Dr Levi did a great job working to remove some very impacted earwax from my 4 year olds ears. The whole staff did a great job putting my daughter at ease and keeping her calm while working in her sensitive ears. Good local business that deserves support if you need hearing services.

Amazing place and great customer service. I dropped in to try to get replacement parts for hearing aid. I am vacationing from Maryland and I couldnt hear out of my right hearing aid. Cannot say enough about this clinic. They have helped my son understand his language processing disorder, given him tools to overcome his struggles, and treated him as a whole person. My husband has finally gotten help for his hearing loss after seeing the amazing care our son received. I am so grateful for Brittany and Dr. Asay. They have made such a difference for our family.

Levi Asay the new owner of Big Horn Basin Hearing and Speech is poised to continue the fine reputation and customer service built by Ben & Mary Koperski over the past 30+ years in Cody. My Signa hearing aids had been acting up (dropouts and static). Levi had them repaired in near record time. All electronic devices will break at some point. It’s important to have a local business that can repair them; having an audiologist who is current with the latest technologies to help get you back to ‘hearing’ again is a definite plus. I am impressed with Levi’s easy and knowledgeable manner. He answered my every question. I want to welcome Dr Levi back to the Big Horn Basin.
