How incredibly refreshing to walk in a book store without a political agenda❣️ (And when I found those books there was an equal balance.)Picked up 3 wonderful Christmas gifts & wandered till my heart was content.

A great little indie bookstore! While they don’t have a huge selection, they manage to include a variety of genres and authors. The most notable is their extensive section of Wyoming history and guidebooks. In addition to books, they carry a range of small gift items that are cute and quirky. There is also a coffee counter in the back. The staff was super friendly and warm, and clearly enthusiastic to share their love of books with their customers.

My 5 yo daughter and I spent hours in here! An incredibly curated selection of books. Lots of quirky fantasy and speculative fiction, and a great selection of YA and kids. Love the gifts selection too. Made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. Coffee shop with small seating area such a nice touch! Would recommend if you like bookstores and coffee or need to buy a gift for someone!

We stopped in on a whim and the man that helped us had great book recommendations. We also loved the boba tea! Highly recommend!

Wanted a signed copy of a book for a friend and they were very helpful to get book and to ship it.

Very nice staff, I found some great earrings that I have never seen anywhere. They have a post with a tiny chain that goes through your ear, making sure you dont lose them.

The unique store has just about any book you would want along with awesome card games. The guy at the front desk was helpful and answered all my questions.Spent a reasonable amount of time in the store looking. Prices are very competitive with other chains except you but local. This experience will have me as a customer for life.

Very good service and a decent selection of books, too! Took the family here and we really liked it. It was cozy, and we really appreciated the customer service. Cute bookmarks as well, I couldnt leave without at least one!

Out of every store in Cody I have come to the bookstore the most on my visit out west. I am from Chicago and the educational to fantasy selection makes me feel at home. I love how they have current event books/popular topics front in center on display when you walk in. If you’re from the city and miss it I’d say this little shop is a nice reminder of home.

Special bookshop! Someone should write a book about all the offerings and how helpful they are.

I loved the selection of Wyoming specific books. The employees were so helpful in directing me on what guide books would suit our needs best. They were very accommodating. I stopped in not once, but twice. I also picked up their book club read and I haven’t been able to put it down. I love all of the recommendations around the store and the gifts to boot. It’s a wonderful bookstore and I will stop in every time we vacation in Cody.

This store has the classics it has some great new books as well. There is a large kids section with toys and books. I love shopping here.

A very nice collection of books for a wide range of interests and ages. There are fun gifts and nice jewelry tucked in there and a little coffee bar in the back. It was one of my favorite stores of the ones we visited today.

Love the atmosphere and all the books and gifts and tea and candles you can buy there. Its cozy and comfortable. I always find something else I love when I go in a few times a year to restock on loose leaf tea. And it always smells like books so that makes me happy :)

Legends Bookstore is cute and cozy. They dont carry the largest selection of books, but they do carry a lot of historical books specific to the area and the state of Wyoming, of course! I love the little couch zone in back - you can take a minute to relax and check out some books. They also have a nice selection of gifts to choose from: candles, jewelry, other cute little knick knacks, and many locally made items. If you get a chance, its a great place to stop in!

Excellent for local/Wyoming themed books. Got a history of Wyoming and a book on the geology of Yellowstone.

This is a very cute bookstore with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We stopped in at Legends while visiting from Philadelphia. The staff was so kind, especially to my kids. They took the time to show the children where their desired books were located. Legends has a great selection and wonderful atmosphere!

Got my kiddo and hubby some great books for good prices while on vacation. They even have a cute coffee shop in the back.

Darling and quiet bookstore! I was looking for Reader books for a first grader. They had selection that was more regionally appropriate like cowboys and horses. They didnt have a lot of the Newbery or Caldecott winner books but some. The young lady who worked at the counter was familiar with their books and where to find them. It was a very cute store.
