We were visiting in town and wanted to get some quality steaks for a dinner with friends. Having no idea where to go, we stumbled on this place. The people could not have been nicer! They even gave some some samples (free!) to try. We ordered 6 ribeyes and they were some of the best steaks we have ever had. I cant recommend this place enough!

Buyer beware. We bought over $200 of steaks, filet and ribeye and the filets were rancid. They were sealed in air tight plastic, that should have been our first warning. The smell was putrid immediately upon opening the packages. That being said, we brought the meat back and they refunded our money and he was very nice about it. However, our dinner was ruined and we were really looking forward to it. Now since they refunded the money, I wasn’t going to post a review. I was going to let it go. However, we opened the Italian sausages after the refund and lo and behold, they were also rancid. We are not wasting more of our vacation here running those back for a refund, but people should know that you need to be really careful buying meat here.

We took my son here to buy some steaks for grilling. Randy was extremely helpful! My son and he shared grilling secrets. We left with 10 steaks (ribeye, New York, and others). They were best ever! Just like Halls Chophouse out in Charleston, SC! THANKS, Legacy!

Great steaks, but be ready to empty your wallet for them. My own fault for not checking the prices before completing the credit card purchase. Previous reviews said great prices for high quality meat so I didnt pay attention. All is true except great prices. Solution is to pay with cash so you know. Price is the only reason for 2 star rating. And wish they were better stocked with other items. No bacon or wieners which is what were really wanted for our camping trip out there. A 5 star rating meat shop would have those staples for meats in my opinion. And fair prices, not Chicago supper club prices a la carte.

We purchased half a beef from a 1st time customer of yours and I can say this is the best beef I have tasted in many years. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!This is upsetting because I love to support small business; this place puts shame on the other genuine company’s out there.This is the worst service I’ve ever received. I placed my order as an anniversary gift May 14 and paid an exceptional amount for 2 day shipping. I attempted to call and cancel my order after I had not received the product in weeks. After 6 telephone conversations my family received warm spoiled meat on June 4th with a sell by date of May 26th.This is unacceptable. When I attempted to call back on multiple occasions I was redirected with the promise of a return call. I still haven’t received this call.

Came into the shop and was very pleased with the selection. Bo and Ben were extremely helpful, and I left with a great selection of sausages, ground beef, and bacon cheese patties. The ground beef is so flavorful, and so clean, not a bunch of fat, in comparison to large retailers. I will never buy meat anywhere but this shop. Im really looking forward to my next visit!

Every cut of meat we have enjoyed from Legacy Meats has been wonderful and well worth the price, from bison to chicken. The staff is friendly and eager to be sure that you get exactly what you want. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

We stopped in while passing through. We were looking for good beef to put in our freezer for our cross country road trip. Had to go back the next day for a special request for steaks. They were closed but someone saw me and came out and opened and cut 8 steaks just as I wanted them. What can I say. The best beef and the best customer service one could ever want. I am hoping they ship.

Called on a Saturday morning for steaks for 11 people. Not only could they fill the order but they cut the meat right away. OMG delicious!!!! My only regret is not getting more.

Little selection, high prices. Bought 2 Ribeyes, was right at $40 Cooked them up, good but Ive had better for less money.

Exceptional quality. I like the concept from raising the cattle lokaly and making a true Wyoming product.I tried the filets, the steaks and most of the sausages.The breakfast sausages taste fantastic, like the „real“ Nurenberger’s in Germany.So far it‘s a well kept secret.
