Cody Overhead Door is a long standing business in Cody but is now under new ownership and their current service and pricing is terrible. I recently had them take down and then reinstall a shop door during a remodel project. The estimate for this job was a couple man-hours on each side of the project. The take down project went as planned although they tried to charge me a full day rental ($275) for the use of their own lift. At the conclusion of the remodel, it took numerous calls without them returning my calls to get them to come back out. Finally, they showed up after several weeks. The charge to put the door back up was $883 and had 8 manhours of labor. They refused to modify their bill and honor their estimate. Buyer beware. Cody Overhead Door is not the company it used to be.

I showed them our broken garage door spring and they came and fixed it in 20 minutes and our door works perfect again! They also recently took off our 10 year old faded and chipped weather stripping and installed new weather stripping on our doors and it looks great! Cody Overhead Door has super friendly staff. Theyre awesome :)

Between total lack of communication with the company and the poor framing job. I am not impressed at all. the door itself seems to function fine as of now but we are now left with a 2 gap sticking out beyond the walls of our garage that we have to try and cut down without cutting anything else, and while being on a ladder 10 up. this is just so that we can try to put siding over the bare wood so that it does not rot. I have contacted the company and they said it is normal.also, once they have your 50%, expect to call them multiple times to find out if/when they will be out. they say they will call back within a day (they cant see the techs schedule) but you will have to call them back....trust me.

We had three doors and three openers replaced. Great price and the techs were the best! They are very conscientious and made sure we were completely satisfied. I have recommended them to two other neighbors in the market for garage doors.

The product was very good. Did a great installation job. I felt the total price was very fair.

I have to be honest here when giving a review because it is important to understand the services of a company when you consider working with them. So in that regard I can honestly say i was more than pleased with the service I got for Overhead Doors. I initially contacted them to fix the on going problem with my 50 year old garage doors. One of the installers came over and really tried to make things right but it was time to just shot the darn thing. In the end I got new doors. When the guys came over to install them I was pleased with their skill and pleasant manner. Great service from beginning to end, from selecting colors and design to installation and clean up! I was able to use their program to see how different colors would look on our garage. The guys explained about programing and I was comfortable with operation when they left. Excellent service. I would recommend them for any job!!

We had Cody Overhead Door come out to the house to fix a garage door that was not opening and closing. I had tried to fix it myself with adjusting and lubrication. No luck. They quickly fixed it at minimal cost. It now runs very quietly and perfectly. Thanks!

I had a garage door opener installed. High-quality product. The installer was very polite and professional and did a really good thorough job. The door works great. Not certain about the cost. Might’ve been high. The cost of purchasing the unit. The labor was certainly reasonable. Not prompt at getting back with me to get the job done but that didn’t particularly matter to me on this occasion

Thank you for your help and fixing the issues with my garage door, the technician that came to my house was courteous, answered all of my questions and was even patient enough to answer my 5 year old daughters questions. I will definitely call them again if other issue arise!

Called Cody Overhead Door in February 2019 to install a high door opener 18’ w x 13’ h. They came out the next day and installed my opener and it is working properly and I am pleased with their service. Previous to calling Cody Overhead Door I called a local competitor in November 2018 that advertises “we sell the best and service the rest”, needless to say the owner of this Company Chris texted me for 2 months saying he ordered door opener and was coming over only to never show. So I can say Cody Overhead Door got the job done for a fair price, and if I had not called I would still be waiting on this other company, & waiting, & waiting. Cody Overhead Door wants to work, the other guy wants to make excuses. Still have the text to prove what I am saying.
