Very nice collection of boots, belts, shoes and some clothing. My wife found a pair of boots that fit her comfortably and the style she wanted so it was a win for us. The sales people are very nice to help you out.

The manager of the store was AMAZING and helped us with all the things. Prices range from affordable to a little more spendy for higher end things, which we super loved because it gave more options. For example, you could buy a 50$ cowboy hat, or a $250 cowboy hat. There was a large variety of options for boots, hats, and clothing. The womens clothing is SO cute! They have kids and adult sizes.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Lexi really hustled to get the exact pair of boots I wanted. She knew her stock well and had good fashion ideas.

Felt like a jerk in there not knowing the hours listed for the store online are incorrect and I showed up right at closing time, made all the staff wait on me to buy nothing. Wrangler carries cloths that are 2xl or size 16/18 but I didnt see anything at the store.

When shopping for boots for a kid, selection is KEY! When you dont have a huge selection, people tend to go elsewhere. :/ Luckily I got the little convinced into a pair there and the other kids founds boots that fit as well after three/four/five different attempts. The gal in the back was helpful though.

We came from Iowa to get some jeans and boots and Felt a little out of place but the girl who helped us, Lacey, was so polite and friendly and helpful! Great prices and great jeans! And she gave us so much information on how to take care of the boots and when I said we didnt know where to eat she even recommended a couple of places! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the service! Whoever is the manager should give this girl a raise. Lacey was amazing thank you so much!

Extremely friendly service, greets you when you enter, takes your items you wish to purchase to the desk so you dont have to lug them around while youre still shopping. No creepy salesman trying to force you to buy something you dont want but will help you find something you do want. They sell clothes, hats, boots, belts and buckles and also some miscellaneous items as well as scarves. Neat store.

I ordered a pair of Pants that were over $100 because they didnt have my size. This was a rare birthday splurge I have very few clothes anyway.The sales girl wanted the same pants, and said Oh, if Id known Id have ordered those for me!When the pants came in, I was on my way through driving another state away. She had them in the bag and I trusted they were the right ones. I found out the next day shed put the ones they had in the store already, in my bag. The other salesgirl confided that the other girl had taken the pants for herself when they came in. I wasnt anywhere near a Boot Barn for months. Im stuck with a pair of pants I cant wear. She knew I was traveling and wouldnt be able to come back to the store. When I confronted her over the phone she said it was my fault for not figuring it out before I left the store.

The epitome of terrible service. Not sure where these other reviews are from but I couldnt be that rude to a customer if I tried. A kid by the name of Tucker not only was distasteful, but influenced us to leave. We left and not only bought our stuff online, but recommend everyone else to do the same, or head to Waynes.
