Very happy with the service and installation. Communication before, during and after was excellent. The employees were top notch from the sales end to the installation crew. The choices of carpet were far greater than other companies in the area, and...they laid the entire long hallway and several closets without having a seam... amazing. Worth every penny!

Great service! Luxury vinyl and carpeting came out fantastic. Like having a new house! First vinyl selected turned out to be defective. We were able to pick out a replacement and the boys did everything to get it quickly. They succeeded and the end result is beautiful! Great people to deal with!

Maxwell flooring did a wonderful job updating an 80’s look to the 2200’s look. I am extremely pleased. They did take longer than I expected or that was projected. However I ended up with an excellent project. I’m glad they took their time to do quality work.

My initial contact with Maxwells was with Cameron He was personable, and helped with styles and color choices. When he came to the house to take measurements, he brought along a board with a number of color choices to be sure I was happy with my choice. I was. Measuring didnt take very long as it is done with a small device that creates an image of the floor plan, and doesnt require a tape measure.The installer came soon thereafter and was alone. His name is Jose. He showed up on time and went to work almost immediately. I believe he would have done the job in a day if I hadnt told him, at about 5PM that it was time to go be with his family. The next day, he finished up and was gone by about 4. Jose was friendly, efficient and professional. I think he did a wonderful job and two weeks later I am quite pleased.

We love our quality wool carpet from Maxwell Flooring. They were very helpful when selecting a product and answering questions. Text and email reminders were sent when installation was approaching. The installer was skilled and did quality work. We would work with them again.

We are very happy with our experience with Maxwell Flooring. First, there was such a large selection of materials to choose from and excellent advice and assistance. The estimate and creative ideas (thanks Brandon) was terrific and the installation by Don & Ted was meticulous and beautiful. The job had many unexpected issues due to previous owners/builders mistakes (seriously, who cuts a header?) but we are very happy with the results. Our stairs, floors and bathroom turned out even more gorgeous than we imagined.We highly recommend this company. We are so glad they are in Cody, Wyoming.

Abby Carpet employees arrived when they said they would, were professional during the purchase and installs of three bathrooms and flooring. Because of the quality of their work we have received numerous compliments of the work that was done. We then had them install our basement carpet and tile. We would highly recommend them to anyone for their installs of any flooring and/or tile work.

Dont let my 4 star rating mislead...Maxwell is a 5 star operation...I simply did not experience their installation process as I was purchasing tile and carpet for my contractor to install. They have a wide selection of carpets and lux vinyl with ample technical information to assist in selection. Each of my orders was placed ( with manufacturers ) the same day I placed it with Maxwell, their billing was detailed and transparent; staff and management are pleasant and helpful...all in all an easy go. Big thumbs up!

Installation was great and Ted and Donnie went above and beyond in moving some furniture and making sure everything was as good and most of the time better than what we started with the trim. They were accommodating in every way possible, and the communication was wonderful! The installers that showed up every day were pleasant to be around and answered any questions I had. My husband couldnt be there to help me, because he had just had surgery, and I was extremely stressed and worried that I wouldnt be able to have all the furniture back in place when he came home. Not only did they move back the furniture they had initially planned to move, but they moved back all the furniture my husband and I moved prior to his surgery, in two garages! Great selection of carpet and tile samples in the showroom. Staff is very knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions. We recently completed a lengthy/complicated home remodel and Maxwell Flooring worked with us on delivery and installation of carpet, flooring, and tile.

The living room, dining room, hallway and stairs look awesome with the new carpet--nearly 1000 sq ft. The Installer was a true professional, and he was able to upholster the carpet around the base of the L-shaped stairwell railings. Good job!

We had Maxwell Flooring of Cody install Coretec luxury vinyl flooring in our kitchen, dining area and hallway. I highly recommend them !!!They removed the linoleum, underlayment and carpet and completely prepared the bare floor surface to accept the Coretec. Don Maxwell and Eric then installed the new flooring which looks great in our home. They did a very professional job installing transitions at the doorways from vinyl flooring to carpet. They also stretched the carpet at a major room carpet / vinyl flooring interface. This is the best flooring job I have ever had done for us. Maxwell Flooring is a first rate company !!!
