Really cant understand the bad reviews, why because their hours were wrong????? You just cant satisfy some people. My experiences have always been great. Helpful courteous and knowledgeable. And Eva has always been a doll, nothing less than exemplary.

Made an appointment for fingerprints, drove a long way to get there, and then was told the usual person who does it wasnt there. Was told to just come back another day. No apology or anything.

I wish I could give negative stars. This location is terrible. The manager or main lady there is super rude, they’re very disorganized. It’s honestly worth going to an another location near by because this place is terrible and you will be waiting for a long time to get service. I have never ever seen one of these stores with at least 10 people waiting “inside the store” and only 2 people working, and only the nice young man really giving costumer service. Very upsetting, these are still Covid times and it’s scary to see so many people in such a close space.

Would give ZERO if possible. Do not use this location!!! My package was held hostage. I walked in the store yesterday at 6:15pm fully vaccinated, as per CDC guidelines was unmasked. As I walk in I’m told to violate the CDC’s guidelines on mask wearing. It is safe to say I was in fear for my life. This woman could’ve been immune compromised and refused to double mask, for my son and I. I felt so helpless over the importance of my package. BEWARE!!!!

This location needs to update their hours online. Second time Ive been in a year and the hours online are incorrect - maps says theyre open and theyre closed. Had to wait for them to open, as did many other people. Its not difficult to change your hours online, just do it.

Came to this location twice to drop off a shipment. First time was on a Thursday at 6:30PM, place was closed. Tried again on Friday, arrived at 6:00PM and again was closed. There was people inside but the door was locked and the Rep signaled it was closed. The hours of service says it closes at 7:00PM. Terrible, avoid this location if possible.

HORRIBLE.I walked in to put packages I already labeled on the counter. The associate stated if I didn’t want my packages “missing” I should wait in line.Geez. Do you not know what your doing or organized enough to know what is what.That is insane. I was always able to drop and go at my other UPS store.I will drive to another store for now on.

This location has a wide selection of products and the customer service at this store is top notch. When I need mailing items, this is the place that I will be coming to due to how the employees treat customers. Not many places give this level of service.

Avoiding! Dont Careing ! The No Go-ing Store ! ! go there if you Prepaid and Insured the Package they will not take they will send you over to the Depot in Deerfield.Due you not paying anything in the Store they treat you as an not worthy customer.Worst Customer Service Experience.After dragging 6 x 35 lb Package the Lady from the Store yell at me saying she not taking this kind of UPS Packages.Older Man ( may be the owner ) is rude dont greeting at all everything is to much for him most careless employee I ever experienced.5 $ min on credit card purchases??? jokeAvoid this Store will never go back again.

Mailed an important pkg on 1/11 at the Coconut Creek UPS store next to Publix for next day delivery and UPS lost it. Went back to the store many times and spoke to Eva. She submitted a claim form and told me Id get a refund check within 2 weeks. Its now 3 weeks later and Ive gone to the store every other day asking Eva when I will get my check. She tells me the same story over and over - that the Owner will email me a check. Still havent received it. I would suggest you go to another UPS store for your shipments or maybe go to Fedex instead a mile down the road. I give them ZERO stars but system only allows 1 star. Poorly run business in my opinion

Shipped a package out for a friend who lost a parent. It was reported as damaged and has been MIA for over a month. Submitted a claim and have been forced to go in person multiple times to get anything done regarding the issue, since they dont answer the phone consistently. I am beyond frustrated with the manager here and have lost hope that I will be compensated for the package I sent to a grieving friend. Go somewhere else for your shipping needs.

Not coming back again. I came in to just get something printed and I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes because someone working in the back couldn’t get off the computer for 2 minutes. I guess customers’ time is of little value. Worst part is that I am 35 weeks pregnant and standing for too long is a pain.

The store was closing soon, so I called ahead to see if they can wait 3 mins. The rep said yes theyll wait. But when I got there exactly 3 minutes later, she locked the door on me and waved. I dont get why she couldnt have just said no.

Its a shame that i cant give this a -5 rating since that would be more appropriate.My sister had items that were supposed to be shipped out by them but instead they not only shipped out an empty box; but they also failed to retrieve the items that were supposed to be shipped. That is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Horrible rip off of a store. Never deal with David, total liar, does nothing but blow smoke. Quoted over $270 for a simple shipment, took over half an hour just to get the quote. Went to FedEx, they had me out the door at a third of the price in 5 minutes. Scam artists!

John, the store owner, is a big liar. Promises customers to do a process of compensation that he never has the intention to do. Never believe a word he says...ALSO, a fragile sticker to protect the shipment for him is worth thousands of dollars that’s why he never puts it on the box even he promises to do it, and he doesn’t care about the condition as to how the box gets delivered!!

“This package was packed and given to USPS for delivery. It is true that the package was delivered empty, but it left our store with the items inside.” This is the owners response from my previous review. He doesn’t even have proof that the package left his store with the items inside. When USPS picked up my package it weighed significantly less because there was nothing in it! The only people that would know what was in my package to steal it are the UPS employees. His cameras don’t work and he trusts employees blindly so don’t even risk doing business here. There’s another UPS store right down the street. SHADY SHADY SHADY

This has to be the WORST, and when I say the WORST, I MEAN THE WOOOOORST UPS I’ve ever been to. The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I’m a business owner so making copies and faxing papers have become apart of my weekly work regimen. I just recently visited the Coconut Creek Usp to make copies and fax some very important documents. The lines were threw door, to use the copy machines. Costumers before me in the line to use the printer were asking for help with the printers, no one lended any Assistance. I personally feel they’re understaffed. Furthermore after nearly an hour wait i finally was able to make copies of my documents. I then proceeded to use the fax machines where once again, I had to wait in a long line of irate customers, complaining about the poor customer service and the outdated fax machines that seem to not working *just my luck*. Long story short I had to leave the store and travel miles to anothe UPS to fax the papers. Whoever owns the Ups in coconut creek needs to clean house, start with a new staff or sale his Ups to someone else.

If I could give this store 0 stars I WOULD! This was the WORST establishment I have ever stepped foot in. The wait was LONG, the employees were NOT helpful at all and EXTREMELY unprofessional.
