I have attempted to shop in this store a couple of times. Both visits did not go well. Each time I am in the store I feel as if I am making the staffs day harder by being there. It tends to be difficult to get anyones help and asking questions feels frowned upon. My biggest complaint is the lack of items in stock. This is a small town and many of us count on the few places we have here so that we can avoid trips to Billings for appliances and such. I was recently informed that an appliance I wanted would take 2 months to arrive. This seemed to be the case for most brands except for the brand they clearly want people to buy. When I informed the gentleman that I wasnt happy with the reviews on that item I was met with irritation and told they sell more of that brand than any other. Clearly he didnt take into consideration that he sells more of them because its what they carry in stock and people cant wait 2 months for appliances we use daily. I truly recommend visiting Cost Plus instead or just going to Billings.

Sears needs a customers service over haul. I do not recommend visiting this sight. The do offer appliances, tools and other items. The owner got upset at my wife for checking reviews on products and for not takeing his opinion. I was really upset and defended my wife saying we had a right to check reviews the owner scoffed and walked out. We will not be returning here.

We were just in the Cody Sears store looking for a washer as our had just died and Were needing to buy one today, however he would not sell any of the floor models and then he had the audacity to inform us we didn’t need a washer we just wanted a washer. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to buy your appliances.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from the Cody Sears store, and Tony made it very simple. The man knows his appliances! I told him what I wanted, he led me directly to it, answered all my questions and set up the delivery. Sebastian and Tyler delivered it, and were competent, professional and friendly. They were also very careful that the cats didn’t get out (most important to me).They cleaned up after themselves and moved all the furniture, that had been in the way, back in place. Thank you to the Cody Sears team, and if I am in need of appliances in the future, Sears will be my store.

My Granddaughter and her family purchased a refrigerator from your store on Monday. My granddaughter works for the school system in Cody but had to wait at home for delivery of the new appliance. When the refrigerator was delivered the man who delivered it was rude to the extreme and used very abusive language to her for whatever reason, most likely because she was home alone !I don’t know who this guy is or what his problem is but I’m sure he doesn’t have the guts to talk to a manthe way he talked to my granddaughter. You may consider this a demand for a written apology to be addressed to the Amick family, I’m sure you know the address . I’m equally certain that the appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken on behalf of my granddaughters horrible, frightening experience but on behalf of all your customers !!_

What do they have in stock? No appliances from past experience, I went in the store for a table saw none in stock but they will order one In. Really its the middle of January (winter) and i can walk out of the store with a lawnmower wow. I said i would never go back into the store after o e of the employees refused to look up when i bought the dishwasher for warranty work. Which i had to order and wait a month for. Come to find out it was under warranty. I had paid for an extended warranty for it. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THIS STORE AND REGARDLESS THAT ITS LOCALLY OWNED STAY AWAY!

Recently purchased refrigerator/freezer from our local Hometown Sears. In every aspect, this acquisition went as smoothly as possible. Even with the delay due to COVID-19 (which was in no way their fault), Tony kept us informed regarding status. When final delivery was made, Steve and Jed could not have been more polite and professional. Thanks to a great team!

Excellent customer service and installation. Tony at the store and Curt and Steve the installers were great the installers professional wired my dryer and switched the door position to help out my wife. The guy that works there was very helpful. We made a few visits to make sure everything would fit and match. He looked up some appliances that I was interested in that he didnt have in stock and ordered it for me. The delivery guys came earlier than expected.

They wont sell you anything. The man was rude and said that if he sol anything off the floor, he wouldnt have anything to show customers. Poor poor local service

Went in to buy a tool cabinet.. just about everyone they sell is out of stock with no estimated delivery. He sold me the floor model at a pretty good price.. its the second one Ive bought!
