even get an appointment, I left message after message and never received a return call. Finally I emailed the business office and the next day they called and set up an appointment a few weeks out, as that was when they had an opening. They had the camper for over a month, I made numerous calls to check on it. Again, I never received return calls. I emailed the owner, never heard back from him. They did finally hire someone to answer calls, after the camper had been there a month. They hadn’t even ordered the parts that were needed yet by that time.When I found out it was finally finished, I went to pick it up. No one was there to discuss anything, or show me what they had done. I went into the service office, was told it was done and I could take it. I struggled to get it hitched up because they didn’t use any blocks under the jack and it was too low. After about 15 minutes a guy did finally come over and helped. I don’t even know if he worked there or not.Bottom line, they did not even fix half of what needed to be done. Some of the work they did do was very shoddy, leaving unsightly permanent damage to some woodwork. I had to take it elsewhere to get some of the work done, and I ended up paying for the warranty work that Midway was supposed to have done.I have never, ever come across such poor customer service in any industry prior to this.

Make sure to verify all claims made on the listing and by the staff.Items that were promised to me to comply with selling me the vehicle as Certified Pre Owned (CPO) were not honored and they flat out told me that they were not going to take care of CPO requirements. Later found out from FCAs Jeep Division that this vehicle was never certified at all despite it being priced as factory Certified Pre Owned.They refused to provide me with the emergency key that was missing from the key fob when I noticed it and asked about it.Chips and scratches that were supposedly touched up were done with a different colored paint which is coming off already. Thankfully they didnt do them all. I had to get a factory paint touch-up pen to do it myself with the correct color.Found out that it had been in an accident when I took it in for some maintenance. On closer inspection I noticed the body work done was subpar and rushed, as the right part of the bumper, the right headlight and right front fender do not line up properly at all, and the hood wobbles from the wind when driving.I dont know what happened to this company, they used to be 100% straight up, honest, and trustworthy.

Went to pick up my bumper pull trailer today,had some warranty work done, the closest dealer to me was 90 miles. Midway told me it was ready to go, showed up at 10 am and checked out their service. All was good except the most important, the heater in the trailer. Per phone conversation did you fix the heater,response was heater started and shut off as designed. So the first thing I check when I went to pick up my trailer was the heater. The heater is not fixed and still cycling trying to get to thermostat temp. Needless to say not Happy and I new before I even got to midway rv Cody this is what I was to expect.so all said wasted my Saturday and 35.00 in fuel to go find out it still is not working. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MIDWAY RV

Quick, Easy & Honest! I don’t have to spend a whole day haggling over prices! I tell them what I’m looking for and the price range and they tell me what they have! My 2011 Malibu that I bought from them 7 years ago has been a great car. It’s still going strong with 185,000 miles! I was recently looking for an Acadia. They didn’t have what I wanted at the time, but said they would watch for me. When I found one through a private party, Midway let me know it was a great deal and wished me well! I’ll go here every time I’m looking for something new.

Dont go here they sell lemons and you will not get your vehicle fixed by them at all. Chris and Mickey are basically the shadiest of car dealers in the business. look at the reviews of people buying and getting screwed by these guys. I have reched out to many people here to start a class action law suit if you are able and willing to join this please contact me. The more people the more witnesses to the deceptive practices.

Would give zero stars if possible. Put a deposit on a camper that the ad clearly said fifth wheel. Put a fifth wheel hitch in our truck to pick it up and drove 4 hours one way to get it. My 10 yr old was super excited at the prospect of getting our first camper! Got there and it was a gooseneck. Salesman Cameron wanted to argue with me that the Facebook listing said Gooseneck even though I had a screen shot that said Fifth wheel, he didnt even want to see it because he didnt believe me. Cameron wasnt willing to do anything to make this right! We wasted an entire day and spent over $100 in gas to get there and back! Shady place, terrible customer service, save your time and money and go some place else!

First off Ty does not how to communicate with customers. Says one thing doesnt follow through when we got to the point of driving SIX hours to pick up the RV after being told what we needed to bring paperwork wise we call Ty and he says NO I NEVER TOLD YOU WERE APPROVED. Complete waste of my time energy money and the reality that if youre not from Wyoming a handshake and youre word doesnt stand true. Obviously we do need more Wyoming Cowboys!

We were in the market for a bumper pull toy hauler. I came across Midway Auto & RV thru Facebook. They had a huge array of different campers to pick from. The inventory was impressive. It didnt take long to find the one. We first spoke with Ty there just on some inquiries. He was willing to answer any questions we had and was super helpful. Then finanly we found the one, I called back and their salesman Cam helped us from then on out. Cam is super knowledgeable and customer first focused. Which is definitely refreshing when working with dealers. He was upfront and honest. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage. Joey the salesperson is terrible. Coming up from Billings, I was told the campers AC heater and everything else works great. When I get up there, 2 of the 4 jacks are bent and they said we are going to mail to you. The canopy was torn. The AC kept blowing the breaker. Horrible experience! If you are from out of town, stay away. Midway Cody does not care for the customer, just to make a sale. Unbelievable!!

They totaled the car we asked them to fixed they ruined the oil filter and wouldnt fix it. If you want repairs go to B & B Fleet Services.

I bought an RV from them and was told everything works when in-Fact the Refrigerator does NOT work. They knew when I bought it I would be living in it year round. I called and they had someone come look at it and said I needed a new one and they would have someone get in contact with me. Here it is 2 weeks later and I still havent heard anything. I have tried calling and leaving a few messages I finally got ahold of a live person and they told me they would call me right back here it is 5 hours later and I still havent heard anything back. I had to go Buy a full size fridge to put outside my RV for my food BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a new toilet in our motor home. Called at 9:00 am. They had the same toilet in stock and would install it as soon as I could arrive. The old was out and the new one in within 30 minutes. Price was right and they are very friendly and understood RV life style.

I have traveled to their location (40 miles away) TWICE to discuss purchasing a vehicle. First trip they told me they would bring in the vehicles for me to look at and call me when they arrived. NEVER CALLED ME! Second trip I test drIve a vehicle and found a heating issue. Was told a mechanic would look at it and again I wold receive a call. NEVER CALLED ME AGAIN! We called twice and no one knew anything about the vehicle. Wasted time and gas- do they actually want to sell anything?!

Cant believe a company operating in a small area can afford to have customers badmouth them. I bought a car to get back and forth from work. Engine blew first week. It was under warranty and they fixed it, but during that time they never returned calls and told me the engine me they were ordering has 53,000 miles. Couldnt get them to give me the information on the engine they installed. Finally a lady called me and talked to me like i was a child. Had to call the Worland store and got the info. Turns out three engine they installed has double the mileage they told me. Liars and cheats. Very poor customer service. I question people who chose to work for shady companies. Wont be doing business with them again. I suggest Underriner in Billings.

I, along with a few other people have called to inquire on a vehicle and start the loan process at midway auto in Cody WY. They will take all of your Info..be very interested in your purchase but when you tell them I only have $500 down or I need financed, (which they state is perfectly fine on down pmt..etc.) they say I will run you through our lenders and give you a call back when we find you a lender, and if your not matched with a lender the owner himself will call you and get you financed! NEVER have any of us recieved a call back! The customer service needs to be CUSTOMER SERVICE not self service and ignore when the customer doesnt have the amount/$$ down that the seller desires.

We had the worst experience when we baught two vehicles at once from Midway. Both vehicles had non stop problems that were never covered by the waranty we also baught through them. After 9 months of expenses and them still adding up we traded the vehicles in in Rapid City and had a bunch of negative equity role over. It didnt stop there as when we called to cancel our waranty it took over a week of calling no returned calls then treated poorly over the phone. I will never buy another vehicle through them and will never recommend them!
