The product is second to none!!! If I could rate the product alone, it would get five stars. The customer service is what I am rating. I called multiple times to pay for a turret i needed. Never got called back, i then got a email that said they just ran the same card I bought the scope with. Not a big deal to me, But, for someone it may have been. Once you purchase the scope, it appears they no longer really want to hear from you. It is a good thing this product sells itself, because with customer service like that i will probably move to Nightforce and Gunwerks the next time. I also sent a email regarding my turret and how lightly engraved it was and never heard back from them confirming their question of if I had received it or not. Once again, the Scope itself minus the turret I got is amazing it was the labor on my end to get answers that I was disappointed in.
